Such a shame

Location

The owners. And booking itself - I accidentally did a double booking because of a glitch in the booking app, only after a while noticed i got charged for the room twice. Thought that receiving my money back would be a formality, never been more wrong than that. Contact person from the property ‘exercises’ laws and regulations, quotes the policies, is surprised i havent studied the contract and doesnt give a damn - dura lex sed lex. Ok, I thought booking will help me out, im a 3rd level genius after all… first they asked for a milion of pdfs, screenshots, receipts and confirmations and then they simply ignored the sh out of me. This was my last time using their services and if you dont feel like studying the laws and regulations do the same and use it as a search tool to contact properties directly

Enttäuschend, unsauber und unbequem

Außer der Lage leider nichts.

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und nicht sauber. Es hat alles gejuckt und wir haben direkt auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Außerdem stand in dem Raum die Wärme und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir sind kurzerhand nach einer Nacht weitergezogen.

A repetir numa futura visita à localidade.

Localização, limpeza, check-in e check-out tranquilo, boa relação qualidade preço, bom WC com água quentinha, boa kitchenet. Anfitrião bastante acessível.

O conforto do sofá cama não é o melhor, a kitchenet não tem microondas, e um dos tachos pequenos tinha ferrugem no fundo pelo que não deu para usar. O exaustor também tem pouca extração, ao grelhar uns hambúrgueres ficamos com a casa cheia de fumo. A TV podia estar num local mais elevado, não consegui ligar o ar condicionado e o aquecedor que tem faz algum barulho que perturba o sono à noite.

L'appartamento è bello, curato e pulito, la posizione è eccezionale, i gestori sempre disponibili online (perché non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, sono certa che lo sarebbero stati anche in presenza in caso), self check in e out con indicazioni precise. La doccia il vero plus dell'appartamento.

Per trovare un (piccolo) difetto, non è probabilmente un appartamento adatto a lunghi soggiorni. No lavastoviglie e lavatrice, frigo molto piccolo (ma bellissimo)

To expensive and the room was not so clean with not the promised view

The location was close to the restaurants and indeed right at the harbour.

They have more apartments downstairs. On the pictures it looks like you get the apartment looking over the harbour and lake with the balcony, but if you have the apartment downstairs around the corner you don't have that view. The apartment was not super clean and it felt like a student home.

Vistas al lago. Ubicación inmejorable para visitar el Lago di Como.

El apartamento era amplio, luminoso, muy bien equipado y con una decoración apacible. El balcón era amplio, con unas vistas maravillosas al lago y a las montañas. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que el pueblo está muy bien comunicado, lo que le convierte en la base perfecta para pasar unos días en la zona del Lago di Como y conocerla bien. Muy satisfechos con el apartamento. Estaba equipado con cocina de inducción, vajillas y todos los útiles de cocina indispensables, por lo que la estancia fácilmente resulta cómoda. Lo único negativo que rápidamente se convirtió en positivo gracias a la gran profesionalidad de Marina Apartments está relacionado con el colchón. La primera noche verificamos que el colchón estaba en muy mal estado, Al día siguiente, bastó intercambiar algunos mensajes con el anfitrión para que en pocas horas se solucionara el problema: ese mismo día cambiaron el colchón por un nuevo. ¡Bravo!

No hay aspectos negativos a señalar. El que eventualmente había se convirtió en un aspecto posivito.

Superb

The location of the apartment was very good, walking distance from the train station. The view was amazing. The apartment had every house tool that we needed and they were clean. Overall I am very satisfied with the stay.

The restaurant next to us very loud at night.

Well located near the main square.

The floor of the apartment was not clean; the fridge was very small and has no freezer. The crib for the baby doesn't have a mattress.

Great location (on the main square). Parking 200m from the apartment. All necessary facilities in place. Good communication with the host. Definitely recommend

Great for short stay

Our one-night stay at Apartment Marine by Lake Como was an absolute delight! The ease of access made our short family trip effortless. As a family of four, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience the apartment provided. The location was truly unbeatable, situated right on the main square with charming bars and restaurants just steps away. This allowed us to make the most of our short stay, enjoying local cuisine and soaking in the lively atmosphere. However, the real showstopper was the stunning view of Lake Como that greeted us from the apartment. The breathtaking scenery was something out of a postcard, and we found ourselves captivated by the beauty around us. Though our visit was short, the combination of comfort, convenience, and those mesmerizing lake views made our stay at Apartment Marine truly memorable. We departed with a longing to return and savor more of the enchanting Lake Como experience.

Not good. Smelly bathroom, uncomfortable beds and no seperate room for bedroom which was stated and

No seperate bedroom, both the normal bed was very uncomfortable and the pull out bed used for the kids luckily was terribly uncomfortable.

A lovely place to spend a couple of days to enjoy lake Como!

Perfect location! the small terrace area right outside the front door was great for breakfast and dinner. There were also some bicycles that we could use for free, which was a nice surprise. The host was very helpful and responded quickly.

The restaurant next to the apartment is open quite late, so we could hear some noise from there when we went to bed. But it was not too loud, and we slept alright regardless.

Great location, apartment good but will be much better when kitchen sorted out.

Great location on the waterfront, 10 minutes walk from the station. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Induction hob was broken and no microwave to heat anything up. There was an oven which we didn’t use. Heating kept making a lot of noise intermittently through the night.

Lake Como

Location just brilliant for a little break in Lago Como. 10 mins from train station. Easy access to other towns around the lake. Apartment catering well for 2 people, comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped kitchen, good shower. And everything super clean and well looked after. All questions were answered quickly through email and whatsapp and instructions for arriving were easy and accurate. Owner very friendly and helpful. Strong recommendations.
