-- THE LOCATION --
From this charming spot, you're just minutes away from area attractions, restaurants, shops and more. Mostly everything is on or near this road, RT 215.
Mystic, the most popular vacation destination in Connecticut, is a town with many faces. One well-known face is Mystic Pizza, which is famous from the Hollywood movie by the same name. This popular pizzeria is located 5 minutes away at the northeast end of RT 215.
The downtown of Mystic is under 2 miles away - home to the Mystic Downtown Marina. Also, the Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Aquarium are about 2.7 and 3 miles away respectively! The interactive Mystic Seaport Museum is the largest maritime museum in the United States featuring engaging activities, impressive attractions and learning opportunities for all ages.
Closer to home you can enjoy quiet walks around Beebe Pond and Beebe Pond Park and fabulous dining at Ford's Lobsters, Abbott's Lobster in the Rough or Costello's Clam Shack.
After a day at the sandy beach, head to any of Mystic's fantastic restaurants for a dinner you won't soon forget! The Mystic Market, Abbott's Lobster In the Rough, and Oyster Club all offer something for everyone.
Those looking for an upscale meal won't have to venture far! Captain Daniel Packer Inne, and the S&P Oyster Co. are just a few of the fine dining establishments located just minutes from your door.
After your dinner, be sure to check out Sift Bake Shop! Sift Bake Shop is a new but world-famous bakery that exists at the intersection with the already famous Mystic Pizzeria, that is, at the point where Rt 215 and West Main St fuse. In 2018, the chef-owner won the $50,000 prize for best pastry offered by the Food Network on TV.
If you're feeling lucky, there are several nearby casinos to visit, including Atlantic Beach Casino Resort, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Casino Of The Sky at Mohegan Sun. Located a half-hour drive away, both casinos offer affordable and tasty lunch options.

The house itself was cute, but you would expect more for the price. Lots of dirty dishes put away in the cabinets, as well as a dirty frying pan. In the instructions we were asked to load and start dishwasher upon checkout, but it was a portable one that didn’t close and we were expected to hook it up to the sink, which it did not reach to, and the hose would not connect. The dish soap in the kitchen was watered down and barely could wash a pan. One of the showers did not drain, so you would be standing in about 3 inches of water while showering. The living room had metal patio furniture instead of couches or chairs. There was no trash can in the kitchen, only a recycling bin. Instructions asked us to remove all trash and recyclables, to a trash area outside that was full. We were expected to strip all bed linens, and towels, and pile them in a corner of the room. It makes no sense to pay a cleaning fee that was very expensive, when we had to practically clean the whole house ourselves, and wash all dishes before we could use them. Also, the rental looked deceivingly larger and nicer in the photos online. It says there was a canoe to use, but it was actually a kayak, and was being used by other tenants frequently. The rental was actually the second floor of a 3 floor house with tenants living in the bottom and top floors. We were also asked to keep the key in the lock box at all times, which made us uncomfortable considering someone else would know the password and we had things inside that were valuable. Overall, we had a good weekend on this trip, but would not rent it again, and would not recommend it to others.

This property was very clean and we had a great time. So close to the town of Mystic- literally right down the street. Parking was great and off the road. The wrap around porch was beautiful and very large with a lot of seating. Views- fabulous!
Canoe and dock- so fun! Grill-clean Beds- super comfortable
Needs a large pot for pasta.
Huge tv but we couldn’t get it to work. Might be user error-lol

As another reviewer mentioned, the property is a bit rundown. In addition, there was a small construction project that was unfinished, which the owner acknowledged and offered us a small rebate. However, many amenities that should be standard for the high rate charged were completely missing: wash cloths, hand towels, bedside lamps, and a hair dryer. Also, there was no way to control the heat and the unit was 60 degrees on a cold damp night. For the high rate per night, we would have expected a higher quality property along with all the amenities one would find in a hotel.

The location of this property is superb. Right on the water with lovely views. The sunrises from the verandah were spectacular across Bebee Cove.
However the apartment is shabby. Whilst clean, it really needs a lot of decorative attention. The kitchen and bathrooms could do with an update. The kitchen equipment is pretty basic - for example plastic plates and glasses. There was no oven pan, although this was rectified.
I would expect better at the rate being charged.

Fabulous location. Can easily uber to downtown mystic or Noank for under $10 without having to hassle with parking. The house is older with one or two corks but is extremely clean. We used the canoe which fit 2 comfortably to explore Bebe cove. The covered porch area was a great spot to hang and grill dinner. Joe was sure to check in to make sure we had all that we needed. This house is all about being in a great location. Carson’s is fabulous for breakfast. Mystic has great restaurants. Free submarine museum and local golf near by.
