This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is a tropical paradise. Totally new renovation with a tropical setting, spacious private yard and pool deck area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Designer decorated, the comfortable living spaces are inviting and will make you feel welcome. The living room and bedrooms all have their own large HDTV televisions and wifi internet.The master bedroom has king size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. The third bedroom has a queen bed with the full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The private pool is heated and surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. Located in the Cove it is only 2 miles from the beach, fishing pier and seaside village. There are many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and shopping including Target. It is 30 minutes away from City Place in West Palm Beach, Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Las Olas Blvd shopping area and the malls of Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes from all the Boca Raton shopping and restaurants.
A modern just totally redone living space in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. From entering the front door to relaxing by the pool, this property is amazing. It's spa like atmosphere made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt at home. Besides being beautifully decorated it was warm and welcoming. It was really hot during our week and the pool was very inviting. The house has everything you could need, inside and out. We didn’t even need to reach out to Basil because everything was perfect. We would definitely book this house again!

My family booked this house to visit other family in the area, and we were absolutely amazed by the convenient location of this house. Everything was clean and organized. The rooms and bathrooms were great. What we loved the most was the pool!!! It was incredible, as well as the outdoor area. It provided us with a great place to hang out after going out for the day. We would definitely rent this house again for future visits!

We come to the Deerfield area for 3 weeks every spring. When the house we usually rent was not available this year I came across this one. It is a beautiful house, clean and in great neighborhood. We were not disappointed. This is our new spot! We will definitely be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was so beautiful and welcoming and the pool area was even better! The pool area was private due to the beautiful landscaping. You had the feeling that you were on your own private island. The house had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. We were also close to the beautiful beach. We would get up each morning and walk the 2 miles to the beach where we would eat breakfast at one of the many delicious restaurants and then enjoy our leisurely walk back to the house. You will not be disappointed with your stay here! Bool and getting ready for an enjoyable visit!

We stayed 10 days in the house and for us it was just a fantastic holiday. The house has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the pool. We had some questions which Basil answered very quickly. I can recommend this house to everybody, especially to families.

From the moment we walked into the house, we were impressed. The decor is beautiful and the layout is lovely. The pool in the backyard is wonderful...like your very own oasis. The home is equipped with just about everything you need for your stay. Basil was prompt in responding to any questions we had. Our group of 6 ladies has rented many properties over the years, and this one has been the best!

Our family of five had a very lovely 8-day stay for spring break. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed. Love the spacious kitchen and all the extra amenities. Great time staying here! Property was clean and ready when we arrived. Minor issues while we were there, but everything was responded too or helped with shortly. Kids loved the park that was close by and walk able to store and a few restaurants. Beach was super easy to get too. Pool was a huge hit. Beds were comfortable and 3 bathrooms was great! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely backyard, pool and places to sit and relax. Home was open concept, great kitchen with large window view and access to the backyard. Master bedroom on opposite side of house from other two bedrooms. Three full baths. Really quiet neighborhood. Relaxing and comfortable. Great location!! We will be coming back.

Stayed a week and the place was great. Neighborhood was perfect for walking and there was hardly a reason to leave the house. Had questions about the pool light that were quickly answered by the host. Will come back again.

We stayed at Basil’s property for three weeks. The house is spacious, with each of the three bedrooms having its own bath. The house is impeccably decorated and well equipped. The kitchen is huge. The pool is lovely. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely quiet. We heard zero noise day or night. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved this home. Had everything you could possibly think of. Kitchen is amazing! Open spacious floor plan plenty of room for 6 people. Heated pool for after the beach which was perfect as there were a couple of cool days. Beach was 2 miles away, do not go by gps to the beach take the back route rather than highway less traffic. The host Basil is prompt with responding to any questions you may have. I recommend staying here you will not be disappointed.

Well-appointed home with heated pool and full kitchen. Everything our family needed for a couple weeks away. Location is central to most places we traveled. Agree with some reviews that only a portion of the pool got sun during our trip, but it worked for us. We moved some chairs around and others preferred the shade. Basil was super responsive. Thanks again for a great vacation with the fam.

Beautiful house. Well furnished. We found most everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house was very clean. It had stormed before we arrived and the pool was a little dirty but, still able to be used. Location is great for dining, shopping and the beach. Basil was a very responsive host to all questions. I would recommend this home to anyone looking.

This is the second time staying at this amazing property. The house is beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. Having two teenage daughters we love how each bedroom has its’ own full bath. We enjoyed the outdoor space with its’ greenery, great pool, and comfortable outdoor furniture. The location is wonderful. It’s very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We look forward to visiting this home in the future.

The house was great and the price was very reasonable. Everything was clean and tidy and the house was well stocked with everything needed such as kitchen utensils and bath towels. The pool was clean and comfortable to use. Printed instructions were very detailed and answered any questions that I had. Basil was a great host and very responsive. House was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a family with teenagers/older children. Great location. The home is decorated beautifully- very modern and sleek. From that aspect we were quite comfortable. Pool is nice but hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. We cleaned it out as much as we could but the right tools we needed couldn’t be found. The outside seating areas would have been enjoyable but we’re covered with leaves and the cushions were dirty. We could not find an outdoor broom to sweep to clean it up so we could use it (I did ask owner about a broom but there was not one where he indicated.) a few days before we left landscapers trimmed the plants around the pool- it was so nice after that! I wish that would have all been done prior to our arrival. We ran out of or could not find things like paper towels. Baking sheets, extra dish towels, extra linens, basic essentials like condiments, etc. Things were not organized/staged well to make it convenient. We had a wonderful stay, but it could have been much more enjoyable if the home had been stocked with essentials and set up for convenience. One of the important features on selecting a home for me was keyless entry to allow people to come and go as they please.we didn’t learn until the day before we arrived the keyless entry was broken. There was a lock box, but only one key in it, so it wasn’t as convenient as I had planned for. We had a wonderful vacation- it’s a beautiful home. The little details would have made a huge difference.

We had a great two week stay. The home has a great layout with a bathroom for each bedroom. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. The backyard/pool is even better than the pictures show as the landscaping has matured making it completely private. Just a short drive to the beach and 30 minutes to other great cities for more dining and shopping options if you feel like venturing out. If not, Deerfield Beach has plenty to offer. We would definitely return to this lovely home.

The house is nicely furnished, supplied with everything one might need, convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Great place for relaxation and to spend time with friends. The fact that the two bedrooms with queen beds are on one side of the house and the one bedroom with a king allows for privacy.
