The location is conveniently located near other smalk villages in the park. It was easy for us to travel between attractions.
Sounds traveled easily through from our studio 3 to studio 2 upstairs. The first night we arrived a couple was staying upstairs. Things a got a bit awkward when we could hear them making out upstairs. Luckily they left the next morning and noone moved in while we were there.

Breakfast N/A,
Excellent location.
All good

Most comfy bed I’ve slept in, great shower, 5 mins from a great dining pub.
Ended up in wrong room as arrived in dark and no number on door but key available. Bathroom drain a bit smelly and cooker didn’t work. Our correct room probably had no smells and working cooker to be fair.

Location, tea and coffee, basic cooking facilities as self catered. Comfortable bed and space.
Drive instructions to Laura Lane good, but should add drive 1 mile to Linton, then etc.... should reception cut out. (Sat nav responded to same address as The Rectory Rooms). Another hook in the bathroom for towels would be appreciated. Clarify that the water temp is set for shower, and for panel heating. Suggest include local places to eat, or drink.

Beautiful room, warm, clean, quiet and added touch of a cake, milk, tea bags and coffee.
Only downside…. We had to come home!

The property was warm, cozy and well equipped. Was an amazing location with brilliant access to so many hot-spots across Yorkshire.
We had a problem with the hot water while staying - however after notifying host she went above and beyond to sort out our problem and gave us great service in providing another solution to the issue.

I absolutely love this place. I really do like the idea of a studio and it's finished to a very high standard, has everything you could need, everything is matching, comfy bed, and comfy chairs.Nice hot fast shower, really clean. Beautiful location, lovely area to just walk.I would definitely recommend a visit.

I loved the location. It is very picturesque and quiet. The studio was spotlessly clean, modern and bright. The bed was really comfortable. A lovely cake on arrival as well as milk, tea and coffee.

Lovely location, comfortable accommodation. Good directions and hassle-free check in.
Sound travels between the apartments.

The location is fabulous. Linton is so pretty. The walk through to Grassington is short via picturesque falls.
The accommodation is opposite the beck, and has a large car park for guests.
The storage facilities in the room are good.
The room is a good size and the bathroom is nice.
This studio has the potential to be amazing.
The room wasn't very clean. The floor needed to be mopped as it was dirty. Some of the crockery was dirty on arrival.
The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was far too soft for me but also very lumpy.
Some of the room fittings were damaged (a light fitting etc).
The microwave oven is very low down, which made it very hard to use. Head height would be much better.
The room has too much furniture crammed in of too many different styles. I would have got rid of the bar stools and floor lamp and wall mirror as they made it feel cluttered. Too many clashing patterns in the room. Cottage style curtains, art deco mirror, feather wallpaper. Please choose one style.

Exquisitely furnished. Very comfortable. A real treat to enter for the first time. Excellent location for fine local walks and for driving off to explore The Dales. We were really satisfied with our whole experience here.

The studio is stylishly decorated, with a luxurious bed. My favourite is the reading lamp. I felt like a lord of the manor as I sipped tea and ate cake, while reading a good book.
Nothing, I would definitely stay again.

Lovely location. Decor was good, studio well equipped. Clean and comfortable
Noise from studio above, you could hear every step. Luckily it was only occupied for 1night of our stay.

The keys were in a key safe,
Everything was thought of, it was just like being at home, very quiet location, just what was needed

Was self catering, was a nice quiet place ,the accommodation studio 3 was tastefully decorated with nice added little touches like a cake, beverages, milk ready for when we arrived. Very well maintained with bags of hot water on demand, can not fault the service and such a nice host.
The only draw back was that the drop pin on the map was showing that it was just across the road from the national park in Grassington itself, the host didn't realise this (maybe not her fault as there is a rectory where shown) but didn't cause us a problem.
