Nice and cosy apartment with excellent location!

Super good location with restaurants, supermarket downstairs and key attractions within 10-15mins walk. Despite being in the bustle, the apartment is tucked away in a courtyard and security is good. Hence, it is not noisy. Apartment is good size with 2 big double beds. Perfect for a family of 4.

No lift and need to climb 2 storeys up with heavy luggage. Travellers may wish to consider travelling light. The instructions to find the main door of the apartment was not so clear and hence we ended up walking around the area for a while. Key to open apartment door was also a little challenging and took us a good 10mins + some techniques to open.

Horrible staff and problems with bathroom and sink. Never again!

Location

The staff is not helpful and ignores the problems that occurred before our arrival. The bathroom and sink drains were clogged with hair and dirt when we arrived. We couldn’t take a shower for the first two nights because of the dirt in the drains. The company told us they would send a technician which took 2 days for him to come. During that time we were helpless. The money and time spent on the phone was a disaster. Our holiday was ruined. No elevator. You have to climb the stairs.

Quiet Apartment in Heart of the Paris

A perfect apartment for 4 people to stay in the heart of Paris. The beauty is that when you walk out onto the street you are surrounded by bustling cafes and restaurants on a pedestrian only street, yet at night the apartment is quiet because it faces into a courtyard off the street. These are not touristy places, with most of the clientele being French. It is a 15 minute walk to the Louvre, River Seine, L’Opera and many other iconic locations. The apartment itself is comfortable, with the fold out bed being of very good quality. Communication from Welkeys was great. Would love to stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable stay in central Paris

Quiet comfortable flat, great eating downstairs with very central location. Great cappuccino in Eve St Laureen shop in Rue de Marche Saint Honore. We walked to great restaurants in different directions then caught the metro back.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

St. Honore what’s to like? Clean, quite, roomy, Netflix and Wi-Fi. Auchan grocery, coin laundry and Cafes within eye sight of front door. Perfect! Farmers market most mornings.

One of our favorites!

The location was so close to all the places we planned to visit. Great restaurants right outside the front door. The apartment was clean and had some extras that were much appreciated, like phone adaptors, fans, coffee, etc. It was one of our favorites of all the places we stayed in 3 countries on this family vacation. The host was easy to communicate with and even when we had some phone troubles, the host was still accommodating. Thank you!

Good location but not a convenient property.

Location is very good. It’s center of the city.

There was a problem with the bathroom. It took 2 days-48 hours to solve the problem.

Great location, well situated to see many of Paris iconic spots.

Clean, quiet and location. Secure and easy access. Well organised and offered all amenities. Very accommodating with change in arrival due to train delays. Great eateries surrounding the apartment. Cool during the hot summer day.

Whilst well organised the communication was on the too much. Answering the same questions several times. Upon arrival the apartment was still being cleaned.

Lovely location, in a lovely quiet apartment surrounded by pleasant cafes and restaurants.

The location is perfectly central. Easy to walk to many of the iconic attractions in Paris. 1. Opera, 8 minutes. 2. Louvre, 15 minutes. 3.Arc deTriomphe and Eifel Tower about 20 minutes by bus, 35-50 minutes walking. BEST thing: 5***** Beautiful comfortable bed.😍😊😀 The bed/sleeping was the most important reason for renting the apartment.

Very basic supplies. E.G. A dish washer but no dishwasher tablets. Just one tea towel. Just 2 toilet rolls (for two of us staying five days).

Excellent stay

Clean, freshly renovated nice apartment, good equipped kitchen. Big bedroom, comfortable bed. Location is a dream. 3 minutes from Place Vendome, same from Opera Garnier. Louvre is about 10 minutes away. On foot of course. Two cafes on the ground floor, but interesting : you don’t hear a thing. Very quite apartment. Both hosts were very punctual and accommodating. I would love to book this apartment next time I am in Paris

only one thing I can think of : no coffee pads. It was tricky to understand which coffee pads you should buy for coffeemaker. no big deal

Good location, nice neighbourhood good environment

The location is perfect it’s really close to the bus stop and metro, the Louvre and many cafes and restaurants. Nice room, big bathroom and quite environment.

Highly recommend

Very convenient location, there’re a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The house is very clean with dishwasher and washing machine if you want to cook or wash your clothes. There’s more than enough plates and cutlery for 4 people.

There’s no light on the ceiling so it’s a bit dark in the kitchen area during the evening, especially in winter.
