About this house rental
This is without a doubt, one of the most delightful beach houses on the South Coast. Situated directly opposite beautiful North Broulee Beach and only 20 minutes from Batemans Bay.
Spend your day relaxing on North Broulee Beach, just a few minutes walk from the front door, or venture five minutes walk down the road to South Broulee Beach which is fully patrolled and great for surfing and snorkeling. If you can't surf there is a surf school that runs on North Broulee Beach, a perfect day activity for the kids.
Nestled amongst one of the South Coasts last untouched and uncommercialised seaside villages, feel the privilege of walking along secluded beaches and enjoy the breathtaking sights Broulee has to offer those lucky enough to visit.
If the beach isn't for you, spend a day in Mogo Town taking in its old world feel and exploring its many shops and cafe's, play a round of Golf at Catalina Golf club, just 20 minutes from the house, or take the kids for an action packed day at nearby Mogo Zoo.

Fantastic stay with spacious balconies for birdwatching, large fenced yard for pets, and close to multiple beaches and walks.

Such a lovely outlook into native shrubs planted a generation ago and now enjoyed by a variety of Australian birds, all of whom can be watched from the spacious balconies. The sound of the ocean 50metres away provides a blanketing of sound that reduces the disturbance from the other occupants of the house. A happy place allowing everyone to enjoy their holiday in their own way.

Our family had a fantastic stay with our dog. Perfect for a family or two. Fully fenced yard with large verandah area for dog on hot and rainy days. It is possibly the best holiday house we have stayed at in the area. Good value for money.

The warning is that although the house is lovely, great location, etc. be advised that Michelle will add hundreds of dollars to your fees when you leave if you follow accepted guidelines on how to leave a holiday house. Our family and another family stayed with our 2 dogs for 7 nights. It was a very nice house and well equipped. Michelle's communication was great and we enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another trip for upcoming holidays. We cleaned the house prior to leaving as expected for a home rental of this type. Specifically, the house was left in such a way that only a standard cleaning (laundry, vacuuming, etc.) would have been needed before the next guests arrived. A cleaning fee was included in the original cost. We left the house as we found it with the exception that it needed the standard cleaning, i.e. we wiped down counters and tables, took out rubbish and recycling, left bedding as we found it, put all items back into original places. Several days later I received a baffling email (so shocking I at first thought it must not have been meant for us) saying we had left the house filthy, there were stains on the bedding, stovetop/oven/fridge were dirty, accusing us of having a cat in the house (neither family even owns a cat--this statement was false), and stating that we had left items from inside the house out in the yard (again, completely untrue--we were meticulous about that). Michelle then charged us hundreds of dollars for a deep clean of the house.

Broulee Beach House
A wonderful Main Street location for extended family groups with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The boogy boards were a welcome addition for energetic boys. While we loved our stay the very dated kitchen was a challenge for our large group.

Christmas getaway
We spent 3 days at this property including christmas day. Location is excellent as it is right opposite to the beach. Loved how the house had netflix, prime and so many board and card games. upstairs had wooden flooring and downstairs had carpet in both bedrooms which was so dusty. It wasn't a big deal for us since the house had a vaccum cleaner. The only thing we were dissapointed was the hot water. it ran out after about three showers and there was no hot water for a long period. As the 2020 christmas weather in Broulee was cold it made our stay a bit unpleasant.
