A very special location in a quiet hidden spot yet so convenient you can walk or bike to the ocean beach, 1/2 a mile to the bike trail, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studio, gym, Ben and Jerry's & more! Bed Linens included ( beach and bath towels available for a small fee) , Wi-fi, Window a/c units for all the bedrooms! Private, lovingly maintained & very comfortable 6 bedroom, 4 bath home is just a mile to Nauset Light Beach on the ocean side of North Eastham. It is the choice getaway for your spring, summer or fall or winter vacation! Gorgeous, level backyard for hanging out, games, relaxing on the deck or quiet afternoons in the hammock! Privately located at the end of a quiet, dead-end road off the beaten track yet so close to everything! Bike Path is at the end of the road, 1/2 mile to North Eastham center & a short bike ride ( or car ride) to the National Seashore, Nauset Light & Coast Guard beaches & bay side beaches. This home sleeps 12 & has 6 bedrooms, (4 on the first floor, 2 upstairs) 4 baths, (2 down, 2 up) 2 kitchens, outdoor H/C shower, over-sized deck & a spacious, secluded fenced yard with flowers & hammock! Walk to restaurants, Ben & Jerry's, Sam's Deli,the bike trail, Dunkin Donuts & the Local Break You will find everything you need here including bed linens,wireless internet, 2 fully equipped kitchens, gas grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, coolers, extra play space for the kids & games for rainy days! Great kid safe home & location with a large, level backyard mostly fenced in on a dead end paved road. 2 Minutes to the drive in, mini-golf, flea market, & Wellfleet Audubon too. AWESOME LOCATION! 5 minutes to Orleans or Wellfleet too! Beach chairs and boogie boards available for use. Wonderful home perfect for every size group!
No weddings allowed. Any parties/gatherings at the property of more then 12 people need permission and approval by owners prior to booking and signing lease and collecting deposits. No pets Owner is allergic.
