It was a very clean spacious cottage with plenty of cooking utensils and a well set up kitchen to make our own meals.Lovely comfy lounge setting and soft bed linen.
It is a car ride from the beaches and the centre of Kiama, but that is a small price to pay for the space and cleanliness.

We loved the location and thoroughly enjoyed every moment at this hidden gem. The owners were lovely and had the best top 10 list things to do in and around Kiama. The Cottage was clean and appliances well thought of. The bed upstairs was like sleeping on a cloud. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Great presentation and well appointed with lovely furnishings. Coffee machine was also available, which was convenient.
There was no hot water for a shower. We went to shower at around 11pm and one of us was able to have a luke warm shower for five minutes, then the water ran cold. From the perspective of courtesy, it was too late to contact the hosts that live on site. The next morning we woke up and the water had not reheated and we were on a tight schedule and had to leave, so we had no time to contact the host to organise a repair ahead of departure. I contacted the host afterwards and was a refused a partial refund when I asked for one. We had been travelling and camping for two days in our Troopy and the only reason we really stayed there was to have a hot shower. Very disappointing that not even a small refund could be accomodated as a gesture of good faith.
I was also shocked that the owner said that if I posted a negative review, they would post one in return and recommend other hosts do not allow me to stay in their property - even though I raised a genuine concern in good faith and politely asked for a partial refund. Offering a property for hire and not providing hot water is a breach of the Australian Consumer Law. In the end, Booking.com provided me with a partial refund as a gesture of good will, as the owner failed to to provide any remedy.
The other minor issue is that if you are a tall person, you will not be able to sit on the toilet seat straight, as your knees will hit the vanity!
