About this house rental
the house consists of a very large living room of 125 m2 with 8 m high under the central hopper. The bay windows of the lounges are fully open on the bioclimatic pergola and the 4X10 pool. the floors of the house and terraces are of the same marble. The heating or cooling is done by the ground. on the ground floor is also the large suite of 60m2 with dressing room, bathroom, direct access to the pool. We also find on the ground floor an office, a laundry, a bathroom, guest toilet.
At the first around the passageway 1 suite with dressing room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms dressing room and bathroom. The 1st floor is equipped with air conditioning.
The furniture is design: Le Corbusier, Ch. Eams, Ph Starck, and Ron Arad.
The tiled pool is salt and PH automatic. Square meals under a pergola, deckchairs, plancha ... Parking cars with shelters.
From the house we can walk (400m) to the center of Paradou. also walk to the famous Paradou bistro or the 5 * hotel restaurant Le Hameau des Baux. Walk or bike in the Alpilles as soon as the gateway.
Golf des Baux is 5 minutes away as well as Les Baux de Provence or the center of Maussane les Alpilles.
