Pools and food

The pool surface was very slippery, aquashoes didnt make a difference at all and my daughter slipped and opened her lip. The first aider by the pools was fantastic though and sorted her out quickly.

One happy Family

This hotel has it all, great family holiday caters for everything no need to leave the complex after you arrive to when you go home. Slides,football pitch great food and drink and daily entertainment. Hotel spotless

It Is along way from the beach, marina and old town if you are going for this

Wonderful hotel for families. They made it look easy catering for so many people

The hotel was spotless. We stayed in half term so it was busy but the staff kept the entire place immaculate. Food was great for AI, plenty of choice and great selection of fresh fruits. Location was great.

The sun bed hunt. If people didn’t put towels down and leave them there all day to turn up for an hour or so there would be no shortage of beds. It was a nightmare to find them even though half were just covered in towels. If everyone just used one when they needed it there would have been spare beds everyday.

A brilliant family friendly hotel with lots to do

A brilliant family friendly hotel to stay at! The variety of foods and drinks available throughout the day was amazing. There were lots of activities for children to do throughout the day (kids club and pool side activities) and the kids disco at night was a huge hit. The waterslides were a huge hit with my children. The rooms are very modern and cleaned each day...we even got chocolates on our pillows every night. The rooftop bar has amazing views especially at sunset. All staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the old town was great too. I would go back and stay again in a heartbeat!

Great for families, nice stroll to the beach and a short cab ride to old town which was handy

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Also the rooms were very clean throughout

Het hotel is heel mooi en netjes. De mensen die er werken zijn heel lief en behulpzaam. De locatie is wat minder omdat je niet heel dicht bij het strand of de winkels bent maar met het busje van het hotel ben je er zo. Het eten was heerlijk en je merkt aan alles dat er enorm veel moeite in zit.

The hotel is not really 5 stars. It is a 4 star and I think it is over marketed and that should change for your best sake. The staff is good and trying to help. The water at the pool is so sos so cold

Our entire trip enjoyed our stay at Jupiter 100%

We actually liked everything: the rooms, pools, activities, service, friendliness, and food. The hotel kept its promise to be family (and especially children) friendly.

I would prefer that the pools be available another hour or so, but it was not a "big of a deal" with the original time.

All-inclusive hotel with great facilities but average food and service

We loved the swimming pools - kids are allowed to jump and use floaties, which was brilliant. The weather was great too - blue skies and up to 30 degrees C. The rooms were spacious. There are a lot of facilities - a football court, a trampoline (paid), three swimming pools. The entertainment team was great though they mostly cater to very young children and adults. There weren’t many suitable activities for slightly older children (8 and 11). The reception and bar stuff were polite and very helpful. There isn’t much to do in the area and Albufeira is very touristy.

This is a package holiday, all-inclusive hotel (which we hadn’t realised when booking directly). The food and drink selection is designed for tourists who are looking for value (and quantity) for money. The food was plentiful but not of the quality I would expect from a five star hotel. The salad options were good but the mains in particular were poor - chewy meat and sausages, fish was okay. There was a large selection of desserts. Room cleaning was fine but the decorative cushions and throws hadn’t been washed and were stained. The hotel gets very loud in the evenings which makes it hard to rest - no quiet hours were observed or enforced by the hotel.

The only problem is the elevators and I'm sure they already know this. Maybe they can improve the system they are using. It make you waste too much time waiting for it tavthe peak times.

Not worth the extra price to get all inclusive at this hotel bs competitors

The pools are large and no overcrowded.

The all inclusive food was just okay. Many meals had the same items. On me night my wife got some of the “smoked turkey wrapped in bacon”, but it was completely raw in the middle. It’s a good thing I noticed it just seconds before she ate it.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff however steer clear for couples

Very clean hotel, seaview balconies are beautiful on the high floors. Staff are lovely and go over and beyond. Gym is great. Food was ok for an all inclusive.

Gym needs air con and music. This hotel is only suited for families in my opinion (I know it states that in the title, my fault for booking). As a couple we didn’t like being so far out from albufeira. The adult pool is lovely however there is no atmosphere i.e. music and kids also access it too. The only time I felt relaxed was outside the hotel. There are kids running around rampage, especially during meal times with hot food about.
