Cute little beach house for a family of 6.

Great communication with the property manager / host. Very safe and quaint area, about a ten minute walk to nearby creek/pond (you can see the Nantucket sound from here). from Plenty of space for my family of 6. Linens, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner, wifi, even laundry detergent was provided, which was much appreciated.

Keypad wasn't that straightforward to operate, one needs to enter the very long code quickly and without pause, otherwise the door won't open. Took a couple of tries before we got the hang of it. Would have appreciated information on the nearest restaurants and beach; no beach pass was provided. Maybe a little informational binder would be helpful. Place mats in the kitchen weren't cleaned. There was some leftover trash from previous occupants in the trash can. There were a few drops of dried pee on the toilet seat in the bathroom downstairs, which we had to clean before using. For the price paid and cleaning fees, we expect a higher degree of cleanliness and attention to detail by the cleaning crew.

House was adorable and clean. Yard was beautiful!

The beds were very hard and I was disappointed that due to the water issue,we didn't have access to the game room.

Great and well Equipped house in a nice neighborhood, very nice garden with different seating areas, fence around the garden, great BBQ-Grill. Nice for families with kids!

Beds and mattresses as well as cushions were old and not comfortable.

Very good

Perfect location, close to the town center and beach , and quite. The house are up to date, very comfortable.

There should be more cooking pots. And we are disappointed that the staff was there so early on check out date.We have to check out at 10am. Landscaper was there at 9am, and cleaning crew was outside waiting a little after that, give us pressure to leave.
