Some staff were great (especially the Head Chef) Head Chef knew about private medical condition I told him about and gave "to go" boxes so I could consume them in my room
Being called a food thief and that "I'd be charged for the food." This food was the same food I'd been served, but unlike everyone else, I have conditions where I can not eat very fast and be careful or by WC in my room for certain deserts.
I got abused by a patron when I spilt my drink over myself and told "to sort my ******* act out."
30 minutes later, I heard a shout of "I hope you get cancer!" From same woman.
It was very upsetting, and I reported it to multiple managers, but none took action.
The Aluasoul Zakynthos called as I'd fallen from ridiculous 45% steep ramp a metre high. They didn't let me in for many hours due to whatever was said to them. The manager of Aluasoul Zakynthos also called my Hire Car Company to get me banned too.
I'm in an electric chair, asked if Doctor was available and then made to wait outside in pain for many hours before finally accepting my booking ref and pin but even after such a long wait my room was "Accessible Room" as I clearly stipulated. Nobody told me, I found out once in my room.

Exceptional service from dining, bar staff and reception. Liked the location as it was walkable to tavernas outside. Food was quite good. In saying of the things we were not so happy about we still had a nice stay and the friendliness of the staff makes up for it.
Too noisy for us I would say that this is a great family resort. We felt that the hotel does not accommodate for people our age. We like low key entertainment and the hotel does not offer this other than a lady singer once a week. The main entertainment at night was the other side of the hotel, we did try it once but drinks in plastic throw away cups is not for us. We understand around the pool areas plastic cups but not in the evening. We felt the hotel was tired and needs some deep cleaning.

nice staff, clean premises and rooms.
abundant but overall low quality food - very little local fresh options, we ended eating outside. Not enough sunbeds. no real beach. very noisy with non stop entertaining activities. some equipment is already worn out

I thought the reception area and the entrance was well kept and pleasant and the plunge pool in the spa was fabulous.
I thought the food was terrible the entertainment at night was terrible and needs to be improved if this is 4star plus place to stay.

Very friendly staff,
Very old furniture, bed not comfortable, at the spa smells like mold and not possible to drink a fair coffee.

Beautiful property, lovely pools and incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
4.1
The service in general.
Most of the sunbeds on the good spots were reserved in the morning, even tho this was not allowed.

Very clean. The Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The soundproof of rooms is very bad ( you can hear everything in the corridors).

The room was very clean (I stayed in a pool view room) it had amenities that a holiday resort should. I required several changes to my booking before going and found the service of support excellent. There was access to a small beach from the hotel.
Daily food choices were a great variety - definitely something for everyone.
Quad bikes can be hired from just around the corner - I recommend Caretta as they gave the best price - and it’s great for exploring the island and cheaper than taxis if you keep it all day and night.
I would rate this lower than a 5* as there was no room service option, slight attention to detail required in terms of room fixtures and that the entertainment was split between indoor and outdoor over an evening where they might wish to consider a programme for both nightly, that suits both families and couples.

pool area was very clean
i was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food both breakfast and evening meal choice was limited cold or luke warm main meal cutlery was not clean sunbeds were metal of poor quality expected so much more drinks were not branded names the duvet was very thin which resulted in me having to wear my clothes to bed i have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world this does most certainly does not warrent any more than 3

We booked two rooms and both were upgraded, one to a Suite from a double room and the other was upgraded from garden view to sea view.
The rooms were cleaned and very spacious. All inclusive package- food was amazing! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, including burger hour, hotdog and ice cream hour were great.
Drinks were very good and free flowing until midnight.
The entertainment team were friendly and great, every day would have a theme both during the day and night
Nothing, everything was perfect

Really don't know where to start here :)
The infrastructure is great, with a really nice restaurant and multiple pools outside.
The restaurant provides great quality food, really diverse everyday as well.
Next to the pool, a bar and a snack bar will provide everything you need if you're still hungry between the meals :)
They are a few activities during the day well, as you can expect from that kind of hotel.
Not really my thing, but the staff was pretty good from what I saw.
I was there at the end of September. There was a lot of people, but still, the place wasn't too crowded and still quiet.
The hotel is located in a quiet location, with a tiny beach right in front of the hotel.
I enjoyed a couple of sunsets from the water :)
Of course the entire place was super clean, and the staff was really concerned about all the covid safety measures.
Cherry on the cake, the hotel will surprise you with a few gifts, like a 15 minutes massage offered at the spa. The therapists are pretty good at what they are doing, so I really enjoyed that :)
Really considering going back there one day !
Even if it's a 5 stars place, the alcool they provide in the all-in drinks is still far from the best...
I had a few local whiskies on my first night there and had a massive headache the day after ^^
Also, even if the service I got there was really good, the prices at the spa were a bit too high according to me (like double the price I pay at home, in Belgium...).
One last tiny thing : you should put a clock next to the swimming pool ;)
Overall, of course none of this affected my trip. I still had an amazing time there :D

Resort is abt 25 min drive from the airport. Beautiful location, very clean, humble staff, amenities, entertainment programs and variety of foods/drinks are plus.
Bathroom in the suit where we stayed needs some repairs.
