lovely couple of days spent in Ciutadella made better by the lovely accommodation and fantastic staff.

very good location, clean and comfortable. very good value breakfast in the Hostal café where you collect the keys.

Clean and new room in the heart of ciutadella, perfect for a walking sightseening. Nice Staff.

Pleasant

Best thing it was very central, walking distance from restaurants, old city, and everything else. The hotel looked nice, minimal decor. Being on the ground floor I also had a patio.

It was more a building house than a hotel. I had room number 0 on the ground floor, so every time someone would come in or out the building and would smash the door you could hear it day or night.

Great little hotel

A great “petit” hotel in the heart of Ciutadella. Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet and very clean. The reception is 300m from the hotel which is a bit inconvenient, but not a thing. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. There is a free parking not far from the hotel.

Excellent.

The location (quiet street in the old town with free parking spaces 5 mins away), the terrace facing the sunrise, the friendly owner, the facilities (water boiler, fridge, lift ...). I highly recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back.

Serviced rooms in the centre of town.

Great modern styled rooms right in the centre of town. The building has just 6 rooms. The ground floor has a small outside walled area and my apartment (top floor) had a very nice and large roof terrace overlooking the street and rooftops. All very clean and modern. There were a few snags like a cracked shower screen and bathroom door handle was coming off but overall a really good place to stay.

Location wise it’s great. The place has been recently remodeled so everything is new. There is no staff on this specific location, so nothing to add there.

There was a problem with the sliding door on our shower, it seemed to be installed badly, so the water kept inundating the bathroom.
