Bed is not very comfortable, gate to the parking never worked but there was plenty of street parking

Táxi via 1taxi app to the bus station ~6e and train station ~10e . House is close to everything, backyard big bonus, fully equipped kitchen big plus too!

Frying pans a bit worn out.

The perfect spot to visit Algarve.

Very well located in the city and region, the house was clean and welcoming. We went in family, in winter. We had a nice stay there. The owner also were very kind and available.

Would recommend this little house for its location alone.

Location. Suited us perfectly. Courtyard, gusty wind didn’t take away any of the pleasure. Kitchen was very good.

Bbq, we would be more encouraged to use it if the grill was clean. Specific tools also required. Needs short descriptions for use of appliances. Sofa needs several more scatter cushions.

- contactless checkin - friendly host, offered a lot of information through messages via booking.com - location, close to the beach - good price compared to other locations in Albufeira - private parking

- extremely late checkin, very early checkout required - only had a roll of toilet paper; not even an entire roll. since we checked in late, we had to go shopping at 8 am the next day because of this - one pod of dishwasher soap and just just one garbage bag - no other necessities such as shampoo, shower gel, anything of the sort - old, ragged, stained, moldy towels. - the sheet on the bed was so small it would uncover the bed every night, leaving us to sleep on a very old and unpleasant looking mattress. - had to use the bathroom in the dark, since the light would turn on the vent, which would bring in an awful smell

Exceptional

We had an amazing time in the villa. It’s literally your home away from home. There is everything provided for your stay - incl bbq essentials. Also there are plenty of beach items including umbrella (very useful so you don’t need to worry about anything). The communication with the host company was very easy and the host always replied on time. All our individual requests have been approved which was great! The villa is situated just 2-3mins from the main beach area. Close to supermarkets, the main street and restaurants. It’s in a quiet zone so you will not be distracted by any disco/ restaurant noises and as it’s a detached house you will not be bothered by neighbours. There is also a good parking space inside which is very useful. Easy to find by uber drivers etc. If you have a chance to book the property, just go ahead and book it :)

Fantastic Stay

The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old town and to the nearest supermarket. The house is spacious and modern, suitable for big families. It has all the necessary commodities. Brilliant attention to detail, even charcoal for the bbq was provided. It also has a big patio area, great for sunbathing, exercising or socialising. Check in and communication was perfect. We had an issue with the oven which was quickly resolved by the rep Alexandre Almeida. He was very accommodating and helpful. Probably one of the best houses we have stayed in. We would definitely comeback and recommend it.

Excellent location, Large patio, Nice view from patio

Great location, large patio, BBQ grill, separate laundry building are all a plus. Sunbeds and outdoor patio furniture on the patio. Beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Up/down the hill via escalator. Full size refrigerator and stove in the kitchen. Mobile based WiFi relatively fast. Local channels only on TV. A single split AC/Heat unit for entire apartment in the living room.
