Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Lage

die Unterkunft ist in einer Top Lage. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. es fehlt an nichts. super Ferienwohnung. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location for a ski holiday in Garmisch

Great location, minutes from the lift and local tram station.

The only shower is in the en-suite. Would be better to have a second shower.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund da, es hat uns gefallen :) Super war auch, dass man den Hund im Garten frei laufen lassen kann. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, denn das Zentrum, der Bahnhof und auch Wiesen und Felder zum Spazierengehen sind gut erreichbar. 🏔🥾🐕🚶‍♀️

L'emplacement : calme, terrasse avec vue sur la montagne, suffisamment proche du centre.

On aurait préféré une grande couette plutot que 2/2. Absence de protection pour les tables, passoire.

Quiet comfortable dog-friendly apartment with beautiful views!

Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The decor really fit the Garmisch scene. We enjoyed the outside courtyard and patio and easy access to trails to walk our dog. The area was very quiet and we had no problem parking. Beautiful views!

We weren’t sure what to do with our keys upon departure, but we just left them where we found them and it didn’t seem to be a problem.

The living room is very spicous.

1- No AC, and it was really hot. But the host kindly provided a fan. But in day time, even fan was not good enough. 2- Toilet is extremely small, it is nearly the size of airplane toilet. 2nd totilet is actually not toilet, it is Hand wash & shower, no toilet.

- Sleeping area. The double bed on the left side is "broken". My wife had to go to sleep in the single bed in the second room for the last 3 nights. - The bathroom in the room is blind, small and with a strong stuffy smell. the bathroom with toilet is 1 m2, very small. - The owner had to activate the digital GAP CARD for us and it only arrived on the last day after our request. The tourist office told us that it is the owner who must forward the activation request or give it directly to the guests on paper, this has not been done and after few messages with the owner it was almost us who disturbed him

Clean, bright and welcoming

Really spacious apartment with a lovely garden area. Well furnished and very clean. Perfect amount of kitchen utensils and not cluttered. The host was very friendly and helpful

I would have preferred it closer to the Centre of town but that's only because I'd ran a 114km race and had to walk back after :)

We stayed in the upper apartment. Everything was great. Great location, well equipped, nice view.

A very small observation - the shower was pouring a little bit under the glass wall.

Super clean. Good localization. Nice view. Quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to ski area. Also not far from the center - no problem by foot.

Would be nice if there was a tea and coffee :)

Great location to Garmisch Classic Hausberg gondola and the cog railway to Zugspitze. also easy walk to the old town and Christmas market

Going up and down the stairs that were slippery with wet shoes no drying room for ski equipment that we left at the top of the stairs.

I like the location, close to the city, everything I needed was at the house.

I had the ground floor apartment, there were guests upstairs, you could hear every little noise they made, walking on the floor, it was very loud and it bothered me. So the ground floor apartment I wouldn't recommend.

Equipment of the house was rather old, including furniture. The apartment itself begs for renovation.

The location was about a 15 min walk from the centre of town so it was very quiet and peaceful.

Larger than we expected with a lovely garden area and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen facilities were perfect. Little things like kitchen paper towels, washing up liquid and enough toilet paper and hair and body products meant we didn't have to go shopping for these items.

If you’re looking for something a short walk from the Hausberg liftlook no further. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Top notch kitchen and utensils.

No door on the living room.

Great small house for families in an amazing location for skiing...

A cozy small independent house that is very good decorated. The rooms were very clean and includes all the essential equipments and utensils. Bathroom is also nice and there is even a small extra room next to it where you can store your luggage etc. You can park your car in front of the house and there is even a storage for your ski and gear.

There were no salt and pepper.

Wonderful skiing trip and I recommend Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Ferienwohnung Anna to others.

I liked everything: the location is excellent (just a short walk to the Hausberg ski lift and a 10 minute walk into town), the apartment is comfortable and spacious enough for 3 people, and the host was very friendly and accommodating.

Calm apartment with good location and views.

- Very good, spacious apartment. - All necessary appliances in the kitchen. - good location. - calm place.

I think it would be nice to have olive oil, salt, and pepper in the apartment. I think it is not so expensive to provide. Also, there was no kitchen paper, no soap in the toilet, only in the bathroom. It would be also nice if you can leave luggage on the departure day at the apartment.
