No recomendable en estas condiciones

Que tiene parking. Aunque en la zona no es imprescindible porque puedes aparcar (eso sí, pagando porque es zona azul).

Tuve que llamar 2 veces para que me dijeran cómo entrar en el apartamento. Supuestamente me mandaron un email con las indicaciones, el cual nunca llegó. Por lo que, a la segunda, me mandaron un SMS con las indicaciones pero que no tenía imágenes. La llave de acceso al garage y a la entrada del portal la tienen en un cajetín anclado a una barra en un aparcamiento de bicicletas situado en la calle del portal. De noche, y con lo mal iluminado de la calle nos costó un rato encontrarlo. Al entrar tenían la calefacción a tope, que parecía una sauna. Por supuesto ninguna indicación de cómo regularla por lo que tuvimos que abrir las ventanas. Pero lo peor de todo la cama: le tienen puesto una espuma y una especie de futón fino encima del colchón que hace que no esté plano, te hundes hacia un lado por lo que estas todo el rato haciendo fuerza para no caerte hacia el lado. Ubicación lejana del centro.

Good apartment for a short stay

The apartment matches the description. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was tea and capsule coffee. There is a free parking space. The place is quite quiet, the noise from the trains did not interfere with sleep. wifi was ok

Bed linen and towels smelled of chlorine. The towels and sheets looked old. No individual shampoo and soap. There was no soap at all, and the shampoo was apparently from previous visitors. In the message from the owner how to find the key to the apartment, the color of the box was incorrectly indicated. Therefore, we could not find the keys for a long time and were very angry after 10 hours of driving. Although it was very interesting to look for the keys) The floor was also not specified.

Spacious room, modern facilities, great location to see the city centre. Very friendly and accomodating staff.

Slightly too warm at night; wondering if ventilation/lack of such was working as intended.

The apartment is nicely done up & comfortable to stay in.

Location a bit far for seniors to walk to the old town. It would be good if the host could mention which level the apartment was on for easier locating.

Absolutely Everything was dirty after 5 minutes of changing the socks there was such dirt at them .. and everything didn’t smell fresh, the host didn’t even know how to operate the TV because there was a problem and at the question why was everything dirty the reply was i have to speak to the cleaning lady and no whatsoever excuse.

Solid value for money. 20 min away from the city center (on foot). WiFi should be better

All new stuff. Clean bathroom with all new features. Kitchen was super-clean and super-useful. Owner of the apartment obiously invested some money during the previous period.

Located near the railway, so it can be loudy early in the morning. WiFi should be better. Need to reset the router on daily basis to get the better connection. 20 min away from the city center (on foot)

Good value for money but needs renovation

Location is perfect, 15 mins to Graz city center. Process of self check-in is easy and fast. Host let us in apartment earlier. Private parking lot. Heating system was working fine. This is very good value for money.

The apartment looks nice and new on the photos and at first look but actually it needs immediat renovation (chairs, table, couch, walls, couratins etc.). The apartment was not cleaned properly and there were stains all over the apartment. We arrived with SUV on the private parking lot and we almost stratched bottom of the car because the driveway was steep, so be careful.

very close to the train station and close to grocery stores and takeaway options.

i was led to believe that I would receive an email a few days prior to check in with all the check in details but had to chase that up myself found out that the city tax wasn’t included in the total price when on booking.com said it was (no big issue). the key to get into the building was two buildings down the street and hard to find as we got in at dark. the shower didn’t drain and was very close to flooding the bathroom and when I contacted the host I got no reply. the tv had no channels and the wifi was horrendously slow

It was so clean and tidy all you need for a great stay all most at the train station just a short walk and near to the local supermarkets to Graz was a love town to visit ❤️

Walkable distance to the center, the parking, elevator.

All bedsheets (bed included) and towels were wet. No AC although specified in the description. Moreover, washing machine/dryer was in progress, which increased temperature. Walls and curtains are dirty. Some details could do, such as a bottle of water in the fridge or some paper towels in the kitchen.

Not great, not terrible. But definetely not the place I would book again.

Kitchen. It had some space. Modern. Coffe.

Very noisy street, lots of trains passing near on night time. Internet.? Well, I would not call it internet if the speed is 2-3mb/s. To load a simple mail takes ages. And the parking- if your car is SUV, it is ok. Otherwise you will damage your front of the car while descending and floor while ascending. Road to parking space is very steep with the sharp angle.

Very clean, nicely decorated and well supplied apartment, comfortable bed, safe parking place.

It was pretty hot the day when we stay. It would be nice if there is a fan in the house.

Unpleasant stay unfortunately .

Everything was available at the apartment such as the kitchen and cooking stuff, laundry machine with dryer as well . The parking was for free which is good and the parking area was great .

I will be completely honest regarding my review here . • Dear host, self checkin needs more and fast communication from your side . • On booking page there was an air conditioning at the apartment but we found nothing . • Slow and useless wifi there . • At the night you need to open the windows to sleep, believe me you won’t be able to, the street & train noises is extremely load . At least it was pleasant stay for me and my family. thanks .

Very specious room. Clean and with all necessary accessories. Good and safe parking lot. Not far from city center and railway station. Moreover on the railway station there is SPAR (~10 minutes walk), which is open at the period when all other shops are closed (Staturday after 6 PM, Sunday & holidays).

On top of the bed mattress there is placed foam probably to fix original mattress, which does not breath at all. Therefore you can expect getting extremly sweat from side of mattress during sleep, especially when there is hot & humid weather. Probably need fix.

The apartment is clean and perfect location very close to Graz main train station, everything you need is inside the apartment, I feel at home staying in this apartment, second floor with Elevator, very calm and peaceful, well recommended.
