Отидох с нагласа за добра храна и вино, релаксиращо СПА и спокойна пририда. Получих ги.

+ Бях в студио: всекидневна, спалня и баня. Чисто и топло. Всекидневната е с диван с лежанка, а двойното легло в спалнята е огромно. Има телевизор във всяка стая и отличен Интернет. + Банята е с уникална мивка от дърво, красива и удобна. + Всеки ден зареждаха с безплатна 1.5 л минерална вода на човек. + Ресторантът е с приказни предложения. Цените са по-високи от средните за страната, но вкуса на храната е запонящ се. Десерт "Заарска баклава" - няма нищо общо с традиционната баклава, но е опияняващ вкус на шам фъстък. "Дърпаното агнешко" ще го помня дълго. + СПА зоната като за хотел- винарна, а не СПА хотел, е много добра. + Има приятни места за разходка из природата, макар и недобре указани с табели. Персонала не знае за тях, но излизате от хотела и хващате надясно. После избора е ваш.

- На практика във всекидневната има само един свободен контакт. Ако си включиш лаптопа, не може да си заредиш телефона. Повечето контакти не са добре захванати за стената и с опасност да ви останат в ръцете. - Няма завеса разделяща душа в банята от останалото помещение. При къпане се мокри цялото помещение. Една "Г" -образна релса със завеса би решила проблема. - Предложенията за закупуване като сирене, кашкавал, сладка, лютеница и т.н. са в малки количества и свършват бързо. Странно е. - Студиото няма "топла" връзка със СПА зоната. Знаехме за това още по време на резервацията. Съгласих се, но си е неудобно в студени дни. - Както в много други хотели не е помислено как да се съхранява ключа за гардероба на съблекалнята, когато се ползва СПА зоната. Една гумена гривна би решила този проблем.

Flies in the room.. we had to spray so couldn't be in the room as my son has asthma. Asked reception in the morning to address the situation for the next guests.

Exceptional

Beautiful gardens and an amazing wine tasting. The staff was friendly and eager to please. The bed was the most comfortable bed of the whole vacation. The spa facilities were also lovely. Each area offered a different type of relaxation.

I was disappointed that the massage therapist was not available but it did not impact my happiness or satisfaction with the stay.

Will be returning

The entire estate was lovely - the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, so we managed to get great sleep. The food was excellent and the menu cleverly included optional wine pairings for each dish. The wine tasting was the best part - the wine technician was very accommodating and his approach was great as he asked questions and guided us instead of serving all the information about the wines beforehand. The beautiful views and the spa were just an added bonus to the experience. We’ll be coming again.

The shower needed to be descaled.

Best wine tasting ever.

We liked the restaurant. Special thanks to Veselin Galev for the most amazing wine tasting ! He was as professional in the restaurant as he was in the cellar.

The rooms were extremely hot. We asked both the receptionist ladies if they could assist us with stopping the heat but to no avail. The SPA was not ON when we tried to use it and we had to go with towels to the reception to ask for it.

Great short break !

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Had everything you wanted , was more than just continental. Teas and coffees a available and toaster.

A stunnitscenery with a mixed quality property - a solid 7

Stunning view from the big apartments. Very cool design of the apartments. The wine was very good

Though quite new, it is already starting to fall apart: the bathroom door doesn’t close, the bathroom stinks, one of the marrasses is so broken you can not lie on it without falling off. The temperature in the first apartment was a CONSTANT 28-29 degrees!!! In the second apartment it was 26-27 degrees. Completely inadequate (practically non existent) cooling. The restaurant was very good but the prices were ridiculously high.

Exceptional

Exellent location and viewd. Stylish interior & exterior. Good food & wines. Very pleasant escape from regular busy days.

It would be better if the SPA area works a little bit longer.

Website description amazing, reality not so much.

The location, the room and view, the classic massage and Yumeiho, the winery's own wine.

The hotel didn't live up to expectation according to website description. The food was disappointing, choice of drinks like beer and vodka on the list were not available. Lack of staff meant 2 girls running around serving and on reception all day and evening. No one to explain food dishes or help with choice if wine. Little or no English spoken as advertised. Start time 8.30am for breakfast meant we had to leave before it was served. Spa facilities were switched off and we had to find the girl on reception to switch them on. Pool was fairly small but ok for the 2 of us.

Exceptional

Amazing place! The wine, the food, the atmosphere, everyting was top notch. And the combination between the interior and the view from the apartment we stayed in made our stay very romantic and memorable.
