Location is good for penguin parade
Appliances are old, and few are broken. Rooms are frozen.

Location was lovely and the view of the paddocks behind were beautiful. It was nice to see the cows as they grazed and my kids were thrilled when they came to the fence line.
Lovely little unit and lovely staff making sure we had all we needed.
The coffee and sugar were emptied into individual containers so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Had it been individual sachets it would have been better because you don't know if it's been tampered with otherwise.
Some of the glasses weren't washed properly, we could see lip marks on a couple which was a bit unpleasant.

The villa was lovely. Although we didn't have children with us, the villa was set up beautifully if we had them. Gorgeous soft toy penguins and books for children to read.
Our bed was amazing and comfortable. I travel with a bed topper as I have a back jury. There was no need to put my topper on the bed.
Honestly, I can't say there was anything wrong with the villa.

Being that I have trouble using stairs it was manageable and the set up was good

Very nice bungalow fully equipped. Perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it at any time, also because of the possibility to use the facilities of nearby Ramada.

The 2 bedroom villa was very homely and had all the facilities that you require.
Noisy Fans.

The nature around the resort villa.
The drainage in the shower area is not working. The water flooded the walkway and into the living area.

It’s central location, very cosy and had everything at our doorstep.
There wasn’t anything, it was all good

These cute cabins on the seaside peninsula are great. All the things you need in a 2 bedroom cabin. All nicely renovated and clean. The only thing was the dog smell in the main bedroom. Didn’t know that it was a dog friendly place where the dogs can stay in the rooms. Unfortunately it’s very hard to get rid of dog smell. The location is fabulous to beach and to watch the whales.
The dog smell in the rooms

Great location, great to use all resort facilities, quiet and clean.
Outdoor setting covered in leaves and pollen, only one tea spoon, no aerial hooked up to TV in one of the bedrooms.

We decided last minute to book a couple of nights away with the kids. I had originally booked the 2 bedroom but then wanted a bath for the kids and emailed asking if I could change. Toni was so quick to respond and went out of her way to ensure the place was clean and ready for us to use. It was perfectly equipped for the kids with books and games. They fell in love with the 2 penguin teddies while there so we had to go into town and purchase their own! Private deck looking out to bush land which would be amazing in Summer. Close to everything and the on-site restaurant/bar is worth a visit.
The deck had not been cleaned or maintained in a while and was very dirty with animal droppings, spider webs and plant leaves/blossom ect. I would suggest this would have been from the weather not being great and it not being used for a while. You would also be fighting a losing battle with the blossom anyway at this time of year.

Surrounding areas not well lighted.

The location is perfect as it’s close to all attractions. The Villa is stylish, cosy and has all amenities ( even including kids toys, books and board games).

Beautiful surroundings, nice to play some games or go for a swim as well.
Inside the microwave was covered with food and the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the toilet seat was all wet hadn’t been cleaned properly. But understand that things happen and cleaners can be busy.

Toni the host is super lovely. We have an excellent experience at there to celebrate our first anniversary. Will definitely get back there again. Fortunately, I could see the wild animals- rabbits, squirrels and varieties of birds which I’m not sure their name. Hahaha.
