A beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the sunset! This is a great place to stay for a large family group. You have your own pool between the houses and own dock! Close to John Pennekamp state park and tons of restaurants! The host was great and makes check in and out an easy process!

We rented both houses for a family reunion with 20 adults; most staying the full week. Very pleased with the place and the service during the week. (From trash pickup to cleaning up the pool after a big storm). Highly recommend

My family group along with a family of close friends, we have going a summer vacation as a group (18 to 20) for somewhat over 10 years. This double home was great for our group with a swimming pool. For a large group, this home should be looked into.

The house is the perfect gathering place for a large group; great location and accommodations. The overall property and houses are extremely spacious, maintained well, very clean with 4 total kitchens (one on each floor) and 8 bathrooms (2 on each floor). The balconies are also very spacious with stunning views. The sunset views are priceless and the sunrise views on the water are also spectacular. Having the paddleboard and kayaks on property was a great surprise which we used daily. We used the dock consistently whether for fishing, wildlife watching or simply ‘sitting on the dock of the bay wasting time’. One of the guests even caught a nurse shark on the end of the dock at night. It is all coral around and under the dock so there is always the possibility of seeing Sealife (crabs, starfish, sting rays, fish, etc.). The pool although not heated was plenty warm and the perfect temperature for swimming. There are enough chairs on the property, we used what we needed where we needed and just put everything back at the end of the week. There are 2 restaurants/bars on either side of the house, both are very expensive to eat at although provided great music from approx. 5-9:30pm. You could sit on the end of the dock or even just outside and hear both playing, it was lovely to have live music while on our own property.
Very minor although plan if coordinating a large group meal, look at what exists first, need more glass serving/cookware and plastic cups/plates.

Great location and access to everything we wanted to do. Loved the sunsets and pool. Some items that are usually provided were nowhere to be found. We had to ask for garbage bags, dish towels, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. We bought laundry detergent and more toilet paper. Lots of space, appreciated the kayaks and bean bag toss.

Highly recommend this property. It was a 60th birthday celebration with 16 total people, ages 66 to 19 months. The four separate units worked perfectly for a multi-generational stay. We enjoyed having the restaurants/bars on both sides. We fished, swam, kayaked and paddle boarded, caught starfish,“hunted for lizards” and watched breathtaking sunsets every day/night from this property. There was a phenomenal playground nearby (behind Walgreens) Key Largo Community Park also with a reasonably priced Aquatic center next to it for pool exercise classes. Kayaks were provided, we had paddle boards delivered for the week by Aquaholics. We booked a fishing charter with the Underwater Cowboy. Highly recommend. Thank you to Robert for providing this property for a week of precious memories.

Beautiful location. Lots of space. Enjoyed the kayaking.

We had a fabulous time! The accommodations were actually better than advertised. We had a 2 year old and a 16 year old any every age in between. There was something for everyone, the beach kept all of the kids endlessly occupied. The kayaks were such a great opportunity, someone was out everyday, usually twice a day. Great family getaway.

Sandy Feet Estates was amazing! We had a large group with 12 people including adults and children. It was absolutely spectacular in so many ways! Manatee’s visited the dock several days that we were there and were a real treat to behold. It was a great vacation and we were definitely not ready for it to be over!
Each home has two floors that are like individual apartments so it was great for each family. The sunsets are beautiful and the atmosphere is just so peaceful. The dock was great for the kids to fish off of and to go swimming and kayaking. The sunsets were picturesque!
For future renters, there is a Walgreens and CVS across the street and you can just walk there for things you will need such as extra toilet paper, garbage bags, and laundry soap. There are plenty of dishes and utensils to be used as needed. The units were all very clean and spacious. There are so many restaurants in the area if you aren’t feeling up to cooking.
I would highly recommend Sandy Feet Estates!

We were grandpa sons and grandsons. 11 of us. We had a great time. Should have been provided more tp, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent. Lots of dishes were there. None of the ice makers worked at first but we got one working. Great that there were kayaks there. Fishing off the dock was a favorite thing for everyone. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This was an amazing stay everything was perfect! Check in was easy and smooth such and amazing location everything was so clean and welcoming. Robert the owner is so easy to work with anytime I had a question he was so prompt and would get back with me in minutes. Restaurants on both sides of us made it nice and convenient must say though Roberts restaurants were the favored with our large group especially his Italian!! Thank you so much we look forward to visiting again such amazing memories for my husband’s 60th birthday 10/10!!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these two houses. Each family had their own "suite" with kitchen, dining, decks, etc.

We have been staying at this property for years. We have a big family, both kids and adults and every year it gets harder to leave. Location, setup and views are as good as it gets!

We had a large family group ranging in age from 2-83. The set up was great to accommodate everyone and leave separate space for smaller groups. The majority of time was spent on the top deck of the house closest to the water which had phenomenal views and was a natural gathering spot for the gorgeous sunsets.

We had a large group, multiple families and age ranges. We had the most amazing vacation. The units and rooms are very spacious. So much space and seating underneath for gathering, enjoying the sunset, watching the boats. The SUP and kayaks were an amazing surprise. Kept our kids occupied for hours. Water is shallow so very safe for them. Fished daily off the dock. Brought our small boat and it was perfect. The restaurants next door were very convenient for eating and cocktails. Cvs conveniently located across the street. So many other restaurants in walking distance. Great souvenir shops close. Loved having washer and dryer in each unit. It was the perfect vacation. We will definitely be staying again. I do recommend closing the gate in the evening as we did have some strangers walk to our dock the first night, not realizing it was private property.

property was close to lots of entertainment, everyone loved the accommodations, the Manatees swimming just off the dock every morning was great to drink the morning coffee too, the overall view was spectacular.

Our group of 18 really enjoyed our stay overall! I just want to add detail to the cons for perspective. The Pros really make the place!
First the CONS. The pool was frigid cold in January. There is no heater and only mid day sun hits it. The Gulf was much warmer at 78 degrees, which was the air temperature too. We had really hoped to spend a lot of time in the pool, but it wasn't possible.
The coffee situation wasn't good for 18 people. There were two 5 cup makers and four keurigs. For everyone to have two cups of coffee, that meant 36 k cups or 18 pots of coffee. 12 cup makers on each floor would be great.
We had to buy extra trash bags for our 7 day stay, as we only had 1 bag per floor. We used disposable plates and cups with 18 people. Had we used the dishwashers, there wouldn't have been enough detergent. Same with laundry; we had to buy extra detergent.
For the price point, the above items would have been nice.
The dock was very high/tall. It was 2-3 feet too high for a deck boat. For much larger boats, its probably fine. We made it in/out, but it was a challenge.
2 of the beds were very uncomfortable. The other 8 were good.
PROS. The view, sunsets, location, roomieness, cleanliness were all great to incredible! Plenty of furniture everywhere inside and out to gather a big group.

Lovely property. Close to restaurants and grocery.
Loved the dock for fishing and watching the sunset.
We rented paddle boards and Kayaks- great access.
Everything need to dine in.
Plenty of room for all 15 of us to gather.

Beautiful views, fun live music next door, and plenty of space for families to escape to their own condo or be with the full group to eat and play. Clean and welcoming space, cozy firm beds, but plan to share pots and plates if you gather as a really large group in one place for dinner. Our families loved renting kayaks and paddleboards for the week and just leaving from the private dock. Swimming in the pool was a hit and the location is an easy walk to CVS, Sandal Factory and Salvation Army Thrift Store. We would definitely return here. :)

We came with 11 adults and 6 children ages 7-16 and having the pool between the houses was great. Lots of floats, etc. to use. I also read reviews before we went so I knew to look for the dishes upstairs (because that's where the dishwashers are) and bring some down to the lower unit (hand wash only). My only complaint was that the blue house only had a sofa and it was hard to watch tv with the 4 of us, a couple of extra den type chairs would have been nice. There are 3 restaurants steps away (next door) and we ate at them all. They are somewhat expensive but good and you're on vacation. Our favorite was Snooks. We also got pizza at Tower of Pizza, which was excellent. Lots of things to do around the island for the kids to enjoy. Snorkeled in front of the houses. If you had your own boat, it's the perfect place because you have you own dock. Picnic table and chairs were plentiful for sitting out and watching the kids in the water and the boats (some pretty expensive ones) that dock there to eat at 2 of the restaurants. I would definitely go there again. Contact with the owner was excellent.

Wonderful stay
This is a beautiful place to stay. The view of the ocean is amazing. We spent hours on the dock just watching the water. We saw manatees swim by in front of us, dolphins, sharks, even a stingray. Saw the most beautiful sunset! The kids built sand castles, and you can snorkel and paddle board. There are good restaurants on either side and we enjoyed listening to the live music. The house was beautiful. We really loved it.

Great location
We had a total 4 families staying in both houses. It was great having our individual units and sharing the pool in the middle. Beautiful sunset views every night. The houses were very well maintained, stocked and clean. We will definitely stay here again if ever back in the Keys. Side note: Largo Cargo was great for souvenirs at fair prices.

Great location, clean, under cover parking a plus
We rented both houses for a week. Both houses were clean and linens were well prepped. A few of the annoyances first: We had no washcloths in our bathroom and there were no extra trash bags. There were not enough dishes or silverware. In the end we made it all work, but these little annoyances should not happen. Now the good stuff. The houses were very clean and the linens were fresh. The description really did not provide enough details so here you go: The upstairs has a master bedroom with a bath. Then, there are two other rooms upstairs that share a bath. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so each room can have their own bathroom-my advice is take the lower floor and use one of the bathrooms-the two rooms on the lower floor are bigger and you will still get your own bath. The upstairs has a bigger kitchen and a dishwasher, the lower floor does not have a dishwasher but the bedrooms are bigger. No matter where you stay you will have to use the outside stairs. The house is on "stilts" which allows for shaded parking under the house. Also it allows shaded picnic tables--great. A BBQ grill is also available at each house, but you will need your own charcoal. There is a Publix grocery store down the street and a CVS and Walgreens within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well. The pool looked nice but we did not use it since it was the end of February. We parked 10 motorcycles under the houses, but you could probably only fit two cars in each house. There is plenty of parking around the house, but not covered. We later found out the dishes and washcloths were lopsided--some of the kitchens (four of them between the two houses) had a lot of dishes and towels and some had only a few. I guess this is from sharing etc., however the owners need to make sure each house is stocked with the same dishes and towels etc. Overall, we had a great time and would rent this house(s) again. The location is safe and we did not have any problems other than the minor ones mentioned. One more thing-traffic in the Keys can be terrible! Plan on getting up early and getting out. Watch your speed--there are police cars everywhere! One really neat thing we did was visit the turtle hospital in Marathon--really interesting, but you will need a reservation. Enjoy your trip!!!

60th Birthday Vacation
Rented both Houses for our 60th Birthday for 20 Family & Friends. It is a great house since all the bedrooms are large & have queen size bedrooms, so nobody gets short handed. It’s Separated into four condo’s. The location is great & sunsets are to die for. Nested between two bar restaurants & many others places to eat are in walking distance. Will definitely rent again in the future…

Birthday bash!
Fantastic location for a multi-generational family getaway! 4 roomy condos offered lots of space to get together or retreat for a nap! Gorgeous views and great amenities allowed us to kayak, fish, float, snorkel and relax without going anywhere else. The restaurants on both sides offered wonderful acoustic music and food to enjoy all week. Property manager was quick to respond to any needs! Ages 12-75 loved, loved, loved this property!

Incredible house and location!
This property was in the perfect location of Key Largo and the view was breathtaking. Having the two restaurants right beside the house makes it even more of a perfect place to stay. Robert is extremely responsive and had our AC fixed one night when it went out in under an hour!!! Highly recommend this property.

The 2 houses are beautiful. It was like having 4 separate apartments. Great for large family vacations. The owners Robert and his father are great people. They also own the 2 restaurant's next door. We ate at both, food was awesome. Would definitely recommend renting this property.
