Bonne literie, propre, restaurant excellent (à faire!). Chambres peu isolées du bruit de la route.

La literie était confortable, la vue depuis la chambre était belle. La proximité avec le restaurant étoilé (dans l’hôtel).

L’hôtel donne sur la route, et les fenêtres n’isolent pas beaucoup du bruit de la route. Il était proposé sur le site une « suite Junior », mais finalement c’était une chambre classique, alors qu’en nommant la chambre « suite » on s’attendait à avoir un petit salon.

Enjoyable and relaxing

A friendly and quiet hotel in a small picturesque Basque town with modern facilities, attention to detail and warm staff. The kitchen was excellent and just what is needed to wind down after a long drive.

Breakfast is late starting at 08:00.

The Booking.com deal was for half board, dinner bed and breakfast. The hotel knew of no such deal. We had to drive to another town to a restaurant which was an unexpected additional expense.

best value for money house we’ve ever stayed in (and we stayed in many!)

the house is nothing less than perfect! properly equipped, comfortable, nice sized pool, and great pool house. having two kitchens and two dish washers was a great plus for two families of 5 sharing the house. bedrooms spotless and beautifully furnished and the den is probably the gem of the house with the most comfortable sofas you’ll ever rest your head on! don’t miss out on an opportunity to stay here!

Comfortable stay in a lovely hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The car parking was very easy and free. We were given a warm welcome and shown our spotlessly clean room with a wonderful view. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge full of water. We had a delicious steak in the outside dining area and had a continental breakfast delivered to our room which was well presented and extremely tasty!

Very charming Hotel, clean, staff is very friendly and dinner was fantastic. Building is renovated recently and rooms are modern, comfortable and also very nice decorated. I 'll hope to come back to this charming place

Comfortable, pretty, and quiet. Just what we needed.

Very comfortable room and great aesthetic.

Breakfast was a bit expensive and the breakfast room didn’t seem as pleasant as the rest of the hotel, so we decided to skip it.

A Basque gem

The staff was fantastic. Catering, polite, and attentive. Our labradoodle was treated like royalty as the hotel provided his very own doggy bed and a bowl. The bed was superb, our kids said eve the sofa couch is better than their bed at home😅. We had dinner at the restaurant and it certainly did not disappoint with all the reviews I've read. A must try. Kid friendly as well as they cater to whatever my kids "did not" eat😅😅. However, my oldest loves the bass n mussels.... And the desserts are to die for. Parking on site with a security guard on site. A real gem find. We will be returning hopefully soon to stay and explore the basque area.

Fabulous hotel

One of the best 4 star hotels I've ever stayed in including - Modern purpose built but traditional Basque style hotel and restaurant with most hospitality facilities Including lift Good location on the outskirts of a traditional rural Basque town including goats and chickens in residents gardens Lovely thick towels In bathroom Wonderful shower with many features Lots of private parking at the hotel Numerous excellent helpful, friendly and competent staff providing attended service Good restaurant and bar Very efficient and well organised Lots of seating in the restaurant and on outside patio Toilet separate to bathroom Not far from Biarritz, San Sebastian and the Pyrenees

My wife and l have never been made more welcome in France.

The greeting was excellent and we were shown to our room by a very efficient receptionist. The room was clean and very comfortable with a balcony with great views.We booked for dinner and food and service was first class. Breakfast was very good and all members of staff were friendly and professional. The director refurbished the property 2 years ago and has done a great job as well as selecting and training staff on how to look after the needs of his guests.

Check out a little slow but it was rush hour.
