no room cleaning, single roll of toilet tissue was provided for a group of 4 that stayed for 2 nights. very limited sachets of shampooes were provided. only 1access was provided which is very inconvenient if you have different plans with the rest of the group.

I arrived early because of a rescheduled meeting but I had to wait for an hour at the lobby because the unit will be ready by 2pm. I had to use the bathroom but I cannot use the room yet because they’re still cleaning. I tried to go to the toilet at the ground floor but the common toilet was very dirty!! The host (Sandy) was very helpful though.
Everything went smooth after checkin in until I had to ask the reception on that night (Aug 10) as I needed to call someone (thru mobile number) because of an EMERGENCY. I dont have a local number here (I only rely on my wifi) because I work and live in Dubai and it would take time for me to avail a sim and register. The lady receptionist was hesitant and doesn’t even want to help. I mean, it would be a nice and generous gesture if you could at least help me to connect to a friend even just for A MINUTE as that was an emergency but chose not to. I’ll never forget that face. She was on duty on August 10, around 9-10pm. Train her more!

Location of hotel
No room service at hotel...hotel room bed sheets and towels were not changed even after repeated requested at reception...they clean room only at check out which is not at all hygienic...
This is not a cheap hotel so at least clean room everyday if the guest request...

location. it’s in the city & close to SLU Sacred Hospital where my dad was confined.
I didn’t like seeing the cracks in the walls. Assuming they cane from the earthquake last year July.
Towels were so thin. The front door of the one condo we stayed in had a gap where you can peer into.

Location was good.
Service was horrible, clear evidence of serious damage across the building (shown in the picture) and not properly taken care of. Around 7pm I called for the hand towels for the toilet or kitchen area, I was told it was not provided and that she would see what she could do, an hour later, I had to follow up. She said it was busy but when she came up with the hand towels, I can clearly see her eyebrows is wet with fresh eyebrow dye.
Afterwards, I called to complain about the toilets slow drain, I was then again greeted with an attitude of why didn't you report it earlier, apparently no maintenance available on site. She then soon realised her mistake saying of course you wouldn't know if you haven't used it. The toilet then blocked up after my husband used it. The same lady came to look and said that we shouldn't throw tissues in the toilet. She then threaten us saying we will have to pay for the maintenance. I then told her there was no sign in the bathroom and we were not informed. It was the room 422 given to us even though upon check in there was a different room allocated to me. The lady was wearing a grey shirt with Mozart written on it, newly done eyebrows, long black hair. The next day around 7:45 am asked for toilet tissue, nothing was given until we checked out. The bed was not comfortable with only a thin blanket, there were drain flies in the toilet (shown in the picture), with a distinguished smell, rust and hair in the bathroom. I rather not shower than use the very unsanitary shower! I have videos but unfortunately cannot upload it. It's definitely not worth how much we paid. Quite embarrassing to have my husband and mother in law to stay in, considering they are not Filipino nationals and this is the hospitality we were shown, utterly disgusting.

location was good enough. very close to all the attractions in baguio. can easily book grab taxi but recommend to hail local taxi. its cheaper. streets are always busy with tourist.
they allowed us to leave oir luggages at the condo before checking in and after checking out to roam the cuty bag free.
all the guards in morning and night shift are kind and approachable.
we arrived at around 5am. they dont do early checkin even if we wanted to pay extra. they agree to let us leave our luggages early before checking in and later after checking out. so we can roam around the city bag free.
Morning staff that greeted us and took our bags is not very friendly. i understand that she just woke up. but shes definitely irritated.
the staff that assist us in checking in at around 2pm is very friendly and approachable.
take note, this is a condo. its not a hotel.
yes you can cook. but it doesnt matterz we didnt cook anyways. i should have booked a real hotel. 😅
because we artive early in the morning. we got a chance and tried to check other real 3-4star hotel rates around the area and there are definitely lots of them near burnham park that are way cheaper than here. at around 2,500 -2,800 per night. 2pax. add 500 for extra person. half their price. ambiance and hospitality of staff is a lot better.
Feels more like a transient than a hotel. price is higher than a hotel.
