The morning view from our home will keep you coming back year after year. If you'd love to travel to South Padre Island during the cooler months, you'll be happy to know the pool can be heated. The pool heating fee is $100 for the first 3 days, then $25 per additional day. Our beachfront pool will be warm and comfortable no matter what the outside temperature! Get ready for the best vacation ever!

This vacation home is a two-story walk-up with no elevator access. The ground floor includes two-bedroom suites, with the primary bedroom leading straight to the patio and pool. The second floor has an additional primary bedroom suite, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony.

POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
Small, nonshedding, house-trained dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at this rental. The pet fee is $25 per day per dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
-Optional pool heating costs $25 daily, and 24-hour notice is required.

Coastal property requires constant care and property management was on top of all of it. 1 call with concerns and immediate response was greatly appreciated. Minor repairs for an overall great experience!

Surpassed my expectations! The view was beautiful, pool was nice, very clean,roomy. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The decor in this house is rather dated, but open the curtains and you don’t even notice! Would go back in a heartbeat. Pool was small but refreshing. The only complaint I had was garage door opener was not given to us and had to wait 3 hours and go get it ourselves. But that was rental company’s fault.

This property is fabulous. It is clean and had everything you would ever want in a beachfront home on the Gulf of Mexico, including a pool, wonderfully stocked kitchen with many seating options, spacious living spaces with ample and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, convenient parking for your cars, and a spectacular view of the ocean. In addition to being right on a quiet section of the beautifully maintained dog friendly public South Padre beach, it is within beach walking distance of many beachfront restaurants. The rental company was very accommodating and accessible and its employees were very friendly and met all our needs. The three adults and two family pooches in our party could not have had a better experience. We also can’t say enough nice things about the very friendly people of South Padre Island. We hope to stay at this fantastic “slice of paradise” again in the future. We highly recommend it.

The house was amazing and fully equipped! There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor each with their own private bathroom. The pool, although small, is private and leads out to the path to the beach. The shore is a super short distance from the house. The upstairs has an open living/kitchen area, balcony that looks out the ocean and the master upstairs. The kitchen is spacious it is fully stocked. The balcony was the setting of many a sunrise watch. Walks on the beach were so convenient and fun! Our whole family enjoyed themselves so much. The only thing i would say (and this is just me nit-picking because EVERYTHING really was PERFECT) but i would say maybe put some boogie boards and sand toys in the garage. Thats it. The house was beautiful. We have not one single complaint. I cant wait to go back!

I wasn’t notified that construction was in progress We couldn’t enjoy the front beach due to construction plus loud working crews all night

My family of 5 had a great time in SPI! The location of the house can’t be beat. The ocean is steps away out of the back door, and it’s pretty close to all the restaurants and excursions! My only wish was that beach towels were provided. Certainly not a deal breaker, and we would love to stay at the house again in the future!

The house was awesome, and perfect for our family. The house was also very clean and fully stocked. The view was amazing and super close access to the beach. We look forward to coming back again next year!
