We had just a few days in Miami and the price of two hotel rooms was outrageous so we looked at some alternatives and came cross this house. It was perfect for our needs! Although not quite warm enough to enjoy the pool, we were able to enjoy our morning coffees and breakfasts on the outdoor patio in a very relaxing environment. Pretty centrally located for our purposes and easy to get on the interstate and head into Downtown Miami. The house was clean and great for bigger parties - we were only 3 so lots of room. Hoping to go back in the warmer weather and enjoy some lazy afternoons by the pool!

We were in town for my husband to receive treatments - this home was perfect for an extended stay! Home away from home....the owner was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

You will be happy you stayed in this cozy home. Cozy furniture and beds to sleep in and spacious living areas. The home was very clean and the backyard was massive. We enjoyed walking the yard with the fruit trees and huge banyan tree. We appreciated the communication with the owner before and during our stay as our questions were answered promptly and graciously.

This was one of THEE best houses we’ve stayed in. It was the perfect accommodations for my family. The owners were very good with communication and checked in on us as well.

Fantastic place to relax and sleep!
Myself and 6 other guys went down for A bachelor party, we were able to have a great place to sleep and relax access to a washer and dryer and plenty of space for everyone to spread out was key and this place fit the bill! Our only complaint and not really a complaint but rather a suggestion would be to warm the pool up in the colder months, perhaps solar panels could be installed. Aside from that, an absolute 5 star property!

Relaxing Home Perfect for a Miami Getaway!
The home was inviting, well furnished, and provided a relaxing retreat for my family and me during our vacation to Miami. This place had all of the amenities that we were looking for to make our stay in Miami feel like home. From the refreshing pool, to the enormous backyard and patio space, to the spacious living area, my family had more than enough space to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. I will definitely book again on our next family trip to Miami!

I stayed here with my family we had a great time at this beautiful home. The pool was very clean it had a pool lite that was great for night time swimming. Had more then enough towels. Perfect place for a family vacation I will be staying again soon.

Convenient and spacious house.
The house is in a good location and spacious! It is a bit dated in terms of furniture and design. One of the showers was working but there are two more available. Did not spent enough time in the house but we found everything we need. Very convenient and I would recommend. Pool was nice but a bit to cold to use. Manager of property called to check how was our stay after we checked out.

Hidden Gem
We had a great stay here in January. I especially enjoyed the backyard and pool area, often spending hours there eating breakfast and getting some sun. This house has spacious bedrooms and a lovely kitchen (definitely a plus when you compare it to a hotel). The neighborhood is very scenic and is nice for a walk or a drive if you decide to take that route into Coconut Grove. Will definitely stay here again.

WOW ! Beautifully redone home, immaculate!
WOW ! Stayed here in 2016 and it was great, a one story ranch home (no stairs) on an acre lot, very quiet, extremely spacious, and a real oasis like poolside setting. But even better, in January 2018 I found a beautifully redone home, new Spanish tile roof, new paint and an absolutely sparkling resurfaced swimming pool. The host’s information sheet for guests indicated that the professional cleaning service had been changed and all I can say is that the place was immaculate.
The peaceful Pinecrest neighborhood is made up of houses from $1,000,000 to $12,000,000, yet is convenient to a score of excellent restaurants, golf courses, the Miami Zoo, The University of Miami, The Lakes Shopping Mall and Dadeland, and has a nearby Metro Station (commuter train). The Ocean is 2.5 miles to the East, Coral Gables is next door, to the North Coconut Grove is 5 miles, Miami Beach 13 miles, and the Florida Keys Causeway starts a half hour South. Could not ask for a better location.
In past years hotel bills for 6 people in Miami were between $450 and $600 per night. This is a lot more room for a lot less money.

Amazing stay in this beautiful Miami home!
I had such a wonderful time at this home in Miami. The space was very ample, clean, and inviting. The amenities like the nice pool and huge backyard were awesome bonuses. We were out there almost everyday after coming back from the beach. Lots of space to really relax and unwind.
This home really set the space for our vacation to Miami. The rooms were nice and the house itself was very welcoming. We had such a great time indoors and outdoors on this property. The neighborhood is super friendly and had awesome places to run or walk with a park nearby.
I really felt at home during my stay on this incredible property. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Miami!!!

Cleaner and bed broken
Upon arrival we found that one of the queen beds was completely off of its bed frame and at 2am when we arrived we were too tired to try to fix it. One family member slept on the couch. Next morning woke up to take showers and there was hardly any hot water at all. Hot water pressure was a trickle so we all had to take cold showers during our stay. Then we noticed hair and bugs in all showers as if they weren't even cleaned. We then had to clean the bathrooms before we bathed the children. I contacted the property owner and they said they were sending someone out to fix the bed. No one ever came so I had to fix the bed my self. Very disappointed in the house.

Good stay overall.
We have stayed there 8 days in February. The house is located in a quiet residential area. You have to remember that traffic in and around Miami is awefull, so choose your location carefully.
The house and backyard are spacious. The kitchen well supplied, but the appliances and cupboards are quite old. On the second day of our stay the dishwasher broke down and we had a flood in the kitchen. A plumber came and after a day and a half we had the kitchen back .

ON THE OUTSIDE THIS HOUSE LOOKED FABULOUS WE GOT INTO THE PROPERTY AND THE TELEVISION IN THE BEDROOM WAS BROKEN THE LIGHT IN THE SAME BEDROOM DID NOT WORK THE SHOWER IN THE MAIN BATHROOM OFF THE LIVING ROOM DID NOT WORK THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WATER TO GOING TO THE SHOWER AT ALL AND THEN THE POOL IS THE MAIN REASON WE RENTED THIS HOUSE THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND U COULD NOT GO INTO IT BUT ION THE LAST DAY OF OUR STAY THEY HAD A POOL CLEANER COME IN AND CLEAN THE POOL WHICH DIDNT HELP AT ALL WE WERE PACKING UP TO LEAVE WHILE HE WAS THERE
