Nice enough

Quaint building located Ina lovely area

It’s a Bed and breakfast and they charge almost £300 for 3 night and No Breakfast The pub is hardly open! Strange opening times

Disappointing versus expectation via the ratings

Nice setting, good location, pleasant staff

Room was of poor quality, old bathroom, filthy fan etc. Food time very limited with no seats, no breakfast available.

Lovely clean room for a great price

Very quaint pub. Rooms were in separate converted stable block/barn. Room was cosy and clean. Had everything I needed. Breakfast was great too.

Mattress was a little uncomfortable (springs). But okay for the night to sleep on.

Friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation

Lovely clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, great breakfast - and good to be able to have an evening meal at the pub (excellent food!). Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Excellent accommodation with very friendly staff and a very good cooked breakfast.

Excellent accommodation with the very spacious room housed in a separate building close to the main reception. The staff were very friendly and the cooked breakfast was exceptional. Would stay here again when I am next in the area.

Great value for money with superb breakfast.

The location was convenient, check in instructions were simple to follow. The breakfast was one of the best I have had, freshly cooked with flavoursome bacon and sausages.

First time visit

The accommodation was great, very spacious and comfortable. Food in the pub was tasty with good portion sizes. Breakfast menu was good and even better as it was made fresh to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for my trip. Will be booking again.

Great Value and Comfortable Clean Room

Breakfast included and a reasonable selection, very generous portion of smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a three course evening meal at the bar and it was very good value. The landlady was very friendly and welcoming.

WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE A STAFF MEMBER

THE PUB WAS SHUT BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER MY STAY. It was a bit cold as I didn't get there until 10.am.
