Spacious, convenient, quiet, and exactly as pictured and advertised. The host was communicative, and assuring. Check in and check out were a breeze.

We had a great time at the property and loved the location! Beautiful walks and morning run from the property and it was absolutely absolutely gorgeous.

The place was very nice. Easy to get to and parking was close by. The kitchen is very small but well appointed. Some of the dishes were not clean (visible grease/grime) so we ended up washing everything we used (not the fault of VRBO, just caution for future guests) The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The only negatives were the fireplace wasn't working and there was soap and lotion, but no shampoo or conditioner. Since this place had the same management company as out last VRBO at Tahoe we expected it - silly us! Despite those minor
things, we would defiantly rent this unit again.

This was not my favorite property! We were at this property for three nights, and was overall not impressed with the location. The condo was just the right size for the six adults and one teen we had in our group (but was a bit narrow). The bedding and the decor is definitely late 80's - early 90's, and needs to a major update.
During our stay, it rained each night, and as it rained you could hear every raindrop as it pattered on the single pane windows and you could hear the rain as it fell from the downspouts that are built directly into the walls.
There also happened to be a partying group in the condo across the way from us, and we could hear them as they partied well into the night. Needless to say, our sleep was greatly interrupted.
What was worse, though, was that there is apparently no insulation between the floors, and we could literally hear every step taken and every sound the people on the second and third floor make.
I will not chose this property for our next stay as I am sure there are better properties out there that are more suited to our liking.

The stay was amazing and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. This is in an HOA community though and the woman in the main club house was very short with us and very rude and not very welcoming.

Very close to the Hyatt where we attended a wedding. Can sleep up to 10 people which was great because we were there with our entire family. The kitchen was well equipped. If you plan on going to the lake you need to bring your own beach towels. Also, it would be nice if there was a BBQ. We would definitely stay heee again.

Nice Condo
The condo we rented was very peaceful and nice. It is on three stories so a family can spread out. The condo develop is also very nice. We were attending a wedding with the reception at the Hyatt which was about two-thirds of a mile away so it was very convenience for us.

Good location but heating not good in winter
The location is a plus. We were there during winter and the bedrooms in the upper level were very cold and we were not able to use it. First night was very difficult for us with kids Apparently the heating was supposed to be on at arrival else it takes a day to warm up the place especially the upper level rooms. The management was unfortunately not able to do much about it but they did give a small $100+ dollar off on the bill. I would recommend this place only for summer unless you need to use only lower level rooms in winter.

Great location/Family of 8
Living room/dining room were perfect for 8 adults.
It can get a bit noisy at night between the different floors. If you are a light sleeper you will need to use white noise or ear plugs.
Living room carpet looked and felt dirty, cleaning crew will need to spend some time removing stains.
Overall, it was a good stay, we would come back again.

Home Away From Home😊
Tahoe Accomodations were great! Upon our arrival, we were welcomed and greeted with a wonderful bottle of wine and tote bag. Our condo was perfect! It was very clean, well equipped, spacious and less than a mile away from the Hyatt, Lone Eagle and walking paths. We would definitely choose the same condo again. Thank you Tahoe Accomodations!

Incline Village Condo
The property was in an excellent location, is in good shape, clean and comfortable. The property is a very good value. We had small children in our group and having access to the nice Incline village parks was a plus.

No beach
We were disappointed with the lack of access to Lake Tahoe. Next time we’re more likely to say in another town with beach access

Perfect Condo!
Lovely lovely condo perfectly outfitted for a family!
Only thing we could have used were towels for the pool or a notation to bring beach towels with us.

Great location and great accommodations.

The neighborhood was quiet and clean as was the condo itself. There are lots of stairs, so you'd have to keep an eye on the kiddos. We had a ceiling fan in the living room that was broken and there was no air conditioning,. Lake Tahoe Accommodations brought us box fans. The toaster was destroyed, so they brought us a brand new toaster. There were no hand towels or sponge in the kitchen to do the dishes with, so they brought us those items. The broiler in the oven did not work, so that was a disappointment, especially after we realized the toaster didn't work. Was a little disappointed that Lake Tahoe Accommodations acknowledged they were aware of the broken ceiling fan from the previous renters, but had not bothered to fix it by the time the new renters arrived. This is hardly a cheap place to stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great neighborhood
We have stayed in this complex several times and loved it. Nestled between pines, close to the lake, just lovely. The home offered everything we needed for our stay.

Great Getaway with Family
It was perfect size for two families, we didn't even end up using the 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor (2 twin beds). The condo was very clean and checking in and out was a breeze. Laura, at Lake Tahoe Accommodations, was awesome. We were running late due to traffic and she stayed an hour after they're business hours to give us the keys in person. We liked how everything was labeled with clear instructions and channel guide printed out. With kids, we needed to be able to get to the right channels fast. Location was great, close to the main street, grocery store, gas, starbucks as well as Diamond Peak, the resort we were skiing at.
The only thing was that it was hard to keep the common area warm, we ended up having to run the fireplace the whole time (maybe that's how it's intended), but we were nervous about leaving it on overnight, but would wake up to it being freezing.
We'd definitely come back.
