We enjoyed our stay here very much and loved how quiet this complex was! The pool was very nice and our unit was clean and neat. There were a few odd missing things from the kitchen…pot holders, cookie sheet, plastic spatula but nothing we couldn’t work around though they’d be nice to have.
We will say that the one thing which could use improvement is that the sectional sofa is not bolted together and so it slides apart while you are sitting on it. This simple fix would make a huge difference to the comfort level of the couch.
Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Nice place to stay…close to a grocery store, a few restaurants and running trails.

Great location, great property - kitchen is lacking to be able to family cook while there. Communication was great.

Pros: This is a great location, especially if skiing at Diamond Peak. Very nice and clean property.
Cons: The bedding is quite skimpy, especially for winter. The thermostats would reset to 50 degrees in the middle of the night, and had to be manually increased nightly. The microwave is challenging to figure out, with no instructions, even though previous renters left the same feedback. There are no shovels, and the property/roads did not get plowed. This could have become a BIG problem if the snowfall was more than the few inches we had. Every property we've rented the past few years has had a closet with at least 1 shovel, so we were surprised.
We still had a wonderful time, but these minor improvements would make a world of difference.

We loved the condo. It was just as described and was very clean. It’s maybe two minutes from everything in Incline Village. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a blast. Your condo is in a prime location and we hope to rent it again in the future. Ample space for kids with the bunk beds and a great kitchen family room combo. The fully stocked kitchen was wonderful too!

This has been the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed it. We could tell that the cleaning crew takes their time and does a good job. Usual gross spots like the refrigerator and closets were spotless and we could see lines in the carpet from the vacuum.
Everything was well stocked, with a few exceptions, like more glasses and an oven mitt would have been nice.
The neighborhood was nice and an easy walk to a few stores and restaurants and a quick drive to even more stores.
Not sure why the place is limited to 4 guests when there are 6 beds that could sleep 8, but that wasn’t an issue this time.

Nice place but lacks supplies like enough plates, glasses and no detergent for the washing machine.

Stay was good. Only issues were a lack of utensils and kitchenware, and some of the cleaning could have been better. Some dishes seemed not cleaned thoroughly, and living room floor and TV area was dusty. Yes

August Family Vacation
Generally, this is a nice property located in the Incline Village with close proximity to shop and couple public beaches. Here is short review on some aspect of property;
1. Incline Village - At least for our stay (8/2020), Incline Village had limited the access to their beaches to owners only (not renters). So, we could not access any of the beaches or the recreation center. This was a change from previous years which made paying a premium for an Incline Village rental highly questionable. So, check on this aspect before you book.
2. Property - This is a nice and roomy home and relatively well equipped with a nice deck BBQ, and two parking spots. However, the property is not well maintained for really minor things. It seems that the person who was hired to install things was not well equipped to do so. Pretty much anything you touch will fall; cabinet shelving in the kitchen and bathrooms, towel holders, toilet paper holder, medicine cabinet, etc. It is really a shame.
3. Property Management Company - This was definitely the low point of our stay. I have stayed in many VRBO or Airbnb places and in every single one, there is a binder with information about the property, surrounding area, and check out instruction. You will find no such a thing here. You are left to figure everything out yourself from how to operate the microwave (it is complicated) to where to take the recycling, to operating the dishwasher (slightly complicated) to recommendations for nearby public beaches, restaurants, etc.
During our last day of stay, we lost power around 9.00 am. When I called the property manager and told them about the power outage, they seemed to have known about it in advance from the HOA; "HOA is doing some upgrade work" but no one bothered to let us know about this pre-planned work and anticipated disruption. This was our "stay-home" day on the vacation. So, we just packed and left a day early since no one could tell us when the power would have come back.

Just OK
This was an expensive listing, but the pictures on line looked nice and the ratings for cleanliness were good. But, when we arrived, the place was not clean. The living room carpet was full of hair and we had to put blankets over it for the entire stay. The pictures of the deck were deceiving, as it is small. The floor looks bad as it is all marked up and looks like food on the floor. The towels are paper thin which was a real disappointment! The mattresses are really horrible in the first bedroom and bottom bunk beds. So, we were disappointed in the unit.

Great place to stay
Let me just start by saying that I am SUPER picky about cleanliness, and this place was spotless! The location was great; a few minutes to drive to Incline beaches/grocery/ice cream/restaurants.
I liked having all of the bedrooms on the same floor. Our 3 kids loved the bunk bed room. The kitchen had what we needed and we cooked everyday. The washer/dryer was clutch.
This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable (CLEAN) place to unwind at the end of day. I would stay here again.

Great Incline Village Townhouse
Two families enjoyed this summer getaway to Tahoe. Cute lil townhouse. However walls are thin and living area is above the bedrooms so it was hard for kids to go to bed with the noise upstairs. We could also hear our neighbors. Some of the upper bunk beds could have used blankets as it gets quite into the 40s @ night. Otherwise it was a lovely property.

Nice Getaway!
Overall our stay was wonderful. There were a couple of changes that took place before our arrival but the manager made sure to communicate with us. The home was clean, and well stocked. Just missing a couple of kitchen supplies I needed but Rayles is very close by. I will definitely stay again.
