About this house rental

Our property is professionally cleaned after each stay. In recognition of the current COVID-19 fluid environment, we have also sourced a linen provider should you wish to purchase a linen package for you bedding requirements.

With a beautiful gas log fireplace, you can snuggle up together and watch a movie or the ocean from the lounge room, Spread out and enjoy the space of the property, or maybe open the alfresco doors and feel the ocean air while enjoying mountain vistas. Situated on an enviable corner position of Pascoe street, park the car and be only steps away from 6km's of unspoilt beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and all Apollo Bay has to Offer - Stroll to the bakery for fresh bread or donuts in the morning, or walk to the pub for a meal - you are in the heart of it all! It is perfect for holidaying all year round.

* Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master with Walk in Robe and luxurious ensuite, reading corner and private balcony with ocean views.

* Massive open plan living area with polished spotted gum floorboards, Plasma TV & DVD, stereo with ipod dock, feature gas fireplace, reverse-cycle air conditioning to upstairs and downstairs and ocean and mountain views.

* For the cooks - a fully equipped kitchen awaits with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and electric cooking.

*Two sets of double glass doors open onto a sheltered deck area - ideal for alfresco entertaining - not to mention the family bbq!

Our house offers a warm relaxed atmosphere which you are sure to enjoy. It is also fully fenced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was a wonderful property within easy walking distance to the beach and town, even with small children. The house was nicely maintained and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space inside for the kids to play and the pool table and table tennis table in the garage were great entertainment on the rainy days. We would stay here again.

My extended family and I love spending time at this property each year for our annual family getaway. With room for us all, all amenities including 2 highchairs for the little ones, this accommodation makes things easy. Great location - easy walk (even for young children) straight down to the beach, and then a few moments further along the footpath gets you to the supermarket and other shops, followed by a fun playground for plenty of fun-filled days. Even at the property the adults and kids are well-entertained with a pool table and table tennis table in the shed. The host, Sam, is great to liaise with - always prompt and helpful with answering questions and sharing relevant information :) Thanks again for yet another great stay!

No trouble finding the property and accessing the house. Great to have the games area in the garage, and the spacious living area, and 2 fridges, and an easy washing machine. Upstairs queen mattress was hard and needed the advertised "topper" which we were told was the "european" word for "protector". Some inconvenient things: no coffee maker/plunger; Breville grinder gears broken; one dishwasher tablet; no bath soaps; some external doors jammed closed

Great find for a large group!

My extended family and I absolutely love this property for our Apollo Bay stays. With plenty of beds / bedrooms, a porta cot, two high chairs and wheelchair / pram access to all communal areas, this house is suited to all! Garage with ping pong and a pool table, plus only minutes walk to the beach and shops, there is always something to do. Or, the comfy couch and outdoor seating with beach and hill views, respectively, means you don’t have to do anything at all! Sam is a great host, very accommodating and great with communication. We can’t believe this find, and can’t wait to return next year!

We loved staying at All Seasons Beach House. It was in easy walking distance to the beach and had everything we could need plus more. The table tennis and pool table were a bonus. It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Thank you Sam for your great communication and a great stay.

The house was great for a weekend “down the coast” with a group. Clean, roomy, well set up, reasonably priced and so close to everything in town. The master bed was the most comfortable of any holiday rental I’ve been in. Definitely recommend the house and a few of our group will be back with their families.

My parents, my adult siblings, their partners and kids go away each year, and can't believe how lucky we were to stumble across this property! It's spacious, has everything we need, has a view of the mountains as well as the sea! Walking distance to the beach and into town (so short a walk, my 2year old can do it!), and an accessible downstairs area which is perfect for prams and my family member who uses a wheelchair. Sam is great with communication, and makes sure we have everything we need (eg highchair). Thanks again for the stay, all being well, we'll be back again next year ;)

Only negatives were no flywire screens to keep flys and mozzies out. Pipes in bathroom downstairs can wake the dead. And mattresses were uncomfortable. Overall a lovely house

Sam was really quick to respond to all my questions and messages, and was very pleasant and polite.The accomadation is exactly like the pictures, nice and spacious. Plenty of space for me and my friends. The accomadation was super clean with lots of utensils in the kitchen for us to use as well as a bbq. The living room has reclining chairs which was very comfy. I asked for the linen which costs extra, but it was really nice, the blankets are nice n thick and warm and each person received two pillows each.A very nice pleasant 5 minute walk to the beach and shops.Overall a very nice place, would stay again!

My extended family and I had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for our large group, including two young kids and a baby, and a family member who uses a wheelchair. The kitchen was well-equiped for cooking up family feasts, the large lounge room area was perfect for games nights, and the table tennis table in the shed was a bonus! And as for location, it couldn’t have been better! Just a few minutes walk to the shops and beach, and a view of the morning sun glowing over the ocean every morning - not only from windows of the luxurious upstairs master suite, but also from the windows of the downstairs main living area. We couldn’t believe how lucky we got finding this place!

This place was fantastic! A huge home that comfortably fit 3 adults and 4 teenagers for 3 nights. We were all amazed at the size of the house and the proximity to everything. Sam was quick to respond with any query before, during and after our stay and was always pleasant to deal with. We would definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to our next holiday at Apollo Bay at the All Seasons Beach House :)

The location of this house is perfect as in close to shops and restaurants. We loved the hours that accommodated for three families. we also love the host Sam offered us a lovely ready to go start-up set. Thank you Sam for the lovely place that gave us an excellnt memories.
