Comfortable, clean with prompt shuttle service.

Close to airport, easy shuttle to DIA. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.

The room had a strong chemical smell, I think coming from the vent in the bathroom (we slept with door to bathroom closed, and bedroom window open). The room was clean-ish, but worn down and stained. Needs some updating and care..

Hotel refused to honor our prepaid reservation and wouldn't issue a refund

We didn't like anything about this hotel since the hotel refused to honor our fully prepaid reservation and told us to find another place to stay

Absolutely appalling treatment of paying customers. We had a fully prepaid reservation for one night. We arrived at the property to see a large number of vagrants milling around outside the hotel. Apparently, the hotel had decided to void all existing reservations (even prepaid ones) so that they could earn more money by providing lodging for people who have illegally crossed the US border. The front desk staff told us they were not honoring any existing reservations and that we would have to find lodging elsewhere. We received no notice of this prior to our arrival. They also refused to issue a refund to us for our prepaid reservation and told us we'd have to contact someone at Booking.com to try to obtain a refund. Hotel management refused to even help us find another place to stay in the immediate vicinity. They don't seem to care one bit that they are upending travelers' plans and angering paying customers. Look elsewhere for your Denver Airport lodging. Avoid this horrible place at all costs.

-Shuttle service from airport was horrible. Waited for 50 mins and then was so full, people were standing in the van as we drove down the highway. -Direct tv was very splotchy -Latch on room door was missing

Finally a nice bed!

Clean room, comfortable bed, big restroom.

When we arrived we were unable to check in right away. We had to sit in are vehicle for a while. Called booking.com with no help to find a replacement hotel! We had to wait and we were so tired! Fire alarm was going off. Fire department was there. It was awful, but finally the firefighters cleared the building and everyone was let back in. Then it was a great stay.

It was comfortable and clean. The suite made it comfortable in space for my wife and I to hang out for the evening in the room.

Very nice and clean

For one they don't have vending machines and sell their refreshments at $4 a pop. Second our family had a very early flight and we drove from the springs to stay here just for convenience. had to be at the airport a quarter to 5am which was no issue the issue was getting back. My husband had gone to take our family to the airport to drop them off with the hotels shuttle. My husband waited almost an hour at the location where it says he would get picked up. I had to call the front desk twice to let them know he was waiting. He literally had to waive down a shuttle because it was not slowing down to stop. My husband asked the guy if he was going to the hotel we were staying at and said yes and my husband said well why didn't you stop I've been waiting for someone to pick me up for almost an hour. The guy gave no explanation just a sorry. Besides that the room and hotel were very clean.

Room was nice a little small for a "suite".

Hotel should have a printer for costumer use. They had two computers, but no printer to print out boarding passes, directions, etc.

The place was super clean. That was awesome!

The welcome could've been warmer. The 2 employees we interacted with at the front desk were efficient, but their manner said that we were intruding on their time. Although the place seemed so new & clean, I'd hesitate to go back because I felt like we were a bother.
