I thought the room was overpriced, but because of the location I will stay there again.

Front staff employee, Ms. Ruth, was professional and informative.

Outdated rooms, and the bathroom door was damaged on the bottom.

The staff is very welcoming and kind. The hotel is brand new so everything is in very good shape and very clean. The microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the bedroom were very appreciated.

This stay was a gift during a challenging struggle get home after a disastrous flight. Thank you!

Bashar was our angel and saved us from a disastrous trip trying to get back home to NC from Iceland. He was so incredibly kind and helpful and even helped me charge my phone. The breakfast is the best and having use of computers was extremely helpful as well. We cannot thank Bashar enough for his kindness.

Nothing! It was such a blessing to stay here! The wonderfully kind woman who checked us out was a delight just as Bashar was so helpful the night we checked in and he found us a room. He was so empathetic and helpful.

Front desk staff, especially Ruth, was awesome!! Ruth was friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and guest focused!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable they have good hygiene products (dove).😊

The only thing I was displeased with was 1. The safety lock on door didn't work. 2.The shower leaked and left enormous amounts of water on the floor. 3. And when I checked my bank account I noticed I was charged twice. Which my bank is now handling for me. Other than that the stay was ok.

the comfort was amazing the room was very clean except the control didn’t work but other than. that all amazing

breakfast was amazing the icing on the top was the breakfast staff how happy she was for being there and even asked if we needed anything. her customer service made our day

the only thing was we noticed the manager screaming at the male front desk staff which made it ver uncomfortable and sad people have to deal with this poor professionalism within work. He made a simple mistake and his was so fearful and embarrassed

If it depended only on this hotel, the vacation would have been a disaster.

My wife and I were very disappointed and probably will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had booked three days prior and was confirmed for 2 nights. When I arrived with my wife, both of us looking forward to dinner and some rest, we were told there were no rooms available. The lady at the desk saw my confirmation but said there was nothing she could do.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The room’s lights didn’t work. The room was missing blackout curtains and the curtains they had were all ripped. The halls, elevators, and front all needed to be cleaned.
