Welcome to LoHi's most prominent townhome, The Point! Located in the absolute center of Denver's most vibrant neighborhood for restaurants, activities, bars, breweries and nightlife. Not to mention only a half mile walk to Downtown, Coors field and Union Station. You simply could not ask for a better location. The Point was designed by one of Denver's premier architects and is a very unique triangle shape with floor to ceiling windows and unobstructed views to the east. The interior space has been professionally designed with a mid-century modern flare that is visually appealing with a focus on entertaining you and your guests comfortably.

The Point has two bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath on main entertaining level. It also has a third convertible bedroom at the entry level. The master bedroom has a queen high end "Purple" memory foam mattress and a full private bathroom. The second bedroom boasts fantastic easterly views of the city and sunrise. The room is equipped with a king size bed with an Amerisleep memory foam mattress. Guests in this bedroom would use the full bathroom with tub on the 3rd floor. If you require additional sleeping arrangements, we can easily convert the lower level sitting room into an additional third bedroom complete with a queen memory foam mattress. Although its technically not a bedroom, it is on it's own level and therefore private and comfortable.

We supply plenty of towels, toiletries, blow dryer, iron, washer and dryer. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to cook or prepare meals during your stay. The Point invites you to enjoy your own private rooftop deck complete with a three person hot tub, wet bar, fridge, grill and fire pit. The deck overlooks the city and faces directly on to Denver's two hottest restaurant and nightlife bars "Happy Camper" and "Avanti." You literally could not get any closer to the action.

You'll have access to 2000Mb/s fast internet and for your viewing pleasure enjoy over 120 channels on a 65 inch 4K Samsung smart TV complete Netflix and other apps for on demand movies.

Due to this home's central location, parking is often hard to come by. Don't worry though, you will have access to 2 parking spaces when you book with us! The Point has an electronic lock and keypad which controls access to the front door of the house. Each guest is provided with their own unique door code which will work during the duration of their stay. After booking, you will be given a code to access the house 5 days before your stay. This way you will be able to let yourself in and out as needed.

I was put in charge of finding a place where three high school buddies could spend 3 nights to have some fun, re-connect, and take advantage of a fun weekend in the great neighborhood of LoHi. (Highlands). I could not have been happier to land on this very cool triangular 4 story flat that served all of those needs very well. This very well appointed home is literally located a stones throw from two of Denver’s hottest restaurant locales, which we took advantage, but in addition, its a great walking neighborhood that is also close to Union Station. The owner was very responsive and has a great website for the property detailing everything you need to know about things to do etc etc. If you are thinking of a Denver getaway, this is the place where you should stay. It’s perfect for two couples, although the downstairs extra room could allow for two more people although you do need to use the upstairs bathrooms. Not a problem however in any way.

Three girlfriends visiting Denver for the first time could not have picked a better location. This townhome is beautiful, well appointed, and the rooftop deck with private hot tub was soooo nice. The stay is well kept and clean. We had comfortable beds. Be ready for stairs! It's a four story home. We thought this helped to burn off all the delicious foods we had though and didn't mind them. The surrounding area is so lively and walkable. As 3 ladies, we all felt very safe. The pedestrian bridge going to downtown is very close, and we walked to the Union Station area a couple of times during our visit. There is a fair bit of outside noise from the very happening Happy Camper and Avanti across the street, so just bring a white noisemaker etc if that will be an issue for you. I can't recommend this stay enough as well as the neighborhood. If you enjoy great bars, restaurants, with plenty of walkable sightseeing, this is a great place for you. Thank you for having us!

This is a great space in a perfect location for visiting Denver. The common area is great for hanging out for several people and the views, especially at night, are killer. We like a vibrant neighborhood, which this is. There are two restaurants nearby that have some noise but it didn't bother us at all. It really has two bedrooms, with a bed in the lower entry room for sleeping, but overall it fits plenty of guests. The kitchen is very well appointed and the rooftop hot tub and deck are a huge plus.

Wonderful communication with the owner. This VRBO is in a great location. Lots of food and shopping places in walking distance. The rooftop was fantastic to watch fireworks for America’s Independence Day. Easy to get to soccer fields at Dicks Sports Complex. Happy Camper is right across the street and is very popular.

If you want to be in the middle of the LoHi neighborhood this is the rental for you. Want to grab a bite to eat? A short walk. Want a couple cocktails or craft beers on a Saturday afternoon? A short walk. Want to go to a Rockies game? A short walk. Want to grab some ice cream? A short walk. Want to have a nice sit down dinner? A short walk. Property was clean and stocked with what you need for your stay. The owner was responsive when contacted with questions. Having two parking spaces in this part of town was a nice bonus. Lots of hustle and bustle in the area so not the quietest but great people (and dog) watching. Overall a great stay.

Overall the property was very nice. However, there was a little wear and tear on it. For example the towel bars were ripped off of the bathroom walls. The rooftop with the hot tub was nice, but unfortunately the hot tub was 74 degrees when we arrived and was not hot enough to go into until the next day. The owner was very nice and responsive.

Great looking place in an ideal location for getting around without a car. The hot tub was great, though only for 3-4 people max. Beds were comfortable, though the extra room downstairs gets pretty chilly. The host was very responsive.

This is a beautiful property with stylish decor, comfortable furniture, and all the amenities we needed. Everything was clean and well kept. We had a great stay at this property. It’s just as described in the listing. It was clean, well stocked, and the location was great- Quick 5 minute drive to the ballpark area of downtown. The rooftop deck has great views and we loved the firepit and hot tub. Definitely make a stop at Happy Camper across the street- great food and cocktails!
