Mycket nöjda

Boendet ligger utanför turistområdet, vilket tilltalar oss. Flera små lokala restauranger i området. Vi blev mycket vänligt bemöta, vid behov fick vi även tolk hjälp av deras dotter.

Lovely apartment in Las Lagunas

Fantastic upper floor apartment with 2 large terraces. Hosts where friendly and helpful without fault.

Parking can be an issue. Also be aware the apartment is on the 2nd floor.

What a beautiful apartment and fabulous hosts.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean, and the private back garden and pool were the icing on the cake. The arrival of a complmentery wine from the malaga hills was an amazing touch. Thank you Manuel.

The bbq has a lighting issue, if your not careful when lighting you'll end up with no eyebrows....

Nice renovated apartment.k

Nice renovated apartment with all you need. Ground floor with your own entrance and patio with walls. The sun is shining some hours per day in back yard. Own small pool and Weber grill. Quiet surroundings and free parking nearby.

Not too much day light inside. No views around. If the outside temperature is high, inside it can be nice temperature.

perfect holiday

manuel and his family are wondeful people and their apartment is exceptional. The area, Las Lagunas has everything you need for a quiet relaxing holiday. All the bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Fungeriola is a 15 minute stroll away and the train from the airport takes about 35min to the centre of the resort for about 3 euros. Already booked for next year.

Everything is quite new and works perfectly. Fast induction stove and extremely effective aircondition, freezer and fridge. Minipool perfect for sitting on the bottom with your head over the surface and a cold drink on the side. "Private patio" should be "private patios" since there are two. One of them is quite big - the other one is huge! A perfect place to spend the evening. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants. The staff usually only speak spanish, but they're friendly and patient, when you give it a try - even if you speak spanish for the first time..😃 I will be back ASAP!

The beds we're a little hard, but it's not a big problem. The pictures are from different apartments, so you don't know exactly what you get. Don't worry though - unless you come for the big pool on the pictures, you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant, ticked all the boxes, so chilled out

Manuel was so helpful, nothing was a problem, not that we needed him anyway. This was our first time self catering and it exceded our expectations. Patios front and back with superb views. A well equiped kitchen with a large lounge. A decent location, 20 min walk into town, or a 2 minute walk to bus stop nearby. Good local supermarkets nearby, with Lidl and Iceland also nearby. Very good Internet and UK tv if you wanted it. WILL BE BACK. Tony and Heather, Coventry UK

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our first time abroad with our 18month old toddler. Manuel was excellent and provided a cot, bedding, high chair and there was even a changing mat, potty etc, he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was lovely and spacious with an enclosed outside terrace with a pool and sun loungers, allowing us to relax whilst the baby napped. There were only a few steps up to the ground floor apartment so I would recommend this if you have a pushchair like us. It is really close to all amenities in Mijas but it was a longer walk to Fuengirola than expected across busy roads so bear this in mind. We had an excellent time and wanted to stay on longer. Hopefully we will be back soon 😊

Excellent relaxing holiday,great location would recommend for couples and families.

My host Manuel was excellent we had a couple of minor issues which he fixed immediately.The accomodation looked like newly refurbished and had everything you would need for a great holiday. The beds were really comfortable and we slept late everyday.The kitchen was was new with all utensils and amenties required inluding a dishwasher. Great private space outside for eating and relaxing also with a cooling off dip pool. Loved it. Easy 30 min walk to beach and fuengirola town,also fabulous local bus service every 15 mins 1 price no matter where you go. 1.55 euro per trip.

Lovely apartment with great outdoor space in a nice quiet residential area. We liked it a lot.

Quiet residential area but an easy 20 minute walk to the centre of town . Two lovely terraces so you can catch the sun all day, with sunbeds, bbq and table and chairs - pity we didn't have the weather to make better use of them but we did enjoy them when the sun came out. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equiped. Wifi was strong and dependable and there is a smart tv with Netflix and Prime for evenings when you don't want to go out. The large Carrefour Supermarket and Cortes de Ingles are about a 15 minute walk. Manuel was very helpful with any queries we had and we would be happy to return there again at a warmer time of year.

This apartment was delightful, very spacious for a family of 4, plunge pool too :)

The location was perfect for us, it only took 20 or so minutes to get down to the Paseo and we all enjoyed the walk down, lots of shops and bars along the way!

The water went off by the local authority for over 4 days but the owner was very apologetic even though it was out of their control, they supplied a lot of bottled water so we could wash up etc. I have friends in the area so we were all able to shower.

Perfect for us

We are a family of 5, a baby, 5yr old, 12yr old and 2 adults. Our purpose of our visit was to see my parents who lived 10mins walk from the property. This apartment was perfect for us, clean, spacious, brilliant front and back balcony area. Can not fault it at all. Once familiar with the walk you will also enjoy the short walk to the town and beach, but also enjoy the very local area for restaurants and shops. We don’t speak any Spanish but was very easily able to communicate to the landlord via WhatsApp and google translate. Everything you would need for a vacation, fully functional kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, two toilets one singular, one within shower room, double bedroom, twin beds, and separate pull out bed. We had a smart tv which I easily logged onto Netflix. Little paddling pool, bbq and outdoor seating.

Only issue for us was the stairs, we stayed in the ‘attic flat’ which meant going up an internal staircase which was a pain with a baby and buggy. Also as a family with a baby no high chair or cot

Felt like home!

Very friendly welcome. Gracias, Manuel. We didn't want to leave. All was perfect, really. would definitely consider coming back.

Sometimes we came back to the apartment late at night and was no parking at all - even at the big parking lot near the apartment; had to park quite far.
