My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and it was amazing. Great location directly on the beach. Clean and convenient to lots of resturants, shops, etc. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice place. Views are great. Place is well equipped. Beach chairs were nice. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, nice chairs on the balcony, parking easy. Sandbar, 30 yards off shore, is loaded with sand dollars, pack goggles. Needs: Bigger coffee starter pack, bigger tub/sink soap. Didn't notice the Alexis until day 3, would have unplugged it. We had a great stay.

It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect.

This place was great! Better than I expected on a last minute booking for spring break. It was clean, well stocked, and beach access was perfect, and a quiet beach at that. Multiple restaurants in walking distance, clear and quick communication with the owners. Check in was a breeze, super friendly front desk staff.

For a studio room, the layout is good. They make the best of the space available. The beds were very comfortable. The view was remarkable. Right on the beach, close to the water. The beach itself was not crowded. There were renovations going on but but we weren't disturbed by any noise. We had a wonderful time.

This place lived up to every expectation! Beautiful property, lovely room with an outstanding view, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had pre and post arrival. Everything was clean, fresh and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Convenient to grocery shopping, and walking distance to the restaurants/bars. The only suggestions from us would be to provide some good coffee and filters, and the dresser drawers and towels all smelled musty/mildewy. Other than that, perfect stay!! I would definitely book this property again!

I had a wonderful few days in this condo. The property mgr kept me informed for an earlier check-in, which was appreciated. Had to park across the street because there were only a few spots by the building due to construction. Any noise due to construction was very minimal for me and didn't bother me at all. It was actually nice that there weren't that many people there because the beach was very quiet and enjoyable. The beach chair and boogie board was nice to have when I didn't want to spend so much renting a chair and umbrella, but I did on the last full day. The gentleman on the beach with the rental was very nice (be sure to tip!!) The cleanliness of the place was overall pretty good. It could use a deep cleaning behind/under things and in drawers/cabinets (especially in kitchen). Did see some dust bunnies etc. around. They definitely do need to sweep the balcony before arrival due to all the sand out there. I didn't see a broom in there, so I couldn't sweep any sand that was tracked in the place. I didn't really use the kitchen much, but I did notice that there needs to be a non-stick skillet in there. The one frying pan had so much burned food in it, that it is unusable and pretty gross to look at. The beds were a little hard for me, but were ok for the time I was there. Showers were fine along w/linens. They do need to give a brand new sponge for each guest that is wrapped for sanitary purposes. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place!

Check in was a breeze, not a lot of parking but we made do. Only thing I can say negative is the sheets are hard and scratchy. I got sun burnt and it didn’t feel great on my back. Clean, friendly people, beautiful beaches and they are not packed. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!!

The condo was as advertised and when we arrived everything was clean and in good working condition. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and appreciated the extra blankets and pillows provided. The view of the ocean was amazing and also allows a view of the pool area. The saltwater pool was fantastic so warm and a good size. The beach was never crowded during our stay and the property’s cabana & chair rentals were perfect if you don’t feel like carrying chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. The kitchen was perfect for making meals, but the property also sells food at the tiki bar, and there are tons of dining options in the area. Parking is little tight, but overflow parking is available across the street, although we never had to use it. I am very happy with our stay and would love to visit again!

A few issues: the floors were filthy when we arrived, dirty and sandy. The “bathroom” sink is a joke - you can’t get your hands under the faucet it’s so close to the edge of the sink and there’s barely any water pressure. The beds have a waterproof mattress cover that makes you sweaty when sleeping. The sheets weren’t fully on the beds when we arrived and are full of pills. So, sleeping wasn’t that comfortable. I feel they rely on their location (which is outstanding) to get by with these other inconveniences. That said, we could eat breakfast at the kitchen island and hear and see the ocean waves!

We had a great stay! The place was just what we needed and the views were exactly what we were looking for. If I were to make any kind of suggestion, it would just be to have the towels swapped out at least once, or laundry detergent included in the starter kit. Certainly not a deal breaker though. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We have stayed at the Island Inn several times over the past few years. Always good value for money, balcony view, pool, Tiki Bar, and right on the Gulf. Close proximity to everything you need. We always come back! Thanks once again for a wonderful beach holiday.

We booked this vacation for just my self, my husband and my 5 month old baby. I gave the cleanness rating of 4 stars because the shower didn’t drain while we were there but I did report it and they jumped on fixing it! I really wanted an ocean/beach view for our morning and evening drinks and this condo was perfect for that! The tiki bar down stairs and pool were also a great addition. Had I of been looking for my step daughters to stay with us (12 & 9) I probably would have booked something closer to Johns pass just because there is more to do there. My husband and I don’t care to walk so we enjoyed the street walk and the beach walk to the restaurants and to the bridge to get to Johns pass. Highly recommend Foxy’s for breakfast. We were close enough walking distance to eat at Sloppy Joes, Ricky T’s (best drinks!), Seadog Brewery. Otherwise, the water took a while to get warm for our showers and for bottle but we were fine with it. We had a fun 4 days and the communication with the rental made it a breeze! We would stay here again!

Condo was not very clean. Hair in bathtub, crumbs on counter, black fuss of some type in fridge. Tub drain missing and tub floor black. Bathroom definitely needs updating. With all that said location was amazing and outside area was very well maintained .

We have stayed here numerous times and this was the first time in this unit. This unit is nicely updated EXCEPT for the shower. It seems all bathrooms here are not updated, not sure why. It's clean, just the hot/cold water knobs are hard to use and the shower knob cover was loose. Also, the closet is FULL of cleaning items and folder chairs, no chance of hanging a long dress or pants. Other than that, the bar kitchen is super nice, the high adirondeck chairs on the balcony are also super nice. Overall, great time - can't beat the location.

Check in and the stay was ok. Location is right on the beach but I honestly will say I did not sleep comfortably knowing there were roaches. As soon as we arrived we saw a dead one in the kitchen cabinets by the pots. The third day we saw one in the bathroom. On our last day there was another one under the bed. Finding the dead roach in the kitchen cabinet made me realize that they don’t really get cleaned like they are supposed to. We have stayed in different places in Florida that were much better than our stay in Island Inn.

This condo is great. Very clean and so cute. Beautiful sunsets. Great little Tiki Bar. Best Bloody Marys ever. Amazing views and so affordable. Love waking up having coffee and watching this beach come to life. My only complaint and this is by no means on the property owners is while there are two ice machines…neither worked. So bring ice?. The cleaning crews are so friendly. Loved them. We will definitely book here again.
