Central location. Unit has potential but decent for the price

The unit is small but it is enough for 2 people. It is very humid in the building so the AC was appreciated. The WiFi worked well and the Netflix was a great touch. There was a 7/11 and a cafe attached to the building which made it super convenient for an easy breakfast or late night munchies. The check in process was quick and the host was always very responsive. The unit is on the 32nd floor but thankfully all 4 elevators were working during our stay so we never waited too long. The lobby and outside area always had a lot of activity and visible security so we always felt safe. Another level of security that I liked was that every person needed a key in the elevator to enter the apartment levels.

-The room smelled like mildew and when I mentioned it to the host she blamed the pipes in the building which could be true but that didn't explain why the shower curtain was moldy so definitely needs changing to avoid the black stain that was visible on the plastic from water build up. -I inquired about a roundtrip airport transfer to pick up my mother from the airport and was quoted p2400 by the host to use her driver but I ended up taking a grab as it was p900 roundtrip. -We used the driver offered by the host to take us from Cebu city to oslob for the day since we did not want to go through the trouble of renting a car and driving ourselves. It was a 12hr hire for 2 people for p7000 and an additional fee of p350 for every hour after the 12 hours. We only did the whale sharks and canyoneering and went over by 3 hours so expect to pay more than the quoted price. Do keep in mind that this is only a car hire so you will have to book the actual canyoneering tour with the company of your choice before. -The blue towels were either cheap or old as they left blue lint all over our bodies when we dried with them after our shower. I only noticed when I went to put lotion and my hand was covered in blue

Everything absolutely perfect, room clean, zero issues, very secure building, Khalil and his Mother are very nice people, she attended us and explained everything in all details, Khalil is always available and very kind to give you any advice you need, position is very good and room is very well equipped, I recommend this host 100%! You can't go wrong with them. They also provide some stuff for first night such as brush teeth etc

Great location for us with clean, comfortable room. Very happy.

Location and facilities are excellent.

Nearby entertainment venues were very loud at times even up to 2am causing occasional sleep issues but we liked the location because of closeness to entertainment venues/restaurants so have to expect occasional disturbance. Initial confusion over which property we were staying in and getting keys. Stressful after long flights with little sleep. No TV reception because of cable connection problem but Netflix available.

lovely condo, good hosts and would recommend - waking distance to shops

the condo was very clean and comfortable - easy check in and instructions and i would recommend the airport pick up if you are arriving at night as it is a fair distance - pool area was very nice also

Its all good. Very clean.

But im dissapointed that the guests will look where to xerox/copy the vaccine card/ID to comply. We understand the health protocols but they can check our vaccines cards that indicates that we got a 3rd shots and ID's than to ask us a xerox/copy. Cause we got out just to find where to find that xerox/copy machine. It takes too much time. I thought the concierge will print the copies of our vaccines and ID's. Thank you and keep healthy. Godbless

newer condo building Horizons 101, convenient location, i stayed at the newer unit on the 21st floor. Nicely furnished, still fresh and light, there is a nice view from the window, fast elevators. Place is still good if you can handle the downsides...see below

Building security is very strict on any visitors, especially Philippino...IDs and Vaccine cards, registry etc.. can be a hassle. The internet is so slow that its basically unusable, had to divert to my own mobile hotspot with Globe and Smart...there is a great smart tv, but not usable because of the missing network or speed. There is a kitchenette, but not sufficient for cooking...basically fridge and microwave...small 16-18 sqm unit, 160-180 sqft...there are lots of smaller cockroaches, i killed dozens in the kitchen and bath...also small ants...if the internet, cooking and pests problems get solved, i rate it a 9, great value, but at this time and condition more like a 3-4...

SUPERB 1-week staycation

Lovely and accommodating hosts. They catered to my request for an early check in and one day extension of my stay. The location is very convenient, accessible to places I was going to. It's at the heart of Cebu City. I had a very comfortable stay in the studio unit for a week, especially after each day's hard work, I get to properly relax and have a good night sleep. I am delighted by the view of the city lights at night and the background of green mountains and clear blue sky during day time. All in all, I really did enjoy my stay. ☺️

Amazing unit in big bulding.Very safe place.Room is very comfortable.Bed is big,kitchen,nice bathroom. Very nice swimming pool.Close to shopping mall and night life in Cebu city.AC is working.Big TV screen Owner is amazing,always helpful.Very nice people. For short and long stay.For solo traveler and also for couple. Next time i would like to stay again. Thank you.

32 floors below there was a bar that played loud music until the wee hours.
