Verdrietig, booking heeft ons verkeerd geïnformeerd over de faciliteiten.

Ik heb geboekt voor een zwembad. Bij aankomst bleek het zwembad leeg te staan en konden we ineens geen gebruik maken van dit zwembad. We werden niet geholpen en de man achter de balie kon niets voor ons betekenen zei hij zelf. Op booking staat dat het zwembad open zou moeten zijn, dit was niet het geval. Niemand kan ons nu helpen. Ik betaal voor een zwembad die er niet was, de dagen vielen daarom heel erg tegen in de hotel.

Déjeuner copieux Chambre spacieuse et propre Proche d'un centre commercial qui offre pas mal de choix pour manger. Staff sympa et a l'écoute

l'isolation de la chambre, on entendait un chien aboyé a 2-3h du matin le 1er soir après plus rien La piscine devait être fermé le vendredi et lorsque je suis arrivé le mercredi soir, le lendemain ils m'ont dis que la saison était déjà terminé

Booked 2 rooms Very unprofessional service 0 explanation at arrival (Breakfast? Facilities?) Rooms not clean at arrival Booked 3 nights, the rooms weren't cleaned once, no clean towels available Room door cards were disabled everyday Found out swimming pool was closed (they didn't know why) Could not close room door entirely Television didn't work at all for 3 days, no solution found. We were asked to pay full price if upgraded

Wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience at Mai Tai Resort! The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The price is very convenient and the hotel offers free parking lots. I highly recommend Mai Tai Resort for anyone visiting and staying in Tirana.

Beware - extreme day and night noise from disco parties on the hotel property

Excellent rooms & showers very modern and comfortable

It’s currently opposite a building site and the sound form the pile drivers is constant loud and annoying - but not as bad as the noise from the daily POOL PARTIES - that are frequented by gangs of local males. It can feel very intimidating, the parties go on from noon to 6pm. The music is so loud it rebounds off the shopping centre across the valley (if we were in Spain it would be closed down for noise nuisance). It’s impossible to enjoy the room through the day, the noise pollution is incredible. When we complained to the reception, asking for the music to be turned down, we were told “no, it is a pool party, we have a DJ” We left and booked another hotel in town. But we’re charge for the full 3 nights we originally booked at the MaiTai Friends who stayed the course reported that the night club above the hotel was even louder through to the early hours in the morning. This hotel needs to decide if it wants to be a hotel or a night club. The management’s agenda does not include customer service, satisfaction or service recovery. They really do not care about paying hotel guests. One or two members aid staff were very pleasant - but unable to do anything about anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
