Apartment type 3 of 50 m2, located on the 5th floor of the residence "Le Panoramic", completely renovated, air-conditioned, very bright, quiet, two large windows open onto a balcony of 10 m2 with panoramic sea views, Cape Canaille and the vineyards. Free parking in front of the building, 10 minutes walk from the center of Cassis, the port and the beach.

Our stay in Cassis was great. Nathalie met us on arrival and helped with our luggage. The apartment was adorable and well equipped with a breathtaking view of the sea. Cassis is a quaint village full of excellent dining spots. We took the train into Marseille several times and it was fast, inexpensive and convenient.

Fabulous apartment that we hated to leave after 3 weeks! Nathalie met us when we checked in and showed us her beautiful apartment. When we met, she provided good recommendations for grocery stores and the path to the beach and city center… less than 10 minutes away. Nathalie was an excellent communicator. We were on a working vacation & found the apartment quiet & the wi-fi fast & reliable. The building itself is simple but don’t let that detour you. The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated, has all the appliances one needs, and it is very comfortable. The view of Cape Canaille (as shown on the website) is what you see every day… it is breathtaking! We will visit Cassis again and will want to stay at this apartment.

Our hostess Nathalie was charming and very helpful. The apartment was fully equipped and well organized, with the necessities needed to start our stay. We appreciated everything Nathalie did for us and we enjoyed our stay. Cassis has a lot to offer and the fishing harbor is worth a daily visit!

Great property near the town centre with all the amenities you need. Always parking available nearby and the host was excellent in communicating. Would recommend to others and already thinking about staying again to explore this beautiful part of France.

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Töchter 12/14) haben unsere 5 Tage in Cassis in der schönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Küche war prima ausgestattet, alles war sauber und vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Cassis. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce joli appartement, très proche du centre de Cassis à pieds, avec une belle terrasse avec vue panoramique. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits. L'appartement était très propre et bien entretenu. La literie bonne. Et Nathalie nous a très bien et très gentiment accueillis.

Nous sommes entièrement satisfait de notre séjour à Cassis. Bel appartement, Bon accueil de la part de Nathalie. Le lieu dégage une onde positive et sereine. De plus il est possible de partir de l'appartement à pied pour faire les calanques.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Cassis at this 5th floor unit. Our host was gracious. We spoke very little French, and she spoke very little English, but we communicated via emails using a translate app. The unit was very clean with up to date amenities, appliances and a spectacular view from the balcony. The building itself needs some external repairs to some balconies. The elevator worked fine, but common area lighting was lacking, and we used our phone flashlights to navigate after sunset. There is a convenient parking space included at the top and behind the building. The walk to the harbor is 5-10 mins, but there is a steep drive to walk down the road on the way to town and then back up to the unit. This wasn't a problem for us but could be for some. Our host recommended some nice restaurants. The town is charming with many restaurants ringing the harbor and a beach. There is a great scenic drive from Cassis to La Ciotat and numerous pull-offs to hike on Cap Canaille. Cassis is a great base to explore the Calanques by land or by sea and we thought the unit was well located for all our intended excursions. We already miss the moonlit Mediterranean view from the balcony.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Handtücher, Trockentücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral (15 Gehminuten zum Hafen) ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Da die Wohnung im 5 Stock unter einem Flachdach liegt ist die vorhandene Klimaanlage sehr nützlich. Der mit einer Schranke gesicherte Parkplatz reicht bei weitem nicht für alle Anwohner aus und ist sehr eng. Deshalb muss man oft auf Strassenparkplätze ausweichen. Der Wohnkomplex an sich ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ziemlich neu renoviert, dicht am Zentrum und gute Lage für Wanderungen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aussicht vom Balkon. Kommunikation mit Nathalie hat gut geklappt. Allerdings fanden wir es etwas befremdlich, erst 1 Woche vorher per Mail zu erfahren, dass noch 50€ für Endreinigung on top kommen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Nathalie. L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel (il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin), la vue est très belle et nous sommes dans le centre de Cassis en moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Nous avons passé un super séjour, merci beaucoup :)
