Gourmet Kitchen: All stainless steel appliances. The Loft has 3 Electrolux convection ovens. Custom stainless steel Island, with Kolher 31-3/4" x 18" x 9-1/2" double-equal bowl kitchen sink. All-Clad Stainless Steel Cookware Set. Restored Mid-Century Modern built-in glass cabinets.
- Expose bricked though out the Loft.
- Restore original hardwood floors.
- Master suite has a king size Simmons Beautyrest Ultimate Plush Pillow top ($4000). 540 Thread Count Sheet Set.
- Sleeping pillows are made from organic cotton.

First, I'd like to thank John for hosting us, I've never has such a communicative host. None of my pros or cons were communicated with John directly, it was a busy week.
I've got a list of pros and cons for this location:
Cons:
1. AC not properly installed in bedroom, held together with masking tape and fills a 5 gallon bucket which must be dumped every 24-48 hours (it's heavy and messy to dump)
2. Extreme electrical limitation.
3. Everything was DIY in this place, cut twice measure once. Lots of fit, finish, and mateiral problems.
4. TV needs replacing
5. The mattresses, pillows and couch are pretty stained.
6. No wifi, no router to reboot.
7. The stairs are dangerous as they are unevenly worn soft wood.
8. the shower curtain. The screws are on the top of the rod, which means you have to manuver the curtain over the screws while water is spraying all over the floor.
Pros:
1.Brick walls and old wood floors look great.

4. No bedbugs
5. Clean linens
6. Well stocked with basics like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.
7. Pretty comfortable.

Final notes:
The overall industrial chic live work reclaimed material look does grow on you. I would likely return to this location again though I would like to see the AC and the Shower Curtain issue fixed as these were both extremely frustrating on a daily basis.

The property was nice and clean with all the amenities of any apartment. It is within walking distance to the casino, but it is a bit of a hike.
John communicated how to find the place and gave us a run down of restaurants and hints about the town. All in all made our trip a success!

This property is convenienly located in the center of town and near Horshoe Lake.

Sports betting weekend with our boys and friends. Casino was close enough yet far enough away to get away when needed.

Just one thing, the a/c unit was blowing out hot. We found a hose that was not connected properly, but was able to get it working. It’s a nice place.

Perfect little place
This hidden little gem was a perfect place for me and my family to stay while in Wisconsin. Even though we were pretty much just there to shower and sleep, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us and not be on top of each other. The kitchen had plenty of room and was stocked well to cook. There were even water bottles in the fridge for us to use. John was great at communicating what to expect when we got there. He gave us a call a couple of days beforehand and was very prompt in responding to questions we had after we got there. Just a heads up...there is no central air, 2 air units & 2 box fans that kept the place cool and there a good amount of stairs to get to the apartment. Neither are deal breakers for us but wanted future travelers to know in case that is an issue for you. Would definitely stay again!
