Wouldn't stay again

The location was good. Kitchen had what we needed. Good aircon

The apartment was clean or appeared clean but everywhere we looked there were bugs/ants. On the table, the kitchen surface, bedside tables, floor, always little ants around. We told the host and they said they were going to fix the problem but be aware in case they don't. Also had to ask the host about the pool and jacuzzi they advertise and show pictures of but they said it is not included, they tell you this in a message after you book, but it's non refundable so nothing you can do at that point. It's false advertising and not acceptable as we booked here over a different place because we wanted to use the pool. The host has told us they will update the apartment information and take down the pictures but it doesn't look like they have yet or will do this because it helps sell the place. I would say to look elsewhere. We asked the host for a discount due to not having all the facilities we were paying for or to waive the card fee and they tried to kick us out at night and were very rude to us.

La ubicación y el edificio donde se encontraba el departamento son de lujo excelentes instalaciones y departamentos cómodos.

La oferta del departamento incluye la utilización de piscina sin embargo al solicitar el servicio nos indicaron que no estaba disponible y que solo era para residentes permanentes. Las ventanas no eran anti ruido y se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que sucedía afuera del edificio y no permitía descansar en la noche. Los colchones de las camas eran demasiado suaves. Las persianas de las ventanas no protegían al 100% de la iluminación externa y en la noche la habitación era muy iluminada.

unfortunately upon arriving to the apartment there was a very strong cigarette smell. Which I initially thought it was in the apartment. But I later found that the neighbor on the other side of the bedroom is a heavy smoker in the mornings. Which is a huge problem for me. I have an extreme reaction to cigarette smoke. If it’s something that bothers you I would definitely think twice about this location. I basically left the windows wide-open the entire time I was there.

don’t stay here if you need the sofa bed.

close to the airport

not as pictured or described - completely different (and lower quality) apartment. no sofa bed, so could not sleep 6 people as described. Instead, sofa was very small and very dirty. also, check in was unpleasant with the host messaging us to “just go up” and security guards insisting we must have an escort and making us wait 15 minutes. this would have been fine if the host had just told us this was the process instead of insisting the guard was wrong.

We expected more.

Nice neighborhood, nice building, everything was clean

it wasn’t the apartment that we saw in the advertising, in the pictures they post it says it has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in one of them and a sofa bed, so we thought we would be comfortable enough, when we arrived we only had 2 double beds and a very thin mattress, my 8 years old had to share the bed with my husband and me and one of my girls had to sleep in that very small and uncomfortable mattress.
