This luxury rental sits high atop Dana Headlands with whitewater views that stretch on for miles. Dolphin and whale sightings are common from the patio of this condo. Take a stroll down to Strand Beach via the path right below and catch a wave. This condo has been highly upgraded including slate tile floors, stylish furnishings, and upgraded kitchen appliances. The cozy living room has comfortable seating and takes full advantage of the view while offering the comforts of a fireplace or watching a large flat screen TV. Dine alfresco on the front patio and catch a dip in the heated pool that is shared by only 8 units. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable master bed, TV, dresser, and privacy shades. Beautiful property. Steps from door to spectacular ocean view. Property manager met us upon arrival showed us the property and helped us unpack the car. Amazing…..never happened before at any Vrbo rental.

The pictures do this place justice. The views are amazing, whether it's looking up the Dana Strand Beach, out to Catalina Island or just watching the sunset. Truly spectacular. For the 4th of July we sat on the deck and watched 5 different fireworks shows. So beautiful. The walk to the beach is long, and steep so for some folks this may be a challenge. The quality of the remodel is excellent however the kitchen was not equipped for a gourmet cook. We did use the BBQ and it was great. The 8-unit complex is mostly owner-occupied which makes it more challenging as a vacation renter.

Enjoyed a very relaxing stay; the ocean views are mesmerizing. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything you need. Carla was very attentive from beginning to end and made the whole process seamless. I enjoyed all the area had to offer and got plenty of exercise. Great experience

This property was perfect - the condo itself and the furnishings were very nice and well-maintained, with a well-stocked kitchen, and the view from the patio over the beach and ocean was exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to returning to this property on my next vacation!

You won't find a better view in all of coastal California. The entire place is spectacular in every way. Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, loads of amenities and a wonderful manager! This is our second trip, but it won't be our last! We'll be coming back again and again and again!

Couldn't be more beautiful or better located--as you sit high on a cliff overlooking the magnificent sunsets while having beach access down a path and a set of steps. In my nearly 20 years of experience with vacation rentals, I have never found a place that surpassed this magnificent condo! It is exquisite in every way. The location is ideal, close to many activities, yet isolated from noise and traffic. The view of the ocean is spectacular; the decor is lovely; the kitchen is fully equipped and the manager is marvelous! Absolute perfection!

Great place only problem “No AC”. By evening it is very warm inside. They had fans and you can open windows but I didn’t think about AC when booking. One neighbor everyone has an issue with. Overall a great clean place.

This is a one of a kind Condo! Simply walk out the front door to the spacious deck and see the ocean for miles ahead, looking over some of the most prestigious properties in Orange County. The unit is nicely appointed and it is an easy walk to downtown Dana Point or to the beach. It is comfortable and quiet. We would highly recommend it, unless we want it at the same time you might be looking!!

We had a fabulous stay at the condo. The view from the condo and deck is just stunning. This ground floor condo is very spacious, clean, equipped to a very high standard and has plenty of storage. It’s well stocked with cleaning products, kitchen equipment, plenty of towels etc and is a real home from home. We used the pool and BBQ and loved sitting on the deck, gazing out to sea dolphin spotting and looking down on the million dollar houses. The location is perfect. It’s a quiet area but only about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a quick easy drive, with plenty of easy parking, to a number of good restaurants, supermarkets and the marina. The beach is great but it's steep walk up and down.

This is the perfect vacation spot. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and has everything you need. It has quick access to an awesome beach as well as walking / running trails. There is a nice heated pool right out the door and the deck is comfortable with the absolute best views.

This is our number one, favorite vacation spot!! The condo is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. The views are breathtaking, the beaches are easily accessible, and the pool is fun for the whole family. Some of my favorite memories are relaxing on the deck while kids swim and watching the sun drop into the ocean.

This is our second stay at this fabulous condo with the million dollar view. The condo has everything you need, including a washer and dryer, a lovely pool that you can look out and see the ocean from, a gas grill, comfy beds, and plenty of deck chairs so you can sit and watch the surfers, dolphins, and just plain relax watching the waves. The condo is spotless and updated. Carla, the property manager is responsive and great to deal with. We hated to leave today.

Fantastic Condo, Very clean and well appointed, the deck overlooks beach at Dana Point with a glass surround that means you have a clear view across the entire seafront. Nice clean communal pool (Shared by 8 Units) and BBQ area. A great touch in the Condo is the small useful items items that are left - cling film, foil, some laundry detergent, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The condos have a communal Laundry area and off road parking. The beach area is very good for surfing or body boarding with great waves and Dana Point has great restaurants and shops. Our family would all happily stay here again.

We have stayed in over a dozen VRBO properties in Southern California, South Carolina, Telluride and Park City. We always choose to stay near or close to family, or close to friends staying in a similar location. I contacted the property manager several weeks before our stay asking if we could stay an extra night to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. I let her know we had family living in Laguna Niguel. She agreed as the property was not rented on that date. During the first night, my brother and sister in law came over to have dinner. We finished with a lovely glass of wine overlooking the ocean and went to bed by 9:30. The next morning, I had a message from Carla asking if we had parked illegally (we had not) and letting us know that she got a concerning text that we had "people over." I let her know it was family and that we were quiet and respectable on the shared patio area. We were maybe outside for an hour. No extra guests stayed the night. The day before we left, I sent a text letting her know my family was going to meet us at the beach and come up for cake and ice cream. She asked how many were coming to the "party." I stated it was not a party, merely my son's grandparents and aunt and uncle, and a few cousins. She stated she could "not allow" anyone in the shared space, which included the pool, balcony, and view of the ocean. The condo is tiny. The whole point of being there is to enjoy the outdoors. I asked specifically if it stated in the contract that we could not have company, it did not. However, she stated that she simply could not have any extra guests in the shared space. Needless to say, this was disappointing and horrible customer service. Our VRBO locations are always the "hub" for family as I love to cook and entertain. Although we have never had anyone more than the allowed guests spend the night, we have had cocktail hours and dinners at these locations on every trip. IT IS VACATION, after all. We specifically requested an extra night to celebrate my son's birthday and would not have stayed had we known that no one outside the four of us would be "allowed" on the balcony. It was simply ridiculous.
