Rare find a luxury villa with a pool and screened lanai in the upscale district of North Port near a golf course.
Two empty lots on both sides of the property and a canal on the back. 2 minutes to Walmart and Publix. 15 minutes to Warm Mineral Spring. Close to Manasota and Venice beaches. Very close to highways.

1. The home is 2230 sq. ft. of living space. Fully furnished. Beautiful swimming pool (suitable for swimming).

2. Three bedrooms and office (could be used as the fourth bedroom)

3. Luxury furniture and two big screen TVs.

4. Large kitchen with a huge eating area equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, toaster/oven.

5. High vaulted ceiling, ceramic tiles and laminate floors, no carpet. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, two cars garage.

6. Heating pool is extra. 30$ per day

7. Electro vehicle charging is 8$ per day.

After 2 weeks cruise we needed a little break and we decided to stay in North Port and rented this beautiful home! This is our second time staying here!! We loved this friendly home so much and decided to stay here again! We loved the area , and house is cozy and clean ! Owners are very responsible, and always there for you in case of concerns or questions. As always , my family of 4 enjoyed our stay! Ownersarw easy to communicate

Loved the pool.. The large house was comfortable with 4 adults and 2 children . We would suggest updating the kitchen pots and pans, replacing the mattress on the queen bed. We had to purchase a foam pad to place on top of the foam bed they had on the bed. We also had to buy a blender and a grill to use. Unfortunately, there is major construction behind the property. This is not in control of the owners…

Property owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. House was spacious and comfortable. Pool temperature was set at a perfect 88 degrees, warm and refreshing. Friendly neighborhood and development still ongoing. You may experience some construction noise as the city of North Port is becoming a popular destination. We have family and friends who have relocated in this community. Close to great beaches.

We absolutely loved this house, it was our dream home!! Perfectly big enough for our family of six with plenty of space for more. The owner was very sweet and tried to be very accommodating. Highly recommend this wonderful home!!!

We loved everything about our stay! The home is every clean and very comfortable and cozy. The owners are wonderful people got back to us quick and reminded of trash/recycling days. We loved how convenient everything was. We are looking forward to staying again next year !

We are family of 4 stayed in a house for 2 weeks ! We really enjoy our stay. House is very spacious and clean , kitchen nicely equipped ( note: if you like to make your own sauces, or smoothies bring your own blender !) Bathrooms are big , clean and has planty of towels . Pool is very safe , water is warm and clean . Check in was very easy. Owners are very responsible. Leyla is always there to answer any questions or concerns. We absolutely enjoyed at least 6 near beaches we have visited. Location is very quiet. Kids , myself and husband enjoyed every moment being there !

Overall stay was good my only major complaint would be the bed in the master. We stayed 3 nights on night 2 we decided to put our heads on the foot end because the bed was so inverted. It did the trick we actually got a decent night sleep the last night.

Home is nice and large inside and has many beds to accommodate our large group with lots of kids. Close to shops and activities and about 30 minutes from several beaches. Owners were very responsive to any questions and / or issues. Kids loved the heated pool. Only issue was the outside of the house - it does need some work - the yard is overgrown and not well maintained.

Our first week was great fun and sun by the pool. Even in a category 4 hurricane. This house made us feel safe and secure. We lost power but the neighbors were helpful. They helped us find a route out with flooded closed roads. The property owner stayed in contact with us to be sure we were safe.

The home was very comfortable with easy access to stores We were there to see our sister who is not doing well health wise, She was only 5 mins from us so we were able to spend a lot of time with her The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful My brother and younger sister would like to come visit our sister again and hope to stay at this home again.

House was immaculate. There was several needs that needed to be addressed while we were there but the homeowners took immediate action and they were addressed. This home is in a quiet neighborhood very well located just minutes from anything you could possibly need. Just a short drive to some of the nicest beaches in Florida. Beautiful pool and a very active intercoastal canal in the backyard. A large abundance of wildlife to be seen. This is a must stay!

Check-in was seamless. Access is keypad entry. Very private. There are no homes on either side of this property. There is a trough of water behind this property with fresh water fish and fishing. The lanai and pool were clean. Pictures online don't do this property any justice. It's absolutely gorgeous. Communication with the owner was fast when I sent messages.

My sister had come in from out of town and we wanted a nice place to stay and spend time together It's a beautiful house and it was perfect. We really enjoyed the days we were able to spend together. We were able to cook meals together and eat outside by the pool. My husband really enjoyed fishing in the backyard. Plenty of shopping not too far up the road. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.
