I liked a lot the room view because we can see the river and bridges, the breakfast was good also and the cafeteria big enough.
The first time in a Hotel that I need to pay for a car parking lot and very expensive. Also the four days never appears the clean room personnel, never take the room trash never clean the room, I told them in reception they mentioned we need to "program" their visit...UNBELIEVE !

Good location, quick walk to Rainey Street.
Super disappointing hotel for what you pay honestly. Stayed here for a week. Walked in after a long travel day, got in the shower to realize there was no body soap. Housekeeping had forgotten to replace the bottle. Tried to call down and get one sent up, but the phone wasn't actually connected. Took a few hours for them to come replace the soap. Housekeeping only comes every 4 days unless you ask for more and is subject to availability. Shampoo and conditioner bottles weren't replaced when they came by on day 4. Had to ask for those too. That time they didn't bother to click them into the shower wall, they just left them for us to replace ourselves. Went to watch TV one night, had to go downstairs and ask for the remote after discovering there wasn't one in the room either. Wifi worked on and off but wasn't reliable at all. Breakfast was OK. Overall for the price I thought it was mediocre at best.

It’s was clean, quiet and everyone was friendly.
Nada. Everything met my expectations.

Very clean throughout the facility. The room was very large with full functional kitchen including full sized refrigerator.
Super friendly staff located next to very fun party street.
As always, the added parking fee. It’s downtown Austin but still steep. There was some music quite late but very muffled.

Very close to Rainy Street.
There was construction everywhere around us. Everything out front and on side was torn up.

good location loved the room
had to pay for parking

proximity to downtown and things to do is great. room was spacious.
the air conditioner didn’t work great in our room and the couch was very uncomfortable. most importantly, they charge $45 per night to (self) park and don’t even mention this until it shows up on your bill at check out.

Noise in the rooms due to traffic..

Breakfast was fine but unremarkable. Very clean and very fresh but basic. I think tortillas with breakfast or maybe grab and go burrito's would be a nice addition.
Loved, loved, loved the ceiling fan over the bed. I retrospect, why don't all hotels have them??
Backs right up to Rainey Street and Bangers across the alley. However, it this time it's all mud and construction.
Lots and lots and lots of construction activity surrounding the area. At least three and perhaps four high-rises going up with a block or two (I believe there were two adjacent to the hotel). The noise isn't bad because we weren't there during the day and it's pretty well insulated.

Breakfast was outstanding, a very good selection and staff was on hand at all times to assist. The lobby and staff were very welcoming, since it was on the cool side there was a fireplace with the fire going.
Due to construction it wasn't easy to access.

The hotel is right on the back of Rainey St. which means the location is perfect to walk all over downtown Austin (if you enjoy walking, of course)! The staff was very friendly when we arrived, and our rooms were ready for us. There is breakfast available - nothing fancy - and hot beverages are available 24/7 (we really enjoyed a nice cup of tea at 3am after walking in the rain).
The picture of the room was slightly different than what we got (as we got a king size bed + a sofa bed, when we were expecting 2 queen beds). Parking is available but it is paid extra (if you're planning to park and walk around, paying the valet is smarter than paying the hourly parking).

I love how it was all nice and new and modern
I know they can’t help it right now but the construction. also the bathroom was very small for such a large room.
