The Willox Cabin is located in Knoxville, TN and has been beautifully restored with original 1898 log cabin details, vintage modern decor and offers free internet with Wi-Fi and cable. The farmhouse cabin rental is conveniently located to the Great Smoky Mountains. The entire house is being offered for overnight stays and is owned and managed by the same owners as the Spangler House which also has over 100 five star reviews and ranked the most popular listing on VRBO & Premier Host. The Willox Cabin is located on a farm in the historic Neubert Springs community of South Knox County and is convenient to Alcoa Hwy (129) and Chapman Hwy (441). Surrounded by 36 private acres, the Willox Cabin provides a rural escape with scenic views, hiking and walking trails and an abundance of wildlife including deer, turkey, coyotes, rabbits, hawks, falcons, owls and more. The cabin is centrally located just 13 miles to McGhee Tyson Airport and Maryville College and 9 miles to the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville. Townsend, Sevierville and the Great Smoky Mountains are just 20 miles away.
The entire cabin has been professionally restored and the amenities includes 2 private bedrooms with queen beds (one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor), fully updated kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, French press, 2 full bathrooms, (1) shower and (1) clawfoot tub, screened front and back porch, tv with cable in each bedroom and den, internet with Wi-Fi, large selection of DVDs, books and games, modern decor with vintage details and much more.

Can't say enough about the Willox cabin! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist attractions that are a short drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed the two screened porches and the large, shady backyard communing with nature (visited by a fawn one evening!). Upscale amenities provided and the welcome bag was an unexpected pleasure. The perfect spot to unwind -- highly recommend!

This place is so beautiful. The location is so peaceful and quiet with nature all around. The amenities are perfect. Everything you'd need to enjoy a night by the fire, a movie in the living room, a soak in the claw foot tub. So relaxing after a day of sightseeing . Close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cannot recommend this property enough! If/when we get back to Knoxville, this is where we will stay! Thanks for making their beautiful home available.

The restored 1890’s cabin is full of southern charm and modern finishes. It was the perfect getaway. Beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect location for us to spend time with our Johnson University student. I cannot recommend more highly. Everything was as advertised and more!

This cabin was exactly what I needed! Completely redone on the inside, spotless, and in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. I enjoyed the soaking tub, the little fireplace in the backyard, cooking in the kitchen, and the peacefulness of the property. I was welcomed with a nice little gift bag and a handwritten note. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay in this darling cabin. Worked great for two couples! . Owners provided robes that made everything feel like luxury hotel/resort. We were in town to visit our daughter at UTK and the 20 min drive to the cabin was well worth the beautiful surroundings. Loved sitting on front and back porch in the morning and evening. Look forward to booking again.

Everything about this little cabin was perfect! We had so much fun swooping our daughter up from UT and getting away! The property and cabin were beautiful. The interior was so cozy! Willox Cabin hits that sweet spot between beautiful, rustic serenity and providing the conveniences of home. We loved sipping our coffee in the morning on the screened-in porch, heading out for a day of hiking, and returning to hot showers and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

My son was visiting from Italy as he is in the Navy. He brought his fiancé with him that has never been to the US. We all loved the cabin and all its charm and especially enjoyed the screened in porches for morning coffee and seeing the wildlife. So peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We would definitely book this cabin again when they return for a visit. Also our hosts Kristi and Jeff were great.

The house itself is small, but the space is used very efficiently. Everything inside was clean and well stocked. The location is peaceful. The walking trail through the field is a nice way to get out without having to drive anywhere. It was a great get-away location.

We loved this beautifully decorated, very clean little cabin in the rolling hills. Everything was perfect from the cut flowers in a vase on the front porch to having everything you could need in the kitchen. Only problem was we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it all.

This property is absolutely fantastic! Very pretty location, perfect for the 4 of us. Only 10 to 15 minutes from a grocery store or restaurants. Very clean with all your essentials. Would definitely stay there again.

My sisters and I went to the Wilcox cabin for a girls weekend and this cabin was perfect. It sits on 70+ acres and has a walking trail. We spent most of the weekend in the cabin which was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The cabin is close to Knoxville, UT, etc.. We appreciated all the small touches and will definitely be back! Kristi was very communicative and checked in on us after our stay. 😊

My group of 4 had a wonderful New Year's Eve weekend in this charming little cottage! There were so many extras that made our stay more comfortable. This location is halfway between our group so I think we'll be staying here in the future!

The pics make me think this property sits off the road a bit on the quiet acreage. Just know that it actually sits very close to the main road. The road however is very quiet at night. As all the other reviews have commented, it is immaculately clean.

I am brutally honest with reviews we rent a couple of times a year. We love Smoky mountain park but don't really enjoy the crowded cabins in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This was perfect. Secluded while close to everything. Impeccably clean, well appointed. Everything we needed was there and it wasn't junk. Good kitchen, comfy beds, nice hot shower. We cooked Thanksgiving for 2 and everything was great. Owner was super nice and replied to questions quickly. I can see us staying here again.

This was absolutely adorable! Perfect for friends weekend getaway! Hosts were so thoughtful and had so many extra, sweet touches: a welcome gift, nice full-size bathroom toiletries, all the necessities for coffee including filters and creamer, plenty of blankets/quilts. Bathrooms were spacious and very nicely done with plenty of towels. A bubble bath in the claw foot tub was fabulous! Not a single bad thing to say!

We rented this poetry to visit our daughter who attends U of TN Knoxville. It was only 15 minutes to campus. We so enjoyed our time. This cozy home was so lovely with all the modern convenances. We put together puzzles, walked on the trail in back, and read on he back porch. What a treat it was to stay here’s.

A modern log cabin located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of land. The hosts have thought of every thing you would need. Lots of lighting, multiple sitting areas inside and out, a grill for afternoon cookouts sitting under a large shade tree. I especially liked the melon daiquiri for the claw foot bubble bath and soft bathrobes. Such nice touches you don’t want to leave. The personalized note and gift bag was just another example of how special the hosts are. 💕💕💕
