Description of the house: A quiet secure dream holiday house that offers a large modern house featuring a large spacious deck, open air veranda, shaded sitting area and large pool. A dream holiday home that is perfect for a family. This modern house (built in 2014) offers accommodation in four private and separate suites 3 with queen beds and 1 suite with a double bed, and a separate bedroom with a bunk bed, all suites have their own private bathroom. The house has a common fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. All rooms in this house are air conditioned. The house has been designed for comfort and relaxation, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, on the front of the dining and living room that looks out over a beautiful deck and swimming pool. There is a shaded games/ BBQ area with a wet bar and fridge at one end of the pool. The house is situated in a secure gated closed condominium with a cool gentle breeze blowing through the palm trees.

The house offer lots of free parking and is located on a paved road.

The beaches and the Quadrado are just a few minutes away.

With indoor and outdoor lounges, a modern fully furnished kitchen, fruit trees in the garden and spacious pool that includes a shallow sunning area, it is a dream holiday house that is perfect for honeymooners or a family. The house is decorated with beautiful exotic hard woods, exotic wood dining table, wooden furniture and wood floors custom build by local craftsmen and artists. The house comes complete with all of the entertainment and communications link-ups of a modern luxury hotel.

Perfeita. A casa é ótima. Corresponde às fotos que estão no site. Lugar tranquilo, seguro. Os proprietários, Cristina e Arthur, nos deixaram bem à vontade. Ajudaram em tudo o que precisamos. Piscina limpa todo o dia. Recomendo. Quando puder retornarei.

A casa foi perfeito, a localização é ideal, seguro em um condomínio fechado, Foi tudo o que poderíamos pedir. Passamos 7 dias fantásticos nesta casa, exatamente como as fotos mostram, muito aconchegante e confortável. A casa é maravilhosa, realmente merece as 5 estrelas! Tudo funcionou perfeitamente, excelentes limpo roupas de cama e banho, tudo muito organizado. Valeu muito a pena, lugar belíssimo. Quem for não se arrepnderá. Enfim, não vejo a hora de voltar para esse paraíso! Liliane e Bruno

A casa é tudo isso que está nas fotos e na descrição e muito mais. Tudo foi planejado para dias incríveis, graças aos cuidados dos proprietários, Cristina e Arthur, pessoas muito organizadas, honestas e atenciosas. A casa é linda, limpa e espaçosa, com móveis novos e luxuosos. Toalhas, roupas de cama, talheres, eletrodomésticos, etc, tudo de muita qualidade e conforto. Fomos num grupo de casais e todos acharam a casa perfeita, não da vontade de ir embora. Apesar de ficar num condomínio seguro, é preciso pegar carro para ir ao quadrado. Mesmo assim, indicaria a todos sem hesitar.

Great house. This spacious luxury house was even larger and better than we expected. The house has a great location, just what we wanted. The Pool was wonderful. All of the rooms were well furnished and the beds were super comfortable. Great bathrooms, nice, warm and clean swimming pool. The perfect base for a stay in Trancoso. Easy access, safe and close to everything. The hosts provided us with more than we expected and with the best and kindest service we have ever had, our host was always ready to help. Thank you. We HIGHLY recommend this house, we hope to be back soon.

Amei ficar nesta casa luxuosa por uma semana. A casa é muito confortável, ampla, arejada e aconchegante. A casa está localizada num condominio fechado tornando-a segura e agradável. A localização é ideal, perto de tudo. Fica a poucos minutos da praia e do Quadrado. A decoração e piscina da casa são um charme. A limpeza e manutenção da casa são impecáveis, assim como roupa de cama e banho. Super indico para quem pretende um local tranquilo e relaxante. Voltarei lá com certeza!! Obrigada Cristina, adorei!

Excelente Opção em Trancoso

A casa é realmente excelente, exatamente conforme apresentada nas fotos. Piscina grande, bem cuidada e área de convivência muito espaçosa. Casa extremamente limpa com serviço de diarista, troca de toalhas e roupa de cama. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos. Não deixaram faltar nada durante a nossa estada. É recomendável um carro para ir ao quadrado e praias. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar nesta casa.

Casa nova, ampla e confortável, muito bem localizada em Trancoso, em condomínio com muita segurança. A descrição no site corresponde exatamente ao que encontramos. Os estados de manutenção e de limpeza foram excelentes. A recepção dos proprietários foi muito atenciosa, providenciando tudo o que foi necessário durante a estadia. Os três dormitórios, e toda a casa, são equipados com ar condicionado. Excelente piscina e sauna úmida. A casa dispõe de amplas varandas e diversos ambientes para relaxar e descansar. Destaque também para a churrasqueira e local especial para desfrutar uma refeição descontraída à beira da piscina. É local ideal para reuniões em família e entre amigos, a qualquer idade, incluindo crianças menores.

WOW what a great house, it is exactly as described on the website VERY comfortable, clean, peaceful and furnished with everything we needed. The owners were very attentive and helpful. We would highly recommend this house to our friends. It's a great place to unwind. So close to everything, while situated in a condominium that provides tranquility and safety. We loved going to the beaches in the mornings, then back to the house to relax in the pool in the afternoon, then to the Quadrado in the late afternoon to explore boutiques. We were 2 couples with 2 children, the kids loved the pool, we loved being able to relax and unwind. Recommended for couples or families.

This is a wonderful house, it is new, everything was exactly like the pictures, it is clean and peaceful. Ideal for a family. The owners are knowledgable and speak 7 languages, which makes life so easy. Anything you want they can get for you. They even hosted a big BBQ for us, WOW that was nice. We liked that we could easily go to the beach during the day and then spend time around the pool in the afternoon and evening. The Steam sauna was a great way to relax, what a good idea, I did not expect to find this in Bahia. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this to our friends. Geoff Noble
