About this cottage rental
Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. This is a cozy and charming 2 bedroom Cape Cod cottage located mid-Cape, in the highly desirable South Yarmouth area. It is the perfect location to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Our cottage is super clean and has a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, high speed internet/wifi/cable (Netflix too), parking for 2 cars, a private backyard and a large wrap around deck. We also have a grill, an outdoor shower and a fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet and about 1/3 of a mile from Nantucket Sound beaches (warmest waters on the Cape)! We are very close to many family centered activities, shopping areas, marinas, fishing, boat tours, restaurants, pubs, golf, entertainment and ferry ports but tucked away in a residential area.
This is a great year round home for vacationing, a business trip or for a romantic weekend get away! We do have a 1 week minimum stay during summer months. This location provides you with easy access to all the Cape has to offer, no matter the season. The cottage is also minutes to the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferries. This is a quiet, private space for you and your party to enjoy. We would love for you to enjoy your precious free time at our "home away from home".

So far this year we have re-sided the cottage, repaired the fences and deck, built a new outdoor shower enclosure and replaced the majority of the furniture and furnishings inside.
The Neighborhood

There are many amenities close by so anything you need or desire is conveniently within reach, and typically within walking distance.
Getting Around
While you can walk to many places keep in mind our spring/summer can be very hot and winter can be pretty cold. You could also experience a tropical ten minute downpour during the summer months. For those reasons we recommend a vehicle or bicycles (lots of rental places close by). There is also in town bus service available. Hyannis is only a few miles away.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Squeeze Inn. Even before our arrival, the owner, Jenn, thought to message me to ask if my kids are boys or girls so she could put sheets on the twin beds that they'd enjoy. My daughter loved the mermaid sheets!
The cottage was spotless when we arrived and accessing the key, etc., was seamless. Jenn checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is very nicely decorated and they've thought to stock with everything you could need. The yard was awesome to have. There's a small deck with a picnic table/umbrella and a firepit in the yard itself with Adirondack chairs surrounding it. Our kids loved making smores over the fire. They also have a shed with just about everything you could need to enjoy the yard and beach. The outdoor shower was awesome, especially with sand-covered kids coming back from the beach.
You can't beat the location either. Super close to stores, restaurants, entertainment (mini-golf, go-karts, etc.) and only a 3-minute drive to Bass River Beach, which was beautiful. We saw plenty of people walking to the beach, so that's doable, too. We were just lazy. :-) Despite being so centrally located, it's a very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Getting everywhere just felt very easy.
We'll definitely choose The Squeeze Inn if we find ourselves back in South Yarmouth.

I don't know personally Sean and Jenn, but I'm sure they are great people. They seem to love their house and seem to enjoy to share it with guests. Great location with lots of items for the beach (everything you would need). Great communication with Jenn, always available if you need anything. Would rate 6 stars if possible. Would rent again anytime.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage in South Yarmouth. We had never been to the Cape Cod area and wanted something conveniently located so we could drive to different areas. This little cottage fit the bill. One day we drove to Provincetown, one day to Martha's Vineyard and one day just walked on the beach.
This cottage had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well furnished, the bedrooms were comfy and the backyard was private and lovely.
Jenn was very attentive to our needs. She checked on us by text occasionally to see if we needed anything and answered any questions promptly. We would definitely consider this little gem again. Thanks so much Jenn

Our visit to south Yarmouth was amazing! The SqueezeInn cottage was absolutely adorable, it was extremely clean and it had all the little things needed for a wonderful cozy stay!!! Not only was the cottage perfect but the outside patio and backyard was amazing! We had direct communication with Jenn the owner with any questions or needs to be addressed. She was absolutely amazing and so friendly. We could not say enough good things about Jenn and Sean’s beautiful cottage !!! We would absolutely recommend anyone coming into the South Yarmouth area to stay at the SqueezeInn Cottage! They have a wonderful guest book with all other renters experiences staying at the cottage and places to go to eat, shopping, museums, beaches ( which is only 3 minutes away ) mini golf etc etc ! This cottage had everything we needed and then some! The fenced in backyard, fire pit, and deck made the space very relaxing. The cottage was very clean and communication with Jenn was easy. The area is quiet and centrally located for day trips to Chatham, Dennis, Falmouth. We only wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks! 😀. Thanks for the use of your beach chairs. 2 fewer items that we had to pack into an already full car 👍

My daughters and I had a great time at the Squeeze Inn. Everything went smoothly - access to the house was very straight-forward. Jenn and Sean were attentive - made sure we got in & checked on us to make sure things were going well. We loved the house & the outdoor space is great. The Squeeze Inn was perfect for our family of four. After delaying our visit twice due to covid restrictions/border closures we were happy to finally make the trip to the Cape. The cottage had everything we needed for our two week stay. We enjoyed being able to dine on the deck, enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor shower was the go to option throughout our stay. Location is perfect for being able to access all the Cape has to offer. Close to lots of amenities. Shed had enough room to store our 4 bikes and was filled with all kind of beach essentials. So looking forward to coming back.

Even better than the first time. Host keeps making updates to the cottage. Everything is in great shape, nicely decorated and clean! Wonderful Pinot was waiting for us chilled in the fridge upon arrival! Highly recommended fenced in cottage!

End of school year break
We had a great stay with our daughters, as a kickoff to summer vacation. Jenn was great with all communication throughout the reservation process and during the stay. Great outdoor shower, and deck spaces to sit and relax after a day at the beach.

Sweet cottage
Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at this home for a long weekend getaway. Check in process was easy. The house was nicely decorated and felt very relaxing as soon as we arrived. Extremely clean house and had everything we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable and neighborhood felt very family-friendly and safe. Great central location to explore Cape Cod, which we did plenty of during our stay. Our hosts were readily available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

We had our son and daughter-in-law coming to visit us for five days and they were so very satisfied with their stay at Jenn and Sean’s cottage. Everything was perfect! The only complain has unfortunately been the weather…You would think that in May we would have had a couple of nice days.
This cottage is pretty not only inside, but the outside is perfect for enjoying the Cape. So very close to the beach as well…

Cozy and Charming
The first thing we noticed was how neat, clean, and well organized this little bungalow was. The house was very nicely decorated and was supplied with everything we might need and more. With a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk in shower, and a cozy breakfast nook surrounded by windows all on one floor it was both comfortable and convenient. The host was very accessible and communicated with us whenever we needed anything. The fenced in back yard with fire pit, gas grill, and deck with picnic table was a great place to dine outdoors. There was also a shed full of outdoor items such as beach chairs that was a perfect place to store our bicycles. And although we didn’t use it, the outdoor shower looked very enticing. We also enjoyed the quiet residential neighborhood that was conveniently located just minutes from the beach and the ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. This was truly the perfect vacation home for my wife and I.

Just what we needed..
We're a young family of three and the cottage was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and more.The owners were more than accommodating even put mermaid sheets on the bed for you daughter! Close to all the sights we wanted to see, biking the CC Rail Trail, Smuggler's Beach, May Flower Beach, Downtown Hyannis, and more. In addition to that all your shopping needs are less than a mile away.

If you are looking for a homey getaway, look no further. It’s has everything you need for your stay, a great yard and a lovely cottage. The owners are so nice! They were in constant contact and did all they can to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time with our 3 year old daughter and our small dog. We highly recommend this property!

My husband and I spent our anniversary week at this lovely cottage called the Squeeze Inn. It was the perfect place, cozy, beautifully decorated, very functional kitchen with anything you need including most of the essentials for cooking. There is a beautiful private backyard with a fire pit, nice patio and grill and a shed with beach essentials and, important for us, a place where we could store our bicycles. Since it had gotten already cool, we didn't use the outside shower, but I am sure that's a real plus for the warmer weather. The queen bed was very comfortable and the second bedroom is absolutely lovely with 2 twin beds, which we didn't use. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet you are close to shopping and restaurants. We walked to the beach a few times, (less than 15 minutes). The Cape Code Rail Trail is also close by as well as golf courses. The stay at the Squeeze Inn was for us a perfect combination of relaxing and keeping active, exploring nearby attractions. Jen and Sean the owners were extremely accommodating and at our arrival there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us. We can't recommend this beautiful well kept and clean cottage enough.

The Squeeze Inn is a cute little cottage, a true Cape Cod gem.
The cottage is close to the beach, clean, has a nice yard, and the unit includes beach chairs, umbrella, cart, a bike and all the amenities you need for a worry free vacation stay.

Loved this place!
I was looking for a quiet getaway with my boyfriend and this cottage was so cute and met all of our needs. It was modern, clean and the backyard was our favorite. We loved the lights in the yard, the fire pit and grill. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we were close to so many places. The owners, Jenn and Sean, left a bottle of wine for us with a nice note and checked on us to make sure we were ok with everything. I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful getaway!
Once I found the cottage on the website, everything was done online and was very easy. Step by step process and simple to follow. The hosts were very accommodating and added so many little touches to the home. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful, clean, bright
The cottage was wonderful for our family of 4. The only negative I could possibly say was we were not able to stay longer!
The backyard is spacious, with plenty of seating for the firepit. A picnic table on the deck and a grill rounded out a great outdoor experience (with plenty of space for the kids to play). We were so busy with our weekend, I only wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.
Inside the space was decorated beautifully, was very clean, and had plenty of drawer space to be able unpack our suitcases/hang clothes in the closets.
The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathroom and the outdoor shower was soooo nice. There is also a washer/dryer.
The location was great, and it's a short walk to the beach. Correspondence with the owner was very easy, and the owner is very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. :-)

We found it a bit cramped for 4 girls... ideally it would be great for a family of 4. But we had a wonderful time!
