Unfortunately Kavos as a town was horrible for everyone but teenagers who wants to party

The apartment was simple but modern and fresh The view was great and the property was calm and relaxing Parking was great

It was 2 singel beds and they were hard to lay on

Exceptional

The property is easy to find. First stop (Ekati ) in Kavos when you are coming from Corfu by bus and then only 3mn walk . The apartments are facing the sea and you can relax in the pretty garden! The accommodation has all it needs and the bedrooms are large and comfy. It was perfect for our 2 nights stay before going to Paxos. Anastasia was brilliant to send messages before our arrival to make sure we were OK. More importantly, she has been extremely efficient to help when a light bulb blow up and the electricity went off. It happened late at night round 10pm and by 11pm it was all fixed thanks to her technician who came promptly! That is in such situation we recognise the best service ! 😀

The accommodation and the location are absolutely fine, I have nothing to say against it. We were just not fan of Kavos itself as it is for a very, very young crowd which I didn't really anticipated. However we had a day and half of pure relaxation after our first very , very busy week going round Corfu so for us still a lovely stay 😊

Definitely the perfect place for a quiet secluded vacation by the sea with private beach!!!

Definitely the perfect place for a quiet, secluded vacation by the sea with private beach. Absolutely fabulous sea view from the giant glass doors Run by a family whose members are all extremely hospitable, responsive, always available via messengers and always willing to satisfy all requests to the delight of the clients. All bedroom suites are pleasantly designed and cozily decorated. Spacious, comfortable beds. Plenty of closets and storage space, so all your belongings will be laid out and hung on the many shelves and cabinets. Very quiet modern air conditioners. Frequent linen changes. Towels are available on request in any quantity. Private beach with a convenient entrance to a very shallow warm clean sea. Many sun beds and beach umbrellas. Spacious open veranda for pleasant breakfasts and dinners while enjoying the beautiful sea scenery. The mosquitoes on Kavos are certainly vicious and fierce, but the kind hosts provide fumigators, so problem solved. I think I know now our regular vacation accommodation. :)

The kitchen is pretty worn and maybe needs some renovation. We lacked a washing machine, at least a small one, especially since there is plenty of room for one near the kitchen. Modern slim, shallow depth washing machines are inexpensive and would further enhance the appeal of this wonderful apartment.

Peaceful location with beautiful sea view

Even though Kavos is quite a lively town (especially at night), Kamini Apartments are absolutely quiet and peaceful. The apartment was newly renovated and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with a view of the sea. The apartments also have private access to the sea. The sea bottom is shallow - our grandmother especially appreciated this. The family takes great care of the apartments and they are always nice and helpful.

The location of the property is simply unbelivable. Just stunning to be just sitting on the balcony at any moment of the day and admiring the surroundings.

Exceptional

Everything was great and we had a really nice stay. The apartments are great, really nice decorated, very clean, spacious and comfortable. And the fact that you have direct sea view makes it an awesome experience.

Lovely clean apartments with private beachfront & jetty overlooking the beautiful Ionian.

Nice, clean apartments with patio overlooking the Ionian. Private beachfront with jetty into the ocean! Mainland Greece can be seen in the distance. Lovely place to rent a boat and throw anchor outside. AC works excellently.

Nice, beautiful location, spacious modern apartment. Easy bus access. Very helpful hostess Anastasia. Just be aware of mosquitoes, it’s loads of them in Corfu.

Great place!

Great sea view from the balcony. The location is very close to the taverns and mini-market stores. The room was cleaned almost every day.

The bathroom window and the balcony could really benefit from mosquito nets being in an area with mosquitos.

1. WiFi did not cover most of the apartment - only in one 2. It says that there will be cleaning every day but out of our three night stay, it was never cleaned 3. Dead mosquitos with blood still on the wall and there was a dead mosquito stain on the TV 4. Uncomfortable bed 5. The private area in front of beach could benefit from some care

Comfortable and pleasant stay.

Very beautifull modern and cosy apartment with nice view. Beach chairs with umbrellas in the beautiful garden with roses and other flowers. We loved to take breakfast in the morning and to sit with wine in the evening. We consider to be completely exceptional quite precious "guide book" with all instructions plus recommendation for best beaches, restaurants and taverns not just in the area but throughout all island. Thank you for that.

A smell of mold in the kitchen, perhaps because we were here before the high season. What we regretted was that the edge of the sea is completely polluted with grass, which is common in this area and unfortunately the owners can do nothing about it. It is a pity, because otherwise this accommodation is absolutely excellent and pleasant.

Superb

I loved the communication from the owners, I was traveling with my 3 kids, 2y, 5y and 3 months and they were really helpful..regarding the sea - it is really shallow, you can walk with kids to the sand beach along the sea side, it takes 3minutes and you can use the sunbeds and pool in the pool bar, just make sure to order something. Transfer from the airport was perfect as it takes approx. 1 hour to get to Kavos. I reccomend this appartment if you prefer calm neighbourhood.

Very nice, clean, comfy accomodation. View on the sea from the apartment, plus was air condition. In the garden umbrellas and sunbeds. Can recommend this accomodation :)

It would be nice if there were mosquit nets in the windows.

Exceptional

Amazing location - just right at the waterfront with the possibility to swim and use the sun beds in the yard. Just 5min away from the main area with restaurants and cafes. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Cozy rooms with amazing views

The location is just perfect. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They offer an amazing view over the sea and a private beach. Although we didn't meet in person, the owner gave us all necessary information for our check-in. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if we visit Corfu again.

Fantastic sea view apartment

We absolutely loved staying in Kamini Appartments. The location is fantastic. We had the best time relaxing in the sea right near the place. The rooms were very clean. And the stuff always cleaned them when we asked. The room had everything we needed - as many towels as we asked, hair dryer, iron, little kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and come back myself.

Perfect and relaxing stay in Corfu!

The stay was amazing! The view from the apartment was incredible and we could see the sun rising over the sea every day while enjoying our breakfast in the balcony. The room was very charming and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary to cook a delicious breakfast. It was very close to Kavos center, so there was a lot of restaurants (I would recommend Big Max and Roussos) and stores nearby. The check in and chek out were super easy and the hostess was easily reached by WhatsApp.

The only think it could have been better was the Wi-Fi signal.
