I manage to sleep , I arrived late at 22 and leave early at 7. Did not like, but ok.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that there was a sheet on the bed, but it was not a covered quilt...it was just a poor quality quilt folded in the closet. There was also a separate sheet, but not the envelope type for the duvet, but a simple one. I slept covered with that sheet and on top of the duvet that was sliding and that I didn't know how washed it was. I notified the owner and he told me that I have everything I need. EVERYTHING can be heard, there are only rooms in a house. I managed to rest, I was lucky. I understand that it is cheap, but a decent and covered duvet is a minimum for an accommodation in Europe. I paid 51 euros, he doesn't make a cent extra, and the owner still has to make an effort if he wants to work in this sensitive field. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Light was poor and depressing.

El emplazamiento y la habitaciòn en sí, era amplia, con terraza y baño se ve que estaba recien reformada.

La entrada estaba muy destartalada,, se ve que estan reformando la vivienda. Las almohadas eran muy pequeñas y blandas.

Perfect for an overnight stay in a good location.

Good quiet location, easy free parking across the road. Clean simple room perfect for a quick overnight no frills stay. A good place very reasonably priced to lay your head for an evening. Host is very quick to respond on messenger and keep in contact. Easy self check in. Host dealt with a non related to us issue very quickly.

I don’t usually go for a shared bathroom or kitchen as like my privacy so if I were staying longer this wouldn’t be my choice. But for one night it absolutely suited my needs.

Nice place to stay!

Nice location if you don’t want to go to Seville with your car. Close to the metro and a free parking next to it. Private balcony.

Free car park across from apartment. 5 minute walk to metro, small grocery shop there and Dominoes. Use of kitchen and laundry was great. Roomy bathroom and bedroom with own courtyard. Very comfortable stay!

Felt like home :)

It felt really cozy and quiet. There was a large parking lot right next to the apartment, and many restaurants walking distance. The room was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was working. Very convenient as the parking was close and the downtown was close.

Exceptional space if you're looking for a little haven

Dario was a great help to us. He responded quick and very friendly. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. Safe neighbourhood for us to park our car in. Parking spot very close, same as the Metro station and many supermarkets!

That our plans didn't allow us to stay longer!

Nice budget place to stay

A nice, budget place that is quite close to metro-line going directly to Sevilla center. Quiet area with shops, restaurants. Free Parking 50 m from the entrance.

The day I left that place.

I didn't like the idea that I paid to stay on a construction site Renovation works by the owner started at 8am! False advertising by the owner - cooking stove & appliances never worked - the place is falling to pieces! Unacceptable to say the least! Glad it was only for a stay of several hours.👎 Nightmare of a place!

I really liked this stay. Easy contactless accommodation late evening, very comfy bed. The room and bathroom were clean. Access to the kitchen. Big free parking close to the house, surrounding residential area seems nice and safe.

The bed room is clean and simple, including the shared bathroom. Each room is also assigned a dedicated fridge

You get what you pay for.

The room was clean and bed was comfy.

Make sure to pre-register your arrival time (!). We didn't notice that it was mandatory (usually its optional). Because there was some error with booking.com we didn't get any messages from owner. We tried to call the place owner, but the number was busy. When we managed to get in touch with the owner (thanks to helpful and nice men in kitchen) the communication was unpleasant. Owner seemed quite arrogant. We were glad to get in and stay for night. But next time we will better pay 20€ more and stay in hotel. - There was a lot of noise at the evening. The walls seem very thin.

Good place for daytrips by metro to sevilla city

On the metro line to Seville, a fraction of the cost of what you would pay in central Seville. Bargain price!

No doors on the wardrobe, a clear indication the owner doesn't want to invest in the property.
