Tolle Lage, nettes Ambiente, gutes Design.

The apartment was spacious, clean and light n airy with lots of windows. Fully fitted out in kitchen with dining table. comfy bed. Car parking was easy as per instructions, left the car for 3 nights perfectly safe and just a few hundred metres. The location was the best with the old dutch quarter in a hip vibrant and trendy place, with all areas of interest within walking distance. Easy to catch the train direct into Berlin Central for a day trip too. There is also a supermarket close by to purchase breakfast lunch dinner.
Decor furniture could be improved, looked similar to old soviet design i had in apartment in St Petersburg
Balcony was misleading, more like a step out area for one person, view of back buildings.
Description of what comes with apartment mis-leading, no "kitchen" it is a kitchenette space area of sink and stove.
Also says "This apartment comes with ........as well as Wine/champagne for guest" ..i didnt have any guests so i didnt get any wine or champagne.

Bathroom was a little dilapidated - mould growing above the shower cubicle and the shower did not drain properly and the seal from shower was loose so water leaked onto floor. One of the tiles was also cracked on the toilet side of the shower. Could not seem to get the extraction fan to work.

Location is great.
two things.
1.) I have booked a room with a balcony. One imagines a balcony with a table and two chairs. The balcony of the room was not big enough for even one chair and the view was facing at the dustbins. Not exactly what we expected.
2.) The ventilation in the room is very noisy and one can also clearly hear the one in the bathroom of the next apartment....of course as this is an old house sound-isolation is understandably not really good, but still the place could install a less noisy ventilation system
Other than this it was a nice experience. It is a cute place.

The property was fine in a great location.
The agent who checked us in was unusually indifferent to the customers giving us a bad taste for the property even though it was really quite nice and accommodating. The staff person when we checked out was very polite and helpful.

great location and nice apartment
a few lights, including kitchen lights didn’t work. they promised to send someone to fix the next day, but didn’t happen. shower was very slow to drain so we had to take very short showers. description didn’t say the washer and dryer were shared with the whole building, but was still fully usable.

The location was good and the staff were flexible when I was delayed.
It has the potential to be so much lovelier. It’s a bit neglected considering the cost. It was clean but… The kitchen had little leftover things from other people’s stays. There was only one square of loo paper left on the roll and no back up.
