The house was clean, well maintained, beautifully furnished and conveniently located. The host was responsive to our questions, check in was easy. Everyone had their own private space (2 couples and 1 more adult in our party). The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great stay! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. It was within a 10 to 15 minute drive to everything we planned to do. House was roomy for the 6 of us. We prepared and ate breakfast conveniently and then went on our way. We found the kitchen to be stocked well but did not find measuring spoons or sponges. If we decided to return to Memphis this property would again work great for us.

The house was everything as advertised. When we checked in the house was spotless. All of the beds were very comfortable. We initially planned to stay only 3 days but ended up staying a total of 5. The neighborhood was very safe and our host was very easy to communicate with. We are definitely looking forward to staying at this property on our next visit to Memphis!

House was just as advertised. Easy access to riverfront, pyramid, convention center, and beale street.

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. We felt perfectly safe and were able to get to all of the local sites and eateries easily. Highly recommend this property.

We were very unhappy with the condition of the house and were told by the Property Manager that we could be refunded upon arrival. After driving 13-14 hrs, that wasn't an option because we would have needed to find another place to stay, which may have been impossible. This home needs to be painted, and have updated bathrooms & TVs in the other bedrooms. TVs only in the Master and living areas. When we arrived which was after the check-in time, we immediately noticed that the house hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. There were spider webs around the floor areas, the refrigerator was nasty and hadn't been wiped down, the coffee pot wasn't cleaned, the entire bathroom needed to be cleaned prior to use, and furniture needed to be replaced or cleaned in the two sitting areas. The individual that supposedly cleaned the home did come over but we had to point out what our issues were. If that wasn't noticed during the normal cleaning process, it shouldn't have taken us to let them know what needed to be done. We made the best of our time after doing our own cleaning. If a fee is paid for cleaning, it needs to be refunded. I've stayed at several homes and this one was terrible. Pictures on the website are deceiving. If you would like pictures of the condition of the home, please let me know, and I'll be more than happy to send them. We can't make any of the above up so let us know if the pictures are needed. My husband is a huge Elvis fan. He had never been to Graceland so for his birthday, I thought I would surprise him with a weekend getaway. After looking at several places, we decided with this little gem. The house was decorated nicely. It was clean and plenty of room. Answers to questions were answered in a quick manner. Real pleasant experience all around! Would highly recommend this rental!

This was a very comfortable house for my family to stay at while visiting the great city of Memphis.

A fabulous weekend in Memphis made more enjoyable by the location this property is in. This clean and roomy home is located in an upscale neighborhood with easy access to everywhere in Memphis. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Definitely recommend this property!

We stayed 3 nights. Easy checkin, host responded quickly to any questions I had beforehand. Home was very clean. I was traveling with my sister and her autistic son and we really enjoyed our stay in Memphis and this home. You do have to take a short drive to view the bridge lit up at night but it was worth it to see it lit up, and the Bass Pro pyramid. Maybe a 5 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with a small market, Cordelia’s, just a short drive away.

From day 1 go until check out everything was absolutely great. The home looked just as it did in the advertisement of not better. Host was very friendly and check in process was easy. Would definitely recommend this home. Excellent!!!!

Nice getaway. Stayed for 3nights. No frills and Nothing fancy but was clean and in a decent neighborhood for the price. Not all windows have curtains or blinds so that was a little weird but overall it was a great place to stay.

The property needed a list of items that needed to be either replaced or maintained. Home needed regular maintenance re: interior painted, new rugs, extra sheets, new top matresses, wine glasses. Plates, knives, drain hair catcher etc. Owner was very receptive to concerns and an excellent communicator and stated that our punch list would be taken care of.

Definitely recommend staying here. I plan on staying here every time I come in town to Memphis

Mud Island is a great place to stay while visiting Memphis and we felt right at home in this house. Great communication with the owner. We’d definitely stay there again.

Our whole family rented this house and it was perfect for our group! It was close to everything. Easy to get to and from. Check in and out was a breeze. Plenty of towels and blankets. Neighborhood felt super safe. Hopefully it’s available next year during our stay. 10/10

This property was located on Mud Island in a pretty, safe neighborhood. We did not have a car so getting around was somewhat challenging. We depended on rideshare companies that had limited availability. There was a small backyard area with a couple of tables that we enjoyed at the end of the day. There are a few things the owner could do to enhance the experience such as providing instructions on operating the TV and having information on Memphis sites and restaurants. Also adding bathmats to prevent slipping in the bathroom and providing more glassware. (There was just one wine glass, one short and one tall glass. There were a number of tall plastic glasses though.) The front door had a full-length window with no window covering. A shade or curtain would have made it feel more private. Overall, this was a good experience.
