Slechte service en heel weinig interesse.

De locatie is centraal gelegen. Het ontbijt is prima.

De service en interesse waren ver beneden pijl. Bij aankomst heb ik gevraagd naar roomservice, die was beschikbaar via de hotelkamer zelf (het was 18:30). Rond 19:00 heb ik geprobeerd te bestellen maar werd aangegeven dat het te druk was om aan te nemen. Om 19:40 nogmaals gebeld en werd er doodleuk gezegd dat ze geen roomservice meer hadden die dag. Geen enkele manier van meedenken hoe ik dan aan eten moest komen, helemaal niets. Verder was na de eerste nacht niets aangevuld van koffie of thee, had ik maar 1 handdoek en een badmat. Bij de receptie konden ze geen informatie geven over een parkeergarage en hebben ze 2x de kosten in rekening gebracht voor het parkeren (1x toen ik een tussentijdse uitrijkaart vroeg en 1x bij het afrekenen) Het waren telkens andere mensen dus in mijn beleving is de service gewoon slecht. Zeker als je kijkt naar de in verhouding enorm dure kamer die ik had.

Wir würden wieder kommen

Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker und bot eine riesige Auswahl. Die Betten waren bequem. Auch die Sauna war wirklich schön.

Ein Doppelzimmer mit zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, die auseinanderrutschen, ist nicht so toll. Schade, dass man bei der Sauna die Türen zum Außenbereich nicht öffnen konnte.

Exceptional

Outstanding 4 stars hôtel. Classy decorations. Nice and cosy executive studio penthouse with large balcony city view. Extra bed for kids free of charge. Great breakfast and nice service.

Great value for money. Descent gym, nice spa. It‘s clean and comfortable. Everything is tidy and well kept. Breakfast is great (except the coffee).

You hardly see any staff - if you have questions f.i. and everybody seems stressed (but friendly). Breakfast is great as long as you are not a coffee lover.

Pleasant

The hotel is modern, looks nice and is clean. Everything you need is in the room, staff is friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast is well organized and good.

It was incredibly hot in our room. The air-conditioning does not do it's job. Due to the temperature in our room (+-27 degrees) our night was not comfortable at all.

A chaotic stay

Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was superb.

We spent three nights. The first was perfect. The second and third, however, were pretty bad. The second night (Sat - Sun) they had a wedding in the room right below ours. And it was ridiculously loud (even with earplugs I could hear every word in every song they played). At around 11pm we went to ask for a solution because we had an early start and long day ahead of us. They said they’d turn the bass down (it just got louder). After the third (!!) time we asked for help, we got a different room. Apparently they normally don’t put guests in the rooms above the party venue, so it was a mistake. But we didn’t get any sleep until well after midnight. A solution like a different room the first time we asked instead of letting us stew would have been greatly appreciated and I wouldn’t have minded the mistake. We returned to the room above the venue for our last night and we were assured that there was no more parties planned so we were looking forward to a good nights sleep. But no, at 11pm they started to build that room up for a conference the next day. It was super loud again, and we didn’t get any sleep again until after midnight. Why they had to do it on a Sunday night around midnight blows my mind.

Disappointing

I picked this hotel because it advertised to have a charger for electric cars. But this is not true. There is a public charger close to the entry of the hotel parking spot. But this is not associated with the hotel and was also broken.

Rather disappointing this time

We´ve stayed here numerous times and rated 9 - 10. Check-in, staff, studio, facilities, AC, shower...all still great and recommended. Breakfast was again very good, served as lunch packet/picnic for our journey next day. BUT our stay was marred by loud music (heavy bass) from a wedding party on lower level. The music was (oddly) more of a disturbance on the top floor than in the lower levels. Structural/building frame oddity...no voices, laughter or noise from corridors...only that bass over 5 floors! Yes, thank you, we were offered a different room (where would it have been better?) at approx 21:30 when I commented on volume...frankly did NOT expect the thumping bass to continue until we complained at past 1:30 am. We´d definitely check whether an event was planned on dates of stay for future visits. We were given a small compensation of 7.5% (20€) discount off our stay. In all disappointing this time.

Fridge had not been cleared of previous guests´"remains". Small oversight. BUT Being keep awake until almost 2am by loud music not acceptable..
