Overall we loved the place. Water was like warm at best when we could get it to be something other than cold. Texting with customer service was easy and fast, however no one responded to multiple days and requests for the water to be looked at until Troy came on duty. He called me first thing Friday morning and came over to check it out. Unfortunately he was unable to fix it and had to call for service and they cannot get here till Tuesday. So we spent 6 of our 7 days playing the game of jumping in and out of cold showers. We very much appreciated Troy and him responding to us

Our family of 10 had a great time staying here. It’s about 60 minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. We spent three days exploring Glacier, and another day riding the Whitefish Alpine slides and playing at the ski resort. A perfect home away from home!!
4.3
Location was “okay” for a ski in ski out. Only if that run was open and if you have experienced skiers. Spacious, full bathroom in every room.
Didn’t have hot water for our entire stay, didn’t have a book on where things were located, or how to contact for help. Would have preferred the check out process available at the house. I received one text at the beginning of the stay with a tiny bit of info and when we had already left the house when they text additional check out requests which we didn’t do because it wasn’t in the original text for check out.

The location is great, with easy access to ski in/out. The property itself is pretty dated though. If you are expecting a dream vacation, this is not the place. This is more like visiting your grandparents cottage; things are fine, but you need to make it work for you. I would say the experience doesn't quite match the price tag.

Loved our stay here. Easy access to Home Again run and rooms/space was as advertised. We will come back!

Super ski in ski out lodge, with gorgeous slope views from the central great room. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and all rooms with en suite bathrooms.
4.3
The property is the perfect size for our group, with plenty of sleeping room and space to congregate in the morning for breakfast before hitting the slopes. Nice and easy to depart from the house and get back to at the end of the day. One of our favorite spots to stay on the Mountain.
The kitchen could use some additional supplies, and we notified property management during our stay that some cooking items were missing, unfortunately it wasn't remedied prior to our departure. But they did acknowledge the issue promptly, and we would hope that it gets taken care of for the next guests.

The house is amazing. It has a great layout with tons of beds in each room for big families to ski in ski out was really nice as well. If I had to criticize anything, I would say they don’t have very many pots or cans to cook with although they do have lots of other dishes and the beds are really uncomfortable. Even the master other than that the house was great. We had a great stay.
4.3
Short and simple - House itself was fine with plenty of space for family
Issues were, the house was dirty upon entering, food was under the end tables and coffee tables. Toilets and toilet seats were nasty. Dish washer was absolutely disgusting, had to run a high heat cycle before we could even use it. Dishes were dirty upon pulling them out of the cabinets. Bedroom tvs didn’t work, 2 windows were left cracked open upon us entering and we didn’t notice until it began raining, and the hot tub only work in spots.
For the money we paid for this cabin, we expected it to match the cost.
Thanks

The lay out of this house is spectacular! The views of Big Mountain from this home are even better!!! And it truly is Ski-in/ ski-out! My boys loved that!! Wonderful home for a memorable family vacation!!

The condo was pretty spacious for our group of 6. We were able to walk down to the base easily to get our skis. The kitchen was not very well appointed- the glasses were just a little larger than a shot glass so we had to bring in larger cups. There was only one wine glass and one champagne flute. They left us no trash bags or dish soap- we had to borrow from the neighbor. Overall it was a perfectly fine place to stay, affordable, spacious and close to the home again run. Vacasa should encourage the owners to spend a few bucks on upgrading the kitchenware, maybe dump some non working remotes, buy a couple tvs from this decade and maybe ditch the dusty fake flowers all over the place. It would not take much effort or expense to make that place much better!

Loved the place. We had 8 people and we had more than enough space and room to sleep. I only wish they have a proper cutting board vs a glass board.

Great place for group stay. Love that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Perfect location. Kitchen had all necessities

Great location with it being a true ski in ski out. Wish the hot tub was a bit bigger. For the price point and what the house offers, I'd rent again.

I have not stayed in this neighborhood previously and I really enjoyed the location. Close to everything but distant enough to feel quasi private/family oriented. Easy enough to walk to the base lodge. Some wear and tear in the property, but not enough to distract from the great stay. thank you.

For skiers it is hard to beat the location next to Home Again run. You can be on Chair 6 at the Base Lodge in 10 minutes. 4 Couples can stay there comfortably. Each bedroom has a private bathroom plus a 1/2 bath next to the kitchen. Beautiful views of the mountain.

The place was great and walk right out to the lifts. Tv was a little hard to use due to remotes, but that was minor. Great stay and will be back in the summer

The home has wear and tear
The property was everything we imagined except….the home has tons of wear and tear. Carpets have TONS of stains on them. There is a plumbing issue as the master bathroom has gurgling noises. Two of the other bathroom’s showers don’t drain. If you want to enjoy a birthday weekend with friends, bring only your quiet friends as they really do want it QUIET after 9 pm.

Loved this house! It was the perfect size for 7-10 people. We had 4 adults and 3 teens and there was more than enough room for all! Clean and spacious. The views were great, overlooks the ski mountain. Hot tub was a bonus after long days of Hiking at GNP. Took us about 40 minutes to get to West Glacier, easy ride. Wish we could come back and see the resort during Ski season! Loved the town of Whitefish, short drive down the hill. Highly recommend!

FILTHY.
This was literally the most disgusting and trashed property I’ve ever stayed. Avoid it at any cost as there are so many beautiful places in Whitefish.

To start, we were pleased with the property but there were some issues. The garage door was broken and would not open, the cell reception is terrible, the floors and carpets were dirty when we arrived and my wife spent 30-45 minutes cleaning, there were no drapes or window covers in the master bedroom, so when the sun rose at 5::00am we were blasted in the face with sun light (we did not bring sleeping masks), and the downstairs was freezing the entire time because there is only 1 central heating/A/C unit for the entire 3 story home.
All of that being said, the plusses out weigh the minuses. The location is perfect, the home is very nice and spacious, the appliances are great and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking instruments. The property manager was responsive to our requests and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. If I were giving our stay a rating from 1-10, I would give it a 7.5

This was a great space for 3 families. Every bedroom had a complete bathroom. The place has lots of charm and great common space with a good sized kitchen.

Great Location but Didn’t meet expectations.
I will start off with this property is in an awesome location for ski in/ski out at Whitefish Mt. The layout of the property was very nice with many bedrooms and Beds. They could fit another bed in upstairs bunk bedroom easily! Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom off of each of them and beds were clean & comfortable. Unfortunately this home was far from what I consider COVID clean upon arrival, surfaces, handle, switches and floors were visibly dirty and grimy. The cabinets and drawers were plain gross with crumbs fuzzies and stickiness. The Frig needed wiped out and cleaned by me as tons of remnants of previous renter were in it. (I cleaned for good hour to two when got there)
The dishwasher had a note on it that stated “broken, waiting for part” which I noticed that a previous review mentioned broken dishwasher during their stay weeks prior to ours. I would Think after that much time (& considering COVID) the issue would be resolved or owner should realize they may need to just replace at rate/price they are charging for accommodation. We also realized immediately that washing machine was not working and was full of dirty towels and had a huge stack of dirty laundry next to washer as well. After looking up code washer was displaying it was clear some previous renter had forced the lock mechanism open while washer was on and running, I own same Style of top loader washer and realize some idiot before us probably broke it by forcing it open. Which then made our visit even less comfortable at no fault to owner or managers But I am fairly sure cleaning people were aware it was not operating as they left all the dirty there in washer and by it. I called immediately upon arrival about the multiple issues from lack of cleanliness to broken appliances and they were very friendly on phone but did not have anyone come to address appliances entire stay. I was offered a small discount and expressed that I felt It should be more considering. Yet to hear anything about additional refund :/
I would also want to inform other potential renters the hot tub is super small, was clean and in good working condition but it is prob 4 people max and really only three comfortably. the couch in Living room was in such poor condition, super worn out and dirty as well- badly needs replaced, would expect better considering nightly rate once again.
I would Probably not return to this property and would seek out others in same area for future stay.
