Feels very comfortable and convenient in every respect

Very Generous room size, stylish decor, well maintained and great location to walk to everything downtown. Staff was always friendly, helpful And informative. Gym was well equipped and large for a hotel facility.

Breakfast was nothing special, Basically a continental breakfast, paper plates etc.

Definitely recommend

Great location and beautiful hotel. Really fun spot!

Breakfast was meh. Was expecting something a little more upscale than the typical comfort inn breakfast but it was nice to have the option.

Great location, friendly staff and clean but didn’t find the room comfortable.

The location in downtown Concord was fantastic. walking distance to many restaurants and cute shops.

The room we were assigned with our Booking reservation was very small. The king bed was much too tight in the space (could barely get out on one side) and the room was quite small for a “luxury king”. The windows didn’t open and there was no access to the balcony. I thought the picture of the room online was a bit deceptive. But there are many rooms available that are more spacious and many have doors to the outside balcony. Unfortunately we were given a very basic room. If I had known we would have asked for an upgrade. Next time…

It’s just pleasant to be in a comfortable hotel downtown within walking distance to everything.

Clean, uncluttered, comfortable bed.

Electrical issues in 403: electricity shorted out one night, half my bedside lamps were out. Have maintenance install warm light bulbs (2700K) not the cool light bulbs that make any good interior design look awful.

You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

The hotel is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed, especially the bathroom.

There were only feather pillows available - a choice of pillow would have made for a great sleep.

Beautifully designed accommodations in a great downtown location.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, the ease of parking, the location, the attached restaurant, the decor, the very comfortable room and the inviting gathering spaces made for a perfectly wonderful stay.

The breakfast choices were somewhat lacking, although there was clearly an effort to offer some variety.

Great boutique hotel

The room was spacious and fashionable, loved that they added Alexa so we could ask about the weather and close by restaurants. It's in a nice location, on the main street of Concord (downtown) and the parking is free. The breakfast was nice, they made sandwiches, there were bottles of soft drinks, muffins, snacks (like 'nature valley') and a coffee machine that you could choose also french vanilla and hot chocolate. Overall, a good experience and i might come back one day :)

A little expensive, but it might be the high season.

This was part of our fall getaway through Maine and New Hampshire- what a lovely place to stay!

The rooms are stunning, very clean and huge. We look forward to returning. The staff could'nt have been more helpful and friendly.

I wish they provided a better breakfast in the morning- the wraps were luke warm and so so. I do like they use local sources just maybe better choices. The trashcan was overflowing in the breakfast room, I think they need a staff member to oversee the area.

Exceptional

Beautiful rooms! Definitely a step above the ordinary rooms from mass hotel chains. Neighborhood great for walking with lots of restaurants and bars outside the doors.

overall it was great - just needed more pillows and a fan!

The room was BEAUTIFUL. and so clean. The soaps smelled amazing. Love that there is a fridge in the room.

The bed was very firm. I know it’s some folks preference but too hard for us. The climate control was great but too quiet! We are used to fans/white noise and the lack of sound was deafening, made it hard to sleep and we could hear folks coming and going all night. they didn’t have fans available either. again this is a preference, I’m sure some folks like it quiet.

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff with good location.

It was ok for a continental breakfast.

The only negative thing we noticed was that the floor in our room was dirty. It had been vacuumed, but while drying some rain that dripped from our umbrella off the floor we noticed the cloth was filthy.
